We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

The house was replumbed for the new gas line. I couldn't have asked for a better group of men to be working inside and outside the house. Respectful of property, me, and one another; clean, efficient, pleasant and although a very long day, their attitudes were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Well I had to call Metro Energy for something else that went wrong on my AC unit! I am glad they sent Josh back! AGAIN! Josh was thorough in doing his best to find the most cost effective solution. He tried to only replace the relay part but that part alone did not stop the AC from running inside when it shut off outside! Ultimately the control board needed to be replaced. He made sure to check to see if my unit was still under warranty. It was which afforded me the opportunity to pay a lower price for the part. I was unaware of the warranty and he could have not shared that but He did! At my request Josh also changed out my thermostat and tested the ac and heat to make sure all was well. Finally I asked him a gazillion and one questions and he answered each one and did not leave until I was completely satisfied with testing and making sure all of my questions were answered. They replaced two water valves for the washing machine and replaced on hose bibb in the yard. $877.00. I have already lost their number. Do not call them for your work unless you are independently wealthy. Never again.

Had a faulty water heater. WHM sent Robert to assess the situation. I elected to have WHM repair the unit after the assessment was completed. I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and will call them again when other issues arise. BTW... I learned allot from Robert when talking and watching when he made the repairs...

I hired Ernie's Plumbing to find a gas leak. It was not an easy find. Fred and Quinton worked RELENTLESSY and found the leak! Like I said, it was not easy but they persevered and we have a happy ending. They are great guys. Did a great job cleaning up. They have my business for any future plumbing needs. Five star rating is well deserved.

Just had a faulty exterior faucet replaced on my home this morning. 7Apr2016.

I was at work but the crew were very professional. They explained the cost/options to my mother who was house sitting for me and allowed her time to reach me to authorize the repair.

I called at 3pm the day before and was told they'd be there first thing in the morning and they were. Customer service was exceptional and I'll definitely use their services if needed in the future.

Also have to mention they have very fair pricing. My cost was $215 for a new faucet. Other plumbers quoted me 250 to even start the job and the cost would go up once they start the job.

I got Big Bear recommended from a neighbor on the HOA Facebook page. I called, got an appointment same day, they showed up on time, and fixed the problem without any upsell. That's as good as it gets. The problem was more complicated than just the igniter or flame sensor, so I definitely needed a pro.

I Highly recommend this company!! My hot water was not coming out; I called early in the morning and Doug and co worker were out Within the hour! My pipes to tankless hot water heater had frozen, they defrosted them before they burst in and out super. fast. Super professional, clean and polite! And did not try to rip me off on price they charged!

I have used ARS Rescue Rooter twice now. Both times they’ve come out to our church to perform different services. Both times the technicians were amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable, as well as friendly, and Professional.This last time Scott Smiley was the technician who came out. My experience with this guy has been amazing. I had a problem. I thought it was the end of the world for our bathroom… Scott was out with a solution, cost analysis, and then perform the service all very promptly and effectively. I even messed something up reinstalling the toilet later and he came back out the next day, fix the problem help me install the toilet, and was so friendly and professional. What a great company and what super employees! And our church here at North Point I have made ARS Rescue Rooter go to company.
