It Friday around 5 pm that I noticed that water was gushing from my furnace's release outlet. I called around to 4 other services and no one would take on a new customer or had anyone on call. When I called Brendan from Readville Plumbing & Heating, all he said was, How can I help? He told me to take pictures of everything so he could walk me through shutting off the water intake and of course the shutting off the power to the furnace. He thought it was the release valve and expansion tank. He offered to come out that night to replace, but since it was over 60 degrees that night, I said it could wait until the morning as long as it was first thing since I was having guests that day. He said he would be there at 8 am and be done in a couple hours. He was on time and suggested other items to keep an eye on but also did the job quickly & economically. He was honest and really cared about my situation. I highly recommend using Brendan for all your plumbing and heating needs!!.

Brendan bailed me out on a holiday weekend when I had a massively clogged pipe and my tenant's washer wouldn't drain. He didn't charge me weekend/holiday prices and showed up quickly to solve my problem. Since then I have called and received immediate response and great service. Additionally he's a nice guy and very fair priced.

We had a leak in a pipe in our basement. Brenden quickly assessed the situation, gave ua a fair quote and was able to resolve the situation quickly. He inspected the other pipes that were visible and gave me a tutorial on what to look for to ensure we wouldn't have the same problem again. I highly recommend Readville Plumbing and Heating.

Trust the fantastic reviews! I have used Readville Plumbing a few times and my family has been very happy with his work. He's very responsive, professional and honest. He most recently repaired an old toilet and replaced a dryer vent that was extremely clogged. I Highly recommend getting that done if you haven't in awhile. Best plumber we have ever used.

Brendan at Readville Plumbing was a huge help with our plumbing needs for our recently purchased home. We hired him to install two new toilets and sinks. During the installation, he was very helpful in explaining the upkeep and maintenance for the plumbing system. Readville Plumbing has been a life saver for me! I have used Brendan multiple times for various plumbing jobs in my condo. Most recently, I had Brendan install a new bathroom sink and vanity. We've used Brendan twice now, once to install a shower drain and once to figure out why our heat wouldn't come on. Both times, he returned our phone call promptly, visited us as soon as possible thereafter and worked efficiently once he was on site. As a bonus, he's very polite and sweet, which counts for a lot for those of us who have previously been abraded by rude tradesmen in our lives. We'd recommend Brendan to anyone with a plumbing need!

Can’t say enough great things about Brendan. A corroded pipe burst in basement and after many calls to many plumbers, Brendan gave us a call back and was at my house within an hour. Problem was quickly fixed and he even identified a couple of other issues that I need to fix in my very old house.

Brendan has been my plumber for a few years and has always been great to work with. He takes or quickly responds to all calls and gets the work done well and fast. Recently, he came to fix what I thought was a broken hose. It turned out that the line was clogged and his equipment couldn't reach and clear it. Brendan told me that I'd need to call a drain company to clear the clog and didn't bill me for anything, even though he worked for over an hour. Not all companies would wave the minimum service charge. I have recommended Brendan to others who, in turn, have also recommended him. Everyone is happy with his work.

I called around to get quotes to have a toilet grinder pump replaced. Brendan was one of the few who responded and had the best hourly rate. He was easy to communicate with and showed up right on time. He did a great job (pump works great) and even finished the job quicker than planned. Brendan made sure to keep me updated on what he was doing and involved me in the decision making process. I hope I dont need a plumber for a while but when I do I will be contacting him.

Readville Plumbing is like no other. I called Brendan about a water heater replacement and within a few days he was at my house doing the work. Not only was the work done in a timely manner, he left the work area clean and tidy. I also asked about hooking up my water line for my fridge and he gladly did that as well. Can't recommend Brendan enough. After years of dealing with the same drain-backup issue and plumber after plumber giving us temporary fixes and false hopes, a friend recommended we give Brendan a call. Before Brendan started, we told him that this wasn't just a one-time thing, but a habitual problem, so before he got started he stuck a camera deep in the pipe to really know what was going on in there and not just temporarily reposition the gunk (since he believed that's what previous plumbers had been unknowingly doing). What do you know, he found a foreign object in there that was acting as an anchor for other objects to cling on to and close up the pipe. Unlike previous plumbers we've hired, Brendan solved the problem--not just the symptom! Not to mention he has very fair prices. We've definitely found our go-to plumber.
