Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. Really wanted everyone to make sure they knew how grateful and blessed we were to have met this team duo. Thank you Plumb Reasonable!!

The plumber was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. But the price that was charged for installing a new garbage disposal was outrageous. After some research I found that they charged me over twice as much as I could have had it done with someone else

We have found our local plumber! We discovered a large leak on the main line near the meter. I searched Google for local plumbing companies with several reviews and a 5-star rating. I was not disappointed! H and H had an appointment that day and were available to come to our NRH dental office within 3 hours and had the leak fixed within an hour. I had a water leak at a fitting for the outside faucet.Technician Austin gave me an estimate with my long time customer discount. I discussed the pricing and he explained the estimate. After some discussion I felt like I might wait until Monday or do the job myself.Austin recognized that he may lose a long time Ernie’s customer and offered a compromise. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted but he was being very fair and I decided to have him make the repair.The repair looks great and he even insulated the pipe and discussed winterization of outside faucets.I am very satisfied with the final job and thanks to Austin I will remain in Ernie’s customer.

Brad Threadgill is the best plumber I have had work on a home. I have had the misfortune of dealing with multiple plumbing issues over the past few year . As a result, I have worked with multiple plumbers. They all come in with promises and give you a similar line to get the job. I'll be honest, when Brad came in smiling and telling me what he was going to be able to do for my family, I was a little skeptical that he was being truthful. He delivered on his word and was unlike any plumber I have worked with or heard about. RCA plumbing provided a very friendly and thorough service from start to finish. The appointment was made easily and quickly with a very cheerful receptionist. The plumbing technician explained the issues in a detailed manner and was very patient. Definitely a 5 star transaction from start to finish. Highly recommend!
