This company stood by their word and helped take care of and honor their commitment to entirely replace our plumbing in our home. They even came out a year after to check up and tweak any issues that may arise over the year for free. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Good job Black Tie and Corey and Shane you are the best! I am very impressed with the overall professionalism of Lasiter plumbing. Form the time we scheduled, they were clear about the time when and who will come. Plumber came exactly within those 2 hour window and called me 20 minuets before the actual time. He was pleasent, knew exactly where the problem would be. He was in and out less than 30 minuets after fixing my kitchen faucet. I will strongly recommend these guys.

Your team did a great job of fixing our home water leak as well as replacing the water line from the street to the house. I was pleased with the great level of communication throughout the projects and the attention to making it right for the customer attitudes of all the employees.

I give a 5 star to the plumber, John I think. But less happy about the cost. I was debating finding the leak myself and the home insurance person suggested I let the plumber do it. Well, they charge 225 just to cut a hole in the wall. And the leak was right where I thought it was going to be anyway. So if you have a good idea of where you need to look save yourself some money and cut the hole yourself. The plumber though was courteous and professional. As well as fast.

On July 16, 2021 the man did not fix my sewer line. He did it from the front yard instead of from the back yard, the way that I have always seen it done. I even asked him about this, but he did it from the front yard. Today the 17th, I have sewer backup again.

Can’t say enough good things about this business. The experience from the beginning was great. Melissa who works the phones at the office was awesome. I explained my situation and the issue I had that a prior plumber couldn’t repair. She put me on the phone with the dispatcher, Bill, who told me they had plenty of line and the correct equipment to snake my sewer line. Bill called me back later and said someone was in my area. Braydan called me around 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night and asked what my issues was. He said let’s give it a shot tonight but would be better if he had his camera. He came out and tried to clear the line but couldn’t. Here is where he blew me away. He said don’t pay me tonight because I didn’t fix it. When I come back tomorrow you can. You just don’t get that from businesses anymore. He came back today and cleared the line. Top to bottom great business that is FAMILY run. This is not a corporate location so the service here is top notch. Thanks again and another big shout out to Braydan for fixing my clogged sewer line!

I called ABC Plumbing, located at 5616 Main Street in Watauga, TX, on a referral for a shower that was leaking.. When their plumber Chris called to go through the repairs I was told, You have a dual facet valve that needs to be replaced to a single faucet valve. I asked why. Chris stated that no one in the area carries parts for the dual faucet valves anymore and he would have to order them. I asked Chris what the price difference was from keeping the Dual faucet or going to the single valve he recommended. Chris stated, If you stay with the dual valve, I would have to order it and that could take up to a week. To do that the repair would be $575.00. If you convert to the single valve style it would only be $350.00. I asked what the repair would entail to convert to the single valve. Chris explained, We would need to cut a hole in the wall through the closet to access the valve. Then we would need to install the valve and single handle for the valve. I then asked what about the two holes in the tile from the original dual valve. Chris explained, they would be covered by a plate he would install to hide them. You won't even know they were there. I stated, then lets do it. Saturday a tech named Alex came out to do the repair as Chris did not have the single valve on his truck. The repair was made and I told Alex I would call ABC Monday to do payment. When I called the office of ABC plumbing to pay, I was told the repair was $575.00. I asked why, as I was told to convert to the single valve it was going to be $350.00. I was told by, Tammy in the accounting department that the work order stated they had to cut a hole in the back wall to access the valve, cut a hole in the tile for the single handle for the new valve, oh and Yeah that they supplied all the parts instead of me supplying the parts. That's a new one on me since most plumbers when they quote a job include parts and labor. All the items Tammy told me were the reason for the $575.00 cost were the items that Chris told me were included. If you need plumbing work in the Ft Worth or Watauga area, I would strongly suggest going else where. The repair was completed but for almost double the cost i was quoted by the first plumber that estimated the job. 🤬 I can say with conviction, I will never use this company and I will be spreading the word to my other investor friends to make sure they do not use them.

Con men, under the guise of professionals. My poor old, grandmother needed a new water heater, and these guys wanted to charge her upwards of $5,000. After searching around, we found quotes all over the $3,000 range and ended up settling on $2200.

$5000? What a joke.

Excellent service I needed water heater replaced they were on time and did exactly what they said. Very professional and knowledgable. Hands down great plumber. Will call them in the future if I need a plumber.

Carl came out to check why our toilet and sinks got backed up.He was fantastic to work with.-He called to let me know when he'll be arriving-He arrived within the time he told me he would-Super polite and great attitude-Great communicator. He listened to me explain the issues I was having with my plumbing. He explained to me the steps he was going to take to assist in solving the issue.-He was able to resolve the issue and gave me a detailed explanation of what happened and how he resolved it.-Would highly recommend working with Carl again!THANK YOU Carl and Ernie's Plumbing!

Just had a faulty exterior faucet replaced on my home this morning. 7Apr2016.

I was at work but the crew were very professional. They explained the cost/options to my mother who was house sitting for me and allowed her time to reach me to authorize the repair.

I called at 3pm the day before and was told they'd be there first thing in the morning and they were. Customer service was exceptional and I'll definitely use their services if needed in the future.

Also have to mention they have very fair pricing. My cost was $215 for a new faucet. Other plumbers quoted me 250 to even start the job and the cost would go up once they start the job.
