They just fixed a busted pipe in garage after winter apocalypse 2021. Very quick response in a crazy busy time, didn’t just patch it, but fixed root cause of a previous hack job, and charged a reasonable price in any circumstances. I found my new plumbing company!

David and his team were AWESOME! They came out the same day and installed a new water heater for me. Outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend!

Phenomenal. Larry and his guys saved my house from an ex-contractor’s disaster workmanship. They came out to do the assessment the same day I called them and began work the next morning. They arrived on time, stayed late and stuck to the quote despite the extra 2 days of work that was unexpected. Larry and crew were hardworking, respectful and pleasant to be around. If I ever have any more issues (fingers crossed I don’t), I will be calling them.

My unit was not checked correctly . He just too a quick look and said a price . It’s not able the price, I just felt as if the representative did not want to work with me.

Derrick and his team were so kind and very professional. They completed the job in 3 days and were so courteous and pleasant to work with. I appreciate these men as this was a very unexpected repair and needed a quick resolution. I thank you for taking care of us so well!

Hands down the worst company to work for or have work done by!! Do not trust their greedy business tactics

I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, you're in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.

So I needed a Sewer Drain clean out. I had a backup that was backing up in the bathtub and in the laundry room in one of my rental properties. They come highly recommended to me from The Property Center a property management company. I
commend this drain cleanup plumbing company. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality service make them a cut above the rest. If you find yourself dealing with a troublesome drain, don't hesitate to call them. Jimmy and his team were wonderful.

It floors me that I am the first person to write a Google review for this fantastic company! I am a single mom and first time homeowner. Not even a week after I moved in I began having plumbing issues throughout the entire house! Dishwasher would leak water while running, toilets stopped up backing up into showers, showers draining painfully slow with kids waiting to shower. My sister recommended All Complete because she'd used them before and found their prices to be super affordable, which was exactly what I needed. So I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable and friendly young lady who scheduled them to come out later that afternoon. They called me when they were on the way which was so helpful because that way I didn't have to miss any work and could meet them there to let them in and go back to work. Otis arrived exactly as scheduled and proceeded to restore my faith in humanity! This guy is not just a plumber, he is a goodhearted, hard working service professional who knows about EVERYTHING, not just plumbing! Otis and his partner Will discovered that my problem was a little more involved than what we had hoped for. Bummer right? WRONG! They did 2 days of work that could have bankrupt me with some other less ethical company for a price that I could afford and that I know for a fact was at least a few hundred less than I could have gotten it done for elsewhere (believe me I called around) . But wait, there's more. Otis, knowing that I am a single mom and new homeowner, took the time out of his busy day to survey my entire home for me (finding several things that the inspector should have caught by the way) and gave me tips on how to secure my home and maintain it that I was not aware of. One particular issue with my front door could have resulted in a break in had he not brought it to my attention. None of this profited him in any way and was purely out of the goodness of this stellar mans heart. I will never use another plumbing company (that is unless Otis starts his own business : ) and I encourage each and every person who reads this to book an appointment right away!

I had a membership with them and their affiliate A/C company. The first time I called them out was for a leak in my sprinkler system, which they told me they don’t handle. The second time I called them because my toilet was wobbly. My husband knew what part he needed but didn’t have the tool to fix it. They came out and quoted us over $1000 for a fix that consisted of an $80 part, a tool that could be purchased at Home Depot, and less than 2 hours work. I know they’re not paying their service guys $300-$400 an hour so why are they charging so much for small repairs? Their rates are ridiculous. And they insist on charging you a fee even if you don’t accept their quoted price. I cancelled my membership as soon as my 1 year contract expired. Such a waste of time and money.

We are very pleased with his professionalism, his technical expertise and his great attitude.2d Visit. Douglas, our technician, did a great job performing an HVAC “Tune-Up.” He performed a thorough inspection, was very professional and on-time. We are very pleased.

How stressful is it to become aware of a gas leak and have Atmos turn off your gas service 2 days before Thanksgiving in an old house with gas everything (water heater, central heat, cooktop, oven...)?? The answer is A lot!
It lasted only until Roto-Rooter said they could have someone there the very next morning!!! They performed the testing and repairs needed during the same trip, with all parts and test equipment needed already in the truck.... and then made arrangements with the City for work inspection the very next business day! Way exceeded what I thought was realistically feasible.
The stress relieve gained from their responsiveness and the sense of professionalism was amongst the very best I have experienced with just about any contractor over many years. The fairness of the pricing in light of the service rendered was also just first class. I will tell all my friends to hire Roto-Rooter for any plumbing service need, and I am writing this review to let others know about it as well.

A very Happy and truly impressed Customer

You can't plan when your water heater goes out and you want a new one now! I contacted ABC on Saturday morning; the office was quick to respond to my online query and worked to get us taken care of as quickly as possible. Daryl and Christopher came out first thing Sunday morning and had the switchout done in just over an hour. Will definitely plan to make these guys our regular plumbing company.

We have had them come out multiple times to assist with plumbing needs. They also helped with our bathroom and kitchen restoration!

I did appreciate the quick response with a sewage backup and drain clearing. Thank you. I DID NOT appreciate the $3500 quote to repair a broken sewer line that was 3 feet underground (not under concrete or roots). City of Irving repaired the broken line for free after I called a different plumber. Roto Rooter wouldn’t even tell me where it was actually broken. They didn’t seem fair at all.

I was having a challenge with the sewer. Craig worked me in and brought his camera. He found breaks in the line with tree roots. The entire sewer line had to be dug out. That is when Craig found the entire sewer line was broken and needed to be replaced. He did the job in record time with the knowledge needed. He was professional, and courteous through out the whole job. I am so grateful and thankful he was willing to handle such an extensive job. Thank you Craig and you will be the first person I will call for any plumbing needs.
