Totally recommended. First, the unit was not cooling. I didn't have the liquid (Freon) to cool. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils (on a new system). That was working perfectly, I am very grateful to Turbo

Very impressed with Efficient. They scheduled me in for an electrician at short notice. John was fantastic. Professional, patient and incredibly helpful. Great experience and will use them again in a second. In fact, it was so good I booked HVAC installation with them a week later. Brian walked me through all the options with great patience and Tony and Tomas, the installers, did fantastic work. They worked late and did a really great job. I wanted my furnace closet modified tor reduce the sound and Efficient sent out a separate technician Randy who was wonderfully helpful. The whole process from start to finish was great. If you want an electrician or an HVAC specialist, I highly recommend Efficient.

I had a water spigot supply line pipe break inside the wall of the home. i called neighborhood plumbing and they dispatched a truly professional plumber to my location right away. It was not an easy fix, yet they made it seam as if it was not a problem working in such a tight spot. I highly recommend neighborhood plumbing due to efficiency, knowledge and materials that were supplied by neighborhood plumbing to make the repair. Top notch, quality and service!

Mike and team are courteous, professional, and let me peek over their shoulders as they fixed several issues, both plumbing and HVAC. My favorite thing about this group...they showed up when they said they would and completed the jobs quickly! Might not seem like a big deal but when time off work is involved, it's nice to know that they were considerate of my time. Work on my 2009 house included a complete redo of my main sewer line(from my house to the street), installment of a brand new AC fan motor, and water pressure valve replacement. I just moved into a new build so I think it will be a while before I need to call upon CityWide. Until then I will give out recommendations to those that are in need of help.

Tyler Garrison the owner and his office manager Danielle both provided support through excellent communication and problem solving to redo a tub to shower conversion started by another contractor. Finding a plumber to complete work another plumber started was a challenge with several different solutions offered and widely varying quotes and or no responses from other contractors. Tyler was a true professional taking his time to look at the job he explained in detail what needed to be done, took notes and presented a detailed estimate that was reasonable based on the other quotes I received. Honest, personable people you can count on to take care of your plumbing problems.

They were polite, helped us get sorted out over a couple of days because the work turned out bigger then we thought but they were professional and prompt.

I had an issue with my hot water heater’s expansion tank and Cody at Supreme Plumbing was prompt and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody in the Austin area!

Really bad service. Booked appointment 2 times and nobody showed up for measurements and when I called there customer service they said they have not booked any appointment and hanged up the phone. If this is how they treet there customers I wonder what they would do after. Really disappointed.

1/8/2019- Johnny and Ray showed up at the scheduled time of 1:00pm. Drained, removed and replaced the water heater and were completed and gone before 5pm. Quality workmanship all the way. They even installed a new shut off valve and installed insulation on the pipes. Cost was very reasonable considering the time and efforts. This is our second time using Ruben's Plumbing and we'll use them again.
