Had an emergency, they never even returned my call.

The technician Kyle with Lange plumbing was excellent. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and provided the highest level of service. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be requesting that he is the technician to come out in the event that I have any further plumbing issues. I could not be happier with the service that he provided.

Absolutely love Lange Plumbing! Shower was backed up and boy did they come out quick, worked fast and efficient. Everything is running great!!! Highly recommend!

Lange Plumbing is a great company. I was trying to get to them on Google search when I got a link that said Lange Plumbing-Mr. Rooter. If you get this link, don't do it. It will not take you to Lange. It will take you to Mr. Rooter and they are not good. Make sure you are directed to Lange Plumbing.

Had Jordan and Brandon and Ryan come out to my house to fix my main water line and was quoted a great price and a job that was needed, had Larkin come out the day before and quoted me double the amount and more work needed. All three guys did a great job and was at my house from 4:30pm to 10:00pm and never stopped working, until I provided them dinner and stopped for 15 min to eat then back to work again, they mad sure it was done correctly and no leaks before leaving, also cleaned up after the work too. Highly recommend them and will use them again and will recommend my friends and did family to them too, Thanks Guys for a Great job

Worst plumbing company ever. Gave me a time window of 8am and 11am to “diagnose” water heater (not even fix) . It’s now 5pm and they still haven’t showed up. On and off the phone with them all day telling me they would be here soon. 6 hours late and still waiting, just to probably be charged $60 just for them to diagnose the problem and not fix it. It’s Valentine’s Day, I just moved in, and can’t take a warm shower. And wasted all day on this company- when really I could have called another company this morning. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning for roto rooter, but hopefully my time window with roto rooter works out- I’m sure it will. What company waits 6 hours past your window time. Seriously 8am-11am and now it’s 5pm? Ridiculous. Cancelled- not waiting anymore. Insane.

Lange replaced a water heater through my home warranty company several years ago. They did such a great job and were so kind and helpful that I've used them several times directly and always refer them to all of my friends in need of plumbing services. The staff is wonderful, very helpful, and the work is great quality. I recommend them for any plumbing job you have.

I have been in/around the construction trades for most of my life. Cameron from Lange Plumbing is exceptional. Never experienced/seen better craftsmanship than his work. Highly recommend calling Lange Plumbing to take care of any of your plumbing needs!

I had a water main leak. Lange came on Friday afternoon to make temporary repair to provide water. The original estimate was $2500 - $3000 for trenching a rerouting the main line. On Monday the estimate is now up to $3200. I ask the plumber to put a max number on the estimate at $3200 but he declined saying the estimate may go up if he finds something unexpected when he start digging. It is a 10 ft trench in residential area. I would think many people would dig that trench for $3000 period. !!! So I just pay Lange $500 for the emergency repair and send the Lange plumber away. I'm glad I was able to get 2 other companies to give me a fixed price for the job at several hundreds less. I picked one and job the job completed the next day. Dont think I will call on Lange for anything in the future. So everyone should : get several estimates and get a fixed price for a large job.

Miguel was at my house today to reroute pipes due to a leak. He was very through and professional. He worked steadily and quickly to finish the job. He cleaned up everything when he was done. The leak was fixed and pipes rerouted. I find Lange Plumbing to be honest and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone and happily use them again myself.

These guys are awesome!!!!! We had a problem with my pipe on Friday. Kyle came first at 8.30 pm and try to fix it. It seems there was something big blocking the way because Bernie had to come back yesterday. He was really nice!!!! He did quite of a job, with the Jetter and the camera and he didn't charge me anything else. I'm very pleased with their work. I will call them for sure if I need any plumbing ever again.

I have used this company a few times. Receptionist was great to talk to, very personable. Set an appointment for the next day. Brady even showed up a bit early, assessed the issue and tracked down the leak almost immediately. Had it fixed within 30 minutes. Very nice person, easy to talk to. Very happy with the repair.

Of coarse it's never convenient when your hot water heater breaks and floods your garage 😬. They were quick and responsive!!
Because of the kind service, we called them during a bathroom remodel. Amazing job replacing a shower valve.

I had someone come out to do an estimate for a job and he was there 10 minutes and just told me to get a different garbage disposal and it was $59. I was under the impression that estimates were free and when I called to schedule the estimate no one mentioned anything about the fee. I had to ask him repeatedly to give me an estimate for the job I wanted done and finally he said $750 with a questioning voice and that was after I was billed. Go with a company that does free estimates and always ask before someone comes out! Lesson learned!

Very professional and competent. He explained what he was doing and answered our questions. We like that Lange pulls permits and has inspections of their work. Another company never even mentioned permits.

