Sterling was affable, professional and explained his procedures and solutions throughout his process. He made certain that I understood the clog origin and what potential issues might occur due to some incorrectly installed drain pipes and one that was taped. He stayed until the job was done, cleaned up after himself. He did not try to upsell me and my bill was the quoted price.

This review is long overdue. Sterling has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was in a panic. As a young, female homeowner without a lot of handy people in my life, I cannot thank him enough for his work and expertise at a reasonable price. He reached out to me within minutes one night after I frantically submitted my info on Home Advisor. The next morning, he came to my home, fixed the mainline drain clog, and also identified the underlying problem—a broken sewer line. This was something a different plumber had previously overlooked. The city was responsible and ultimately fixed the sewer line a month later. The first rain after DPW’s sewer line repair, the night of NYE, my basement massively flooded with 6” of rain water. Sterling answer my panicked phone call and advised me of what to do. Turns out storm water was flooding through the city’s excavation. I don’t know what I would have done without his help!

Sterling was awesome called him in the morning and he came the same day. Others told me couldn't make till next week. Very professional and responsive. Text and calls throughout the day keeping me informed on arrival time. It was late in the evening but he still arrived as promised. Would definitely recommend using them.

Sterling was a great technician he worked extremely hard to clear my toilet drain. They really take pride in there work at this company and completely explained me the process and everything that was involved. I had roots clogging my toilet drain and Sterling was able to locate and remove the root issue and provide me with video evidence of just how clean the drain now is after the service. Very happy with the service provided.

Technician Sterling came to drain and clean the pipe underneath the toilet. He explained first how he was going to perform the test to find where the clog was. Then he ran the camera and snake down the pipe. He did it thoroughly and cleaned afterwards. He went an extra mile to examine another toilet to stabilize it with shims. Not only did he professionally get the job done, he also made an extra effort to help me out with other toilet issues. He is just awesome. Highly recommend.
