Rob was sooo helpful getting a pipe repaired on our property. He was so quick and we got it resolved right away! He was wonderful; listened to my dad’s needs and challenges and advised on what to do next. He was kind and super professional. All this while quickly fixing the issue at hand. I can't thank T-Flow enough for quickly and professionally installing a new water heater after ours burst and leaked all over our basement. We contacted T-Flow who quickly worked with us to identify the type of unit, dimensions and installation area and had the new unit installed within 1 business day. Sterling was a great technician he worked extremely hard to clear my toilet drain. They really take pride in there work at this company and completely explained me the process and everything that was involved. I had roots clogging my toilet drain and Sterling was able to locate and remove the root issue and provide me with video evidence of just how clean the drain now is after the service. Very happy with the service provided.

We have had an issue where we have to run our water for far too long to get either cold or hot water. I wanted to bring in someone new to review our situation and, after checking reviews, brought in Terry Massey Plumbing. Terry and his son came in and in and, in the process of checking out the water lines, determined that the duct work for our dryer was totally shot and needed to be replaced. We set up an appointment to run a hot water line to the kitchen sink AND replace the duct work. I'll attach photos later showing how bad the duct pipes were- unbelievable and not something that the home inspector had caught when we bought the house just 2 years ago or, for that matter, the company we brought in to clean all the ducts sometime after we moved in. My wife and I are very grateful to Terry Massey Plumbing for finding this and bringing it to our attention. So the duct work has been replaced, a new hot water line to the kitchen sink- everything done on time and per their quote- and we're quite happy!

We had a clogged toilet and called Kesterson after 5pm. Their answering service was very nice, professional, and helpful, and put our request in as an emergency. Ben was at our door within half an hour. He was friendly, professional, and great at his job. He wore a mask the entire time, gave us some tips on avoiding the problem in the future, and solved our problem very competently. We will definitely use their services again when needed.
