Good people and quality work

Great experience! Had a plumbing emergency when the shower wouldn't shut off, on full blast. The folks at Quality Plumbing were super responsive, communicated clearly timeframe, after-hours rates, and that a technician was on his way. Arrived under time, within the hour!

Jeff was friendly, professional, and able to assess the issue pretty quickly - had a replacement part in the van (yay!). Impressed by overall helpfulness, explaining what may have happened, what he was doing, and what to look out for moving forward. Repair was also completed, in less time than estimated (up to 2 hours). Jeff cleaned up after his repair and helped caulk the shower fixture. When I got the bill, it was under the high end of the estimate - so also very pleased at reasonable rates. I'll be calling Quality Plumbing again - ask for Jeff! Thanks so much.

Marcus and the whole team at Gene Johnson were helpful, professional and always communicated clearly about what needed to be done.
I shopped around a bit before going with them and it was a breath of fresh air talking to people that were nice and actually cared about the issues at hand!

These guys are very responsible and very responsive. We are doing a renovation of a large scope. We are a logistical challenge for these guys because we are on opposite ends of the county. They have always met their time commitments or given ample notice when things had to change. As we all know, we do not live in a perfect world and things sometimes go wrong. This job is no different. But, here is the proof of their commitment. They have taken responsibility when that happened and come a long distance to make things right and without complaint or dragging their heels. I have seen plenty of folks that would simply falter in their commitment. Not these guys.

They are always pleasant and upbeat. They make suggestions about better ways to do things. This has been an exceptional experience. We probably will never need to do something like this again, but if we did we would call them.

We have used Raymark Plumbing for many years and they have always been very good. They just rose to a new level this week in our book with unbelievable responsiveness. They flipped there entire schedule around for the day to fit us in for an emergency repair (replaced two hot water heaters within a few hours of calling in for help). We highly recommend them. The professionalism, high quality of work, and responsiveness cannot be beat.

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.

The service and follow up were outstanding. On calling the owner immediately responded and sent someone to install a new garbage disposer. When I had a problem related to the kitchen drain in the following week, they sent their crew right away to look at the issue and although it was not related to the installation they fixed it at no cost. The service people were professional and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with this them and I would strongly recommend them for their work ethic and responsiveness.

I used due to reviews- waited 5 weeks. I called to replace a kitchen faucet. Informed I had purchased a new one (same one as my old one). Had a new faucet to replace- basic sink/faucet. Showed up with out any tools and screwed in the dislodged bolt. Told me I didn’t need a new one- I told him I wanted a new one which is why I bought one and called and waited 5 weeks. He ignored me and ended his 10 minute service call charging me $150. I wasn’t in a position to argue with him - I live alone- he took advantage of me. I would never call this guy back again or recommend him to anyone.

A Fare Day Plumbing was my choice because I had used them once years ago and had excellent customer service. I wanted a new unit installed so I relied on them again. Service was excellent. We are very happy with how our installation went including how nice and professional the serviceman was. We will spread the word :)

This guys are very unprofessional and set up appointments with me twice and both times never show up and no explanation and no response. Acts like someone that dishonest type of ppl that there to take money and take off and would respond. Waist of time.

Ally plumbing representative Gino was amazing. He throughly explained the entire process, gave honest pros and cons and genuine recommendations. His professional work was quick and to standard. He went the extra mile to fully explain the process.  Our family is very greatful Ally sent him out even in these uncertain times of maintaining social distancing. To say the least thank you Gino! We now have hot water. Great job and we highly recommend his services
