Our water heat tank leaked. We called two plumbers and one need to wait for a week and the other required scheduling. So we called Floros. He gave us a quote after receiving the photos, and visited us on the same day. The work was done smoothly. He is knowledgeable and is helpful when we asked him about other issues in our unit. We will hire him again.

Fast, professional, clean. Our issue with our disposal was fully taken care of and we haven't had any issues since. Great work, and we will call again if we need any services in the future!

Danielle is a fellow small business over and always goes the extra step with her work. We've had her increase the hot water flow on an old faucet and unclogged our sink from the 1920s. Danielle is super friendly, well organized, and her rates won't make you go bankrupt like other commercial plumbers. She's also great with dogs 🐶

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

Bought a house and needed a bunch of little things done (piping, toilet installs, faucet repairs, etc...) but together it ended up being a good chunk of work. I got a bid from another company but ProDrain came in cheaper and had better reviews.

Very happy that I went with them---they were on time, courteous on the phone and in person, and were quick to respond to my requests.

I would absolutely use them again.

The job ended up coming in at the lower end of their estimate but I think a large part of that had to do with an apprentice coming onsite and taking care of a few minor things off of the plate of the main plumber. The apprentice's hourly rate was more than half that of a regular plumber.

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

Unfortunately I fell for the good reviews online. Mark came as scheduled to install a drip pan under the water heater as requested by the new owners of our condo. It passed all tests and had been working fine until Mark came and did his work. He charged us $ 710 to do the work, and in the process damaged the water heater so that it no longer heated the water for more than a few minutes, and did not pass the re-inspection We had to pay another $1,000 to get a new water heater and drip pan. The first time I called to tell Mark it wasn't working he told us we could fix it ourselves. Another call to him to discuss this situation was ignored. .

They came out to help with my busted water heater. They never came to look at our system beforehand to ensure they were bringing the correct system (just went by phone pictures) so they showed up with the wrong one. The day they were supposed to come, they were over 4 hours late with no calls.

When they realized they brought the wrong tank, they tried to give us a quick fix so that we would have hot water for the weekend until they came back. When I asked how much it would be, I was told not to worry about it. Their fix provided us with lukewarm water for maybe half a day. They said they'd call us Sunday with a plan and would be back Monday to install. No call until Monday morning. When I said we didn't have water again all weekend, they said they would get back to us with options. No call until late the next day.

I was sick of waiting with freezing cold water so I went to another plumber. Later, I received a bill for the aforementioned fix. When I tried to call them and ask why I was being billed when I was told don't worry, they were aggressive, rude, and bullying. I would not ever recommend them to anyone. Use JC Plumbing in Ashland, MA instead.

Highland plumbing is great. My wife and I came home one evening to find our kitchen soaked and covered with water leading from the kitchen sink. Called highland plumbing and they were at our home bright and early the next morning and corrected our problem flawlessly in under and hour!

They were very professional and kind, and got it right the first time. Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!
