Best Systems Leak in Arlington TX

Mr. Eric Hilton called before arrival (as requested) and arrived on time. After assessing the situation, he identified the source of the problem and determined the job required a plumber. At my request he called and arranged for a plumber to arrive later the same day. When getting a water hose for Mr. Hilton to clean the outside HVAC unit, I disturbed a wasp nest and can testify that wasp stings are painful. Mr. Hilton confirmed I was OK then retrieved wasp spray and took care of the nest beside the water hose and a nest inside the outside HVAC unit. Thank you Eric! He carefully reviewed with me his finding, again confirmed I was OK after my wasp sting, and left written recommendations for the HVAC. Excellent service.

We've used Master Repair Plumbing two times now, once for a big leak in the kitchen and now for bathroom drain issues. They knew exactly what they were doing and were able to quickly repair the issue in both situations. Highly recommend!

To replace two faucets cost me over $1200. One had to have a cut out from the inside wall. One faucet has the plastic line showing from the outside and I have to use both hands to turn on/off because it isn't secured. I will never refer this company because of price and quality of work.

Never is my life have I come across a company like Williams Home Maintenance. Their service and quality is second to none. They actually listen to you and help to solve your problem in a prompt and professional manner. Recently they installed all new high efficiency heat/ac system(3 units). Ernie Campos just left my house and I am so thankful to him! He went above and beyond to take care of me and he was the nicest, most helpful person. We had a leak in our house (a connector piece connecting the hose bib and the pipe. He found it, fixed it, and cut an extra area in our sheet rock and pulled the insulation out to ensure there would be no mold growth. He told me how to air it out and to have insulation and sheet rock replaced when all is dry. He was full of knowledge and showed me things that were going on in my house that I didn't even know about. He fixed a long time build up problem in my husbands sink that was caused from our AC unit (who new?). He fixed my daughter's running toilet. He explained the calcium buildup problem in my house and showed my how to fix it and showed me a drainage problem at my water/gas meters that would have been costly to fix down the line (thanks to him my irrigation guy is on it as I write this). He REALLY took care of all of my needs and then some. He was very honest, the price was great, and I really appreciated all his knowledge and all his help. No questions asked, I will be calling him to handle all my plumbing needs. Such a pleasant man and such a wonderful person and plumber. Thank you Ernie!

The absolute best service in DFW. I wish I could give six stars! Incredibly expedited A/C service, even in 100+ degree weather. Technician Chris was exceedingly friendly. Installing tech Eli was quick and efficient. A/C was back up and running in less than 24 hours. Even when a billing mistake arose, Asst Manager Caleb was understanding and very quick to make things right. Safe to say that Paschal has a customer for life here!
