Tough problem - A significant leak with no visible surface moisture and over 250 feet of potential sources. Kevin was able to find it quickly, and then verify using other methods it before we committed to taking up a bit of asphalt. His 'X marks the probable spot' missed by maybe 4 inches. My wife and I fixed our 1000 gallon/day leak ourselves before dinner. Kevin's bill was higher than I'd have liked, due to the complex nature of the problem and the need to use helium to confirm the probable location of the leak, but the fix cost us a $20 trip to Lowes, some beer and take out food! Kevin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were happy to pay for the right tools in the hand of a seasoned pro. Highly recommend.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

Came home last night from dinner to find water on the floor and a leaking water heater. Called Direct Plumbing & Rooter around *a today. Was told to expect the installer between 9-12. Technician arrived around 10, with new water heater installed by 11am. Very professional and polite technician.

Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!

Steve B. replaced the water heaters in our house as well as our ADU. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable (he gave me all of the same advice that a licensed plumber did). I really appreciated the transparent and upfront pricing even though one of the water heater replacements ended up being more challenging than expected. Steve clearly communicated everything and did really professional work including updating valves and all necessary bracing and drainage!

Wezee’s Plumbing was great - I was able to get a timely appointment at a time of day that suited me well. Dan and Edgar were polite, personable, and respectful of my home. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves, taking the old fixture and packaging away with them. I highly recommend them !

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!

I don’t know where to start with this review in all honesty.

They displayed some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. The man who came out to assess the issue made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He is not someone I want back in my home.

I don’t appreciate being a female alone in my house with an angry man who’s a stranger.

Upon arrival he was very agitated, angry, and rude. Things went downhill from there, as I had to interact with him more.

The issue that he needed to fix is some shelving had been put in the garage incorrectly. We have been meaning to remove it but haven’t yet. Well it turns out that the person who put in the shelving had put a nail throw a pipe and it’d finally rusted.

The house I live in is a rental. My landlord had told me he wanted the plumber to contact him directly before any repairs.
The plumber said he needed to call his company and asked me to call my landlord.

Instead I called my husband as he had spoken with the plumber and the landlord about this issue. As, originally, he was going to be home for the plumber but then couldn’t. My husband had confirmed the landlord had told the plumber to directly call him. I told the plumber this.

He yelled at me that he “already had and can’t wait around all day.”
Which is ridiculous because I had heard him on the phone with the company or someone beforehand so he could’ve only called maybe a minute prior. I know time is money but there is a professional way to handle things: 1. Don’t raise your voice 2. There are a million more professional ways to word that.

He then in an accusatory way asked “if I had put up the shelving”. His tone implying you idiot why’d you do this.

We did not put in the shelving and nor did my landlord.

My landlord then called the plumber. The plumber spoke to him in an aggressive, rude, belittling way. Almost as how a fed-up parent who isn’t great at parenting would talk to a child.

I could hear my landlords voice and it sounded calm the whole time.
The plumber also accused my landlord of the nail in the same disrespectful manner. Which I don’t really understand why he cares, maybe it makes him happy to shame other people for mistakes? Who knows? Again, it is fine to address the issue but be professional about it.

Anyway, the plumber and my landlord are on the phone. I can hear my landlord saying he is going to go with someone else for the job.

The plumber raises his voice saying “gooood luuuuuck finding anyone else.”

Which I don’t really get because there are a million plumbers out there but okay?

He then turns to me and all he says is “okay” angrily. Then he stormed off and sat in his van in my driveway for 10 minutes before leaving.

Small company that has the knowlege you need from a plumber that you can trust.

Prima Plumbing was great. I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

Fantastic Service!

Called after 8pm as our heater had died. Set up with appointment early next day. We had some concerns about heater brands, etc., but Technician answered all; and, frankly, his explanations and professional, courteous manner saved the day. Install went smoothly and they provided a clear tutorial on system maintenance. System working fine. Thanks.

I contacted them suspecting I had a severe water line leak, and they responded almost immediately and came out same day. Turns out it was a leaky hose bibb; they diagnosed it for free, and not only that, explained to me very clearly how I could most likely do the job myself. ALL AT NO CHARGE. I was able to do so---but I would call them again in an instant. I've found my new plumber. Trisha and Josh are simply fantastic.

I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service and knowledge!
