Kitchen Sink Leak - Disposer
All Pro was Landlord Selected - Cannot speak to (monetary) value except that I now have a working kitchen sink disposer. Thanks, Scott. He was punctual; right on time. Courteous. Respectful. Unassuming. Experienced. Analysis was quickly completed and, after a run to obtain a replacement disposer, the trouble was quickly resolved.

Removed tree roots by snaking my cleanout

My wife and I decided to purchase a washer and dryer from Lee Supply rather than Home Depot, Menards or Lowes because they were the supplier for the new house we were buying so we assumed they could coordinate delivery better than the box stores. I ordered and payed for the appliances on 12/12/22. We moved in on 1/3/23 and the appliances still hadn't arrived at their warehouse. Finally delivery was to be made on Wed, 1/11/23. They showed up with one white appliance and one blue one. Not what we ordered. They tried again on Mon, 1/16/23 and again one white and one blue. Third time was a charm as delivery was finally accomplished on Fri 1/20/23. It appears their warehouse and the office don't communicate very well. To make up for the delayed delivery and our inconvenience, our sales rep Rick Ferguson volunteered that the warehouse suggested they refund our $79.99 delivery charge. Of course that never happened. Next time I'll go to one of the box stores to purchase my appliances and get delivery in a day or two.

Complete rip-off. I’d give him ZERO STARS if an option. Robert Poteet is a liar, and dishonest person and will cheat you out of your money. I am not his first victim. This guy intentionally damaged my HVAC system, then tried to tell me I needed a new one. Took money from me and never returned . Robert Poteet- look him up on Indiana Courts mycase.in.gov. Installed a wated powered back up sump pump but never tested it, first time the main one failed the backup came on and did nothing but add more water to the pit. So I paid ~$700 for nothing and now this guy wont call me back...really crappy experience

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.

Don't use this company. It was assigned to me by my warranty. They chrage me $400 to do a leak detection wich was going to be covered for my warranty. They send a subcontractor to do the leak detection and I had to pay him $295 out of my pocket because they didn't notify him that he didn't have to charge me. I called my warranty immediately to let them know and someone from premier inc call me right away to let me know they were going to Send me a check next day for the $295. She even told me she wasn't able to Send it the same day because the mail was already out for that day. Now a week after I call them to let them know I have not received the check and they say there is a process for my refund to be approved, and that it was my fault because I paid the money to their subcontractor. They told me they didn't know how long it was going to take for the check to be sent, but I'm sure they already receive the $400 my warranty pay to them for doing nothing. I am even still waiting for the quote on the repair.

Called to do a job, guy (Mike) talked about how professional and quality they are. Agreed to do the job and then completely blew the job off. No return phone calls to even say he couldn’t do it. Just left me hanging. I would not recommend this guy at all.
