Long time customers of Lasiter. Had our annual Loyalty Walk today with a new technician/plumber Michael. Like our long time service coordinator Gary, Michael was really great...prompt..courteous..thorough. Helped locate and repair some trouble spots before they could cause real problems.

They came right out and fixed a leak I was having underneath my bathroom sink. Fast and courteous service. I highly recommend.

This plumbing service is great! I will say that they arrived an hour late but it was okay since plumbers can't guarantee times for each client. They fixed the slab leak and helped with the pipes. Also they are open on Sundays so that's also a plus. Would really recommend and they are nice people.

I thought I would never say this, but I love my Plummer. Unfortunately, I've had to have them come to the house numerous times ( not anything to do with their lack of skill) even on a Sunday. They are always prompt, courteous, efficient and reasonable. They stand by their warranties and always call ahead before arriving. I highly recommend them, and I have used them for both large and small plumbing jobs.

Junior with AllMasters did an awesome job. We had water dripping from ceiling. We had called a different plumbing company who came out and told me I needed to find a water damage restoration company to cut out a hole in the ceiling so that he could find the leak. Ridiculous. Instead I called AllMasters and Junior came out and did the work. Found the leak on the first cut into the ceiling and repaired quickly. Thanks!

I needed to get the main line camera scoped before deciding to purchase a house. They were able to get out quickly and offered a generous military discount. Stephanie was very nice.

We call several companies to fixed our water heater. Two companies wanted to replace the water heater. ARS was the only company that took the time to listen and fixed our water heater. RCA plumbing provided a very friendly and thorough service from start to finish. The appointment was made easily and quickly with a very cheerful receptionist. The plumbing technician explained the issues in a detailed manner and was very patient. Definitely a 5 star transaction from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
