Best New Pipes in Arlington TX

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

They wanted $320 to snake an a.c. drain on a Sunday. Most of their competitors want about $200-250. On google it says theyre open 24 hours, but know youre going to pay way more than average to use them after hours. Call around for quotes before using these guys.

Work done was exceptional. Technician (TJ) was professional and did an absolutely amazing job. They do amazing work and do not leave any mess behind. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I have used this company for repairs for over 10 years.

I first used Fischer & Boone when I had a pipe burst under my Fort Worth 1940 home back in August 2015. I was a new home owner, having just purchased the place in April. While some plumbers did suggest they could fix the old galvanized steel pipe, the writing on the wall was full replacement would be necessary.
Fischer & Boone were direct in saying what was needed to be done and the cost. While others night be able to patch things cheaper, that would put stress on the rest of the system and future issues may arise. It wasn't something I as a 24 year old new homeowner may have wanted, but the full replacement to PEX piping was what was needed for the then 85 year old home.

Since then, I have used Fischer & Boone for a water heater replacement in 2018 after
returning from a deployment, and most recently a leak fix at the water meter box where there was a small leak. They have always been quick in response, professional in their work, and reasonable and direct in their cost. They didn't try to direct me to perhaps additional unnecessary work, and I appreciated that as a then new homeowner and now a bit more seasoned one.

We called Direct Source after 5pm due to my sewer line backing up into my home. They came within 35 mins of me calling. Wes was very professional and understanding. The company never charged me an after hours fee. And the price discribed over the phone was exactly what they charged me. As a first time home owner with my very first plumbing emergency they and Wes Hart were just AMAZING! WILL USE THEM FOR PLUMBING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE!

Details of service results, using pictures taken, as well as verbal explanations enabled me to understand the servicing process.

My educational need to understand all aspects for servicing is vital for me.

Brandon very patiently answered all of my questions, in addition to teaching me about the overall A/C functionality.

While here, He also contacted his higher tiered individual to assist me understand more about the complete replacement of my current A/C system potential.

Brandon gave me more information to augment what his higher tiered individual had stated.

I now have a much better understanding about how my A/C system functions. This includes the consequences of not addressing a malfunctioning component.

In response to my concern, He did not pressure me to either replace the component at this time vnor purchase a complete new system.

Consequently, my comfort level is very high for honest competent future A/C maintenance by Milestone Home Service Co. Techs and other departments personnel.

Lindsay did an amazing job of helping us out tonight. She demonstrated great customer service by explaining what the problems were/could be and how we could fix them. It is clear that her goal was to make sure we were completely satisfied and that the problem was addressed correctly. This is a wonderful change from the normal plumbing services that are trying to do as little work as possible and still charge hundreds of dollars. Prompt response and repair was of high quality

I had a pretty bad leak in my front lawn, so bad it started to look like pool and it was spreading to my neighbors side. Ben came out next day and worked on my issue during the STORMING RAIN! I appreciate his dedication and hard work! Not only did he work until the issue was resolved but he educated me on what happened, what to look out for and the type of pipes I have in my yard and what to prepare for. Had some leaks in different parts of the house and a garbage disposal issue that needed immediate attention. After calling a few places, Ernie's was the only place that responded immediately and got a guy out quickly. Martin from Ernie's came in and gave immediate, informative & accurate diagnosis. He went right to work, very professional and now our plumbing issues are no longer, just like that. I would immediately recommend Ernie's to ANYONE in the DFW area for any plumbing needs.

They came out same day. Repaired our leak and explained all our options including the finances for each. Also grateful they cleaned up the work area nicely before leaving. Will use them again for sure.

RCA plumbing provided a very friendly and thorough service from start to finish. The appointment was made easily and quickly with a very cheerful receptionist. The plumbing technician explained the issues in a detailed manner and was very patient. Definitely a 5 star transaction from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

We had a pipe in our yard burst and Joe Azcona came out to fix it. He was very upfront about the price and any circumstances that might change the quote. We were very fortunate and he didn't run into any issues while fixing it. He also said we could probably wait a while for a complete replacement, so that gave us a smile on a hard day. He is a great representative of this company and they will be our go to call going forward.
