A Fare Day Plumbing team helped us tremendously. First with a fast professional response on a Drain Inspection with their Camera system. As a result of the inspection there were areas of concern. The are honest approach recommended that if we planned any basement improvements that we get the house portion replaced and add a backwater valve. We did have improvements that were planned to start in less than 2 weeks. A Fare Day Plumbing team organized the replacement of the drain that was supposed to take 2 day. However, his experienced team was able to complete the work in one day! Incredible is all I can say!!

A Fare Day Plumbing came out the same day I called and had my control panel in my attic fixed in two hours despite having to go get a control panel and the ER from a cut on technicians’ finger. A Fare Day Plumbing sent a replacement technician and he was at my door 20 minutes later and had my A/C fixed in 30 minutes. We were working with a Warranty and the company they sent us kept saying they had to order panel and we had been without A/C for 11 days . We truly appreciate A Fare Day Plumbing and there prompt professional and efficient service and they have earned a customer for life.

My air conditioner shut down this weekend. Called A Fare Day Plumbing first thing in the morning and arranged a time slot for mid afternoon. They could have come in the late morning, however I had other commitments during that time. They called and were able to come a little earlier than expected. Outstanding Customer service received from both Laura in the office, and Todd the technician. Pricing was comparable to other companies. Will be using them for future yearly maintenance for all 3 units we have on our property. Enjoyed working with them. Keep up the good work!

We have worked with A Fare Day Plumbing team before. This time they installed a sump pump for us. Last time, sewer pipes under the house and a backflow prevention valve. A Fare Day Plumbing team are very professional and fast. They always takes the time to go through and explain all the options. His team works quickly and cleanly. After the job is complete, he is always available to answer questions and address issues that might arise. These guys go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.

A Fare Day Plumbing plumber came by twice before the project started and in both cases he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us clearly. When the time came to do the work, the whole team was incredibly neat, professional and efficient. They took to steps to make sure they didn't create any mess in our house and worked nonstop from 9am to 4pm to get the job done in a single day. He had arranged for the inspector to stop by the following morning, and the team was there to meet him and fill in the hole after the approval. A Fare Day Plumbing team are very professional and hard working. They completed the work in one (long) day, and left the house and front yard clean and tidy. Had a basement flood. The old clay pipes of the storm/sewer water system below the house needed to be replaced. A Fare Day Plumbing team got on it, worked extremely diligently to get these extensive repairs done quickly and expertly. The disruption was significant but mitigated by the sense of urgency to get it all done. We have had problems with the sewer drain in front of our garage for years. Although we clean the catch basin out every year during heavy downpours it wouldn’t drain properly and would flood our garage. With the increase in occurrence in heavy rains recently we decided to call A Fare Day Plumbing for service based on their positive reviews. Within a couple of hours Terry arrived at our home. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was very friendly and polite, explained the issue and installed some parts to improve its functionality. A Fare Day Plumbing came out to check on our thermostat and air temperature a few weeks after installing a new unit. Walked us through some settings and explained when and why we should change them from time to time. Adjusted a water flow issue and explained process along the way. Great customer service.

I can’t say enough how amazing A Fare Day Plumbing if air was. we noticed the AC not working late in the evening and they had someone out to the house the very next day. They fixed it, but due to our system being so old, the fix didn’t work long. The AC needed to be replaced. We needed to wait a few days for the AC to get installed they brought over a portable unit some could survive the 1st hottest week of the year. When our AC was installed they communicated very well how everything was doing and got it completed quickly. They even did a follow up. Very nice company to work with, will definitely be using them again.

A Fare Day Plumbing crew were fantastic. They explained everything of what needed to be done to fix a broken/clogged pipe under our yard. The price quoted is the price charged. And best of all, they left no mess. I actually think our driveway is cleaner now than before they came.

They had to break up the floor under my finished basement but they helped me move everything and did as little damage as possible. Received floor drain and backwater valve and A Fare Day Plumbing did a terrific job. Timely, good communication, high quality work and left the job site cleaner than it was before! Also assisted with the rebate process which was a huge help.

Justin replaced a bad capacitor on our main AC unit which failed and recommended and replaced another that was on the brink of failure. He gave all the compressors a once over and cleaned the filters on our mini-split unit which they installed 5 years ago. I highly recommend Justin and A Fare Day Plumbing for all your HVAC needs. Wellington came to perform a system check and system maintenance. He did not rush, but instead did a thorough check on all system parts, including the items in the attic. He explained all that he did and made sure that everything was running properly. This is the 2nd time that we have used A Fare Day Plumbing, and also the 2nd time that Wellington was our tech. A Fare Day Plumbing plumber was a terrific. He was the very professional and explained everything he was going to do prior to execution. What impressed me most was the fact that he went to Home Depot twice in the same day to resolve the issue. Not only that he also came back to fix an additional problem he noticed when he was fixing the original problem.

They were able to get us in same day. Our technician, Justin, arrived within our scheduled window, was very professional, personable and polite. He Explained In detail and had photos and video to show me, and email to me so my husband could see. He replaced the parts same day and made sure everything was working order before he left, and took extra time to show me everything again so I could understand what was completed. We paid to replace our ancient lead water service line with a 1 copper line. A Fare Day Plumbing tech was great: He communicated very well and promptly, he broke down everything that needed to be done, and agreed to a very reasonable price for the work. His team showed up promptly at 9am, and they were done and cleaned up by 1pm. everyone wore masks, they used a dropcloth to minimize dirt, and left everything cleaner than they found it. We would like to congratulate my tech from A Fare Day Plumbing who fixed a very big and messy drainage problem we had yesterday., They worked like Trojans and were kind and patient in answering our questions - and then left our lawn and garden in pristine condition.
