Shane Gibson Plumbing made it to my doorstep before I could even get a call back from other plumbing companies. He advised me of exactly what was going on, and why it happened. He then only charged me for what was absolutely necessary to make the repairs, he was in and out like a flash. He was professional, courteous, respectful of my home leaving the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I expected to pay 3X what my total bill ended up being. Dylan returned my phone call this morning, made an appointment, arrived promptly and found the leak on my property, all within a few hours. Great service!

Technician Ryan called 30 mins before the appointment to let me know when he would arrive, and he arrived early. He was courteous, professional, and quick with our apartment backflow assembly testing. He was also very gracious about explaining the system setup, and about not dirtying our floors (as it was raining during the appointment). When he was done, he let me know that they would send all the necessary paperwork to PSE and a copy to us as well. Dean made scheduling the appointment easy, and Ryan did a great job. We will be making another appointment next year when we need testing again - thanks guys!

Lange Plumbing is a great company. I was trying to get to them on Google search when I got a link that said Lange Plumbing-Mr. Rooter. If you get this link, don't do it. It will not take you to Lange. It will take you to Mr. Rooter and they are not good. Make sure you are directed to Lange Plumbing.

expensive. these guys were fast but way overpriced. I was quoted two and a half times what I eventually paid to Vaughn's Plumbing (great guy) and I had to give Gamble a $25 service call fee to get the quote. the plumber who came and gave the quote was pretty nice and called in to see if he could bring it down. the boss thought I should pay even $100 more. (all my conversations with that boss made me feel like he was on speed.)
