No estimate. Labor less that 1 1/2 hours. $375.00. Had used them before with good results. $100.00 just to replace two shower nozzles with ones that I supplied. GET an estimate!

I have had a sewer main drain problem for over a month. Josh and Tony was able to come out the same day of me calling with options on how to help me get my main drain unclogged. They listened to my concerns after already having multiple people try to fix the problem. Even the service people that answered the phones were amizing and you could tell they cared and really wanted to get my issues fixed. Everything was taken care of quick and easy. Great company, and very helpful. I will definitely use them in the future!

Our toilet was clogged and backed up into our shower. We called when they first opened and they came to our house a couple hours later. They fixed our clog fairly quickly and professionally. Overall, they did a great job and I'll be calling them again in the future for more work.

Service call fee was $60. Plumber spent 10 minutes snaking one random pipe in the basement and charged $210. Didn’t give us any advice on how to prevent this in the future (as this is the second time it has occurred). We did explicitly ask for information/feedback/ advice since we have no idea where the pipe even leads from/to. Will not use again.

We had what we thought was a leaking hot water tank and realized it was just a leaky pipe. Either way, they were super responsive and were able to come out quickly and repair the issue. They were professional and honest from beginning to end. Thank you!

Amazing company and wonderful employees. I can't say enough good things about Keenan, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and explained the whole process and went over option for me. Another great thing is it took just under 2 hours from the time he got here and looked at everything to give me a quote to the time it was installed and ready to go. This is the second time i used them for a plumbing issue and won't be the last. If you want fast, reasonable and competent work, i don't see how you can go wrong with this company. Keenan you are great!

Worker & work very professional. Price gouging was not acceptable: $200 for an $89 garbage disposal and $400 for 1 1/2 hr job (8:30am to 10:00am). And to assume I was a tenant rather than the owner was offensive! ***

We had a time sensitive issue with a gas leak and shut off from Columbia Gas doing work in the area. Drain master was able to arrive ahead of the promised time frame and fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time. They were professional and courteous. They were more than fair regarding the charges for this service. We will definitely use them for any future situations regarding gas or plumbing. Highly recommend!

I called Muetzel to come out and give me a quote to install two new toilets and check a 15 yr old hot water tank. I suspected the tank was not operating properly and Muetzel confirmed that it would be better to replace it than repair. They said they could do the work in the next couple of weeks.

The property was vacant but due to a family medical emergency, I explained to Kyle, the technician, that I needed the work done as soon as possible. He went out to his truck and made calls to confirm that the items needed for the work were available, gave me a written quote and said they could do the job in four days. I really appreciate the concern they showed to get the job done for my family.

I became associated with Mr Rooter about 7 years ago when they were the only one that would answer my emergency distress call. I live in Lancaster and nobody in Lancaster would help me . It was on a Saturday afternoon and I called mr. Rooter and they were here within an hour. They are very professional very reasonable and very friendly. Will H explain to me exactly what I needed what he would do and how much it would cost. After the work was finished he showed me the parts and they were definitely bad. At this time he also gave me an estimate for a new toilet which I intend to have done within the next two to three months and I will request Will as my technician. Every one I've been associated with at mr. Rooter have been very very friendly and I will continue to do business with them.

I had the privilege of getting Matt assigned to my service request through my Home Shield home warranty. Matt came to fix a shotty repair (shower and toilet leak) done by the previous repairman assigned to me by Home Shield.
