Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

Very happy with my experience with them. Our old water heater was very out of code and in a weird closet in the garage. By the time Scott and his apprentice helper was done the space looked totally different. Everything is routed neatly and up to code now. The framing and door for the closet gone and the space just looks like it was meant to look that way all along. I’m really ocd about home repairs and projects. And I’m super happy with how everything came together. Will use them again for any future repairs

I was in need of a plumber this evening. I called and the phone was answered on the second ring. Was quoted an estimate and was told that someone would return my call within 15 minutes, and that he should be there within 1 hour.

A young man named Wes called me within 10 minutes and stated he could be here within 30 minutes. WOW! That seemed too good to be true. However, it WAS true, as Wes was here within 20 minutes.

Wes was very professional, he looked at my stopped-up sewer, and said Yes, I can fix that. Another 15-20 minutes later, he was done with the work and putting his tools away.

The price I was quoted was the EXACT PRICE I paid. A very friendly employee who took time to listen to my concerns, explain the work that had been done and an even better explanation of any warranty details.

DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. Called them out to check code on my tankless water heater. Flow issue with faucet in my bathroom. So I was charged $135 to replace the filter on my faucet. A part you can pickup at Lowe's for $2. The Rep came in with a smug attitude. Saying It will be $135 for my half hour of work. First you wasn't in my home for 30 minutes. So I had my wife pay him. I only called them because they installed our tankless. Another plumber came out due to a low pressure issue due to filter on our faucet. They told us what the problem was and didn't charge us $135 just replace a filter on the faucet. Safe to say Horizon Plumbing service has lost a customer....

Edit Response: OK I understand Stand that. We've called out another plumbing service for the same issue as your tech repaired. They told us what the issue was ( a filter just needed to be cleaned). They didn't charge $135 for their service fee. They just told us to clean the filter. The reason we called you out. Was you replaced our tankless water heater. We was going to go with another plumbing company until our builder told us to wait for you guys because you put the system in when the house was built. It's a lesson learned for us. In the future we will look to other plumbing companies to find the right fit for us. By the way your tech did say it will be $135 for the Hour work he did. So that's why my review mentioned that. You say it's a service fee. But lesson learned. We've been in Texas for a few years. We just need to find a plumbing company we're comfortable with.

MD Dutton replaced my water heater yesterday. Jessie and Taylor were absolutely amazing, they got it done in record time. They were very professional, neat and knowledgeable. My hot water heater is in the attic which is a pain, I work from home and had no interruption in my day at all. I would highly recommend MD Dutton, and the pricing was very competitive.