We would hire Lange again for our plumbing needs.

Im biased, but I love this company!

If I could give no stars I would. We’ve been waiting over 6 hours from our initial appointment window. Called them 7 times and they kept saying in 30 minutes. They have no idea where their technician is. They called to confirm the address. I’m honestly baffled at the audacity of these people. They want to charge me $65 for them being awfully late. I’ve had plans they gave me a window and I’m just p-o’d. Rediculous. I don’t recommend them at all. They said sorry for the confusion??? What confusion is there. You being way late... passed my initial wait window. Ugh. Didn’t even try to make it right. I will not accept bad service. You either do what you say or don’t do it at all.

I have now used them twice and extremely happy. First time was identifying the location of smell, after having multiple different plumbers being called out through my home warranty company and those plumbers finally giving up and stating the issue was a broken pipe in the slab. I called Lange plumbing. Lee from Lange came out, identified the cracked vent pipe in the wall with some device the identifies the smell, and fixed it that day. I wish I called them first. This last time we had a cracked pipe between the meter and our house flooding the yard. Called Lange after hours and Brian was there within an hour. At night, digging through cold weather and wet mud, he quickly fixed my broken pipe and I was able to get water back to my house. Very pleased with their work and happy to recommend them.

They came to repair an underground pipe line that was leaking by the side of the house. Was charged over $1200 for a repair job that eventually started leaking just a couple of months after. We tried contacting their office to get someone to come and repair the job multiple times, but they refuse to do it. They even claimed they have video proof of us destroying our own pipes, and that’s why it is leaking. They have poor customer service, technicians that do not show up on time, and give their customers the runaround. Save your money, time, and frustration by going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience -- came out the same day (a Friday) our first day in our new house. Thanks to them, we had filtered water, a working washer & dryer, and an un-clogged dishwasher before the weekend. Reasonably priced, great service. Will definitely use again.

We had a main line water leak under our pavers driveway so I called Lang Plumbing, I was hoping that we wouldn't have to tear it all up. Kyle came out on Monday afternoon to give me an estimate and said they could start first thing in the morning. They rerouted the water line around my driveway so that no water line is under my driveway anymore. They did a fantastic job! All of my landscape rocks were were back in place and you could not even tell any work was done! The staff was very courteous and on time. Thank you so much, Tracy, Kyle, and all of the staff.

My water softener has had a slow drip ever since we moved in over 4 years ago. Not an emergency, but annoying enough that hard water has started to stain the garage floor. I kept putting it off until today - I saw a Lange Plumbing van parked next door. I asked if he wouldn't mind taking a look when he was done with the neighbor. He (Donnie) came over, grabbed a few tools from his truck, fixed the leak, and refused payment. It may have been a simple fix for him, but it lifted a real burden off my shoulders. Can't thank you guys enough. I've saved your contact info in my phone. When a bigger problems comes up (and they always do), you'll be the first call I make.

The worst company ever. They totally ripped us off over charged us and never gave a break down as to how they got to the total. They left us with a toilet that they never fixed. Then Lange Plumbing put a lien against our property, yer would never give us a break down of our bill. Instead we get a letter stating that they are putting a lien against our home..Be very aware of this company and its practices..They work with no integrity and do not respond when you ask for a break down. Never use Lange Plumbing as they are not honest, how they can stay in business. if this saves one client from the bad service that we got.

I have use Lange plumbing for 30 years. They are THE BEST! Any emergency, they are spot on and immediate! Never been disappointed!
Don’t call anyone else.

Well let me start by saying Frankie was amazing. He is on the fire sprinkler side. It was a Sunday of all days to need a plumber. Frankie determined it was not our fire sprinklers and we needed a plumber. He notified the plumber immediately. The plumber called within an hour and we told him what was leaking. The plumber said he would get the part when the supply house opened on Monday morning. After calling Lange plumbing office numerous times trying to find out when to expect the plumber he called me about 11:00 and said he had to get the part and then he would be here. He arrived around 1:00 spent about 20 minutes collected a check for a ridiculous amount of money and left. The office said they would go over the bill because that seems like a lot of money. After several days and several phone calls they finally sent me the invoice and it remained the same. I will never use Lange plumbing again. I will say it again. Never use them again.

he service itself was good. The BAD attitude from the lady from account receivable was rude she thought yelling on the phone was going to get her anywhere. we are a company who use their services at least a couple times a year. We gave them the CC details on the day of service they called 45 days later trying to collect payment , payment did not go thru because the credit card expired the end of the month. They charged us 3% for their delay on receiving payment plus the way she called requesting payment over the phone she wanted me to just give out our credit card details like we were denying to pay this was unacceptable
