Berkeys and their technician Bryce were amazing! He was able to fix the logistical nightmare we had with both of our showers. After having the water off for most of the day, his skills made the whole house happy. Not only did we get prompt (after hours) service, the cost and plumbing club membership were sooo reasonable in price. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again.

I called on a Sunday morning with an urgent A/C issue (or so I thought), and Berkeys had a technician at my house in just over an hour. Dennis very quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem, which turned out to be not really my A/C, but a plumbing issue that affected condensation drainage, and had me back in cooler temperatures in no time!

Dennis was efficient, professional, and very personable, and I felt like my home was in very good hands! I've been a BAM customer for years, and will renew in a heartbeat when the time comes. Thanks, Dennis and Berkeys!

Efficient with time and formative helpful very friendly

I called them up thinking we could get help with our AC within 24hours as they state 24 hour service. And they did pick up, but our info was sent to a dispatcher who couldnt come and help out any earlier than Tuesday.

Our HVAC system got a clean bill of health as part of our annual inspection. The technician did not try sell us any unnecessary service/repairs. This gives me more confidence in Berkey's in future if/when they find a problem.

The heating tune up went great. We are on the BAM HVAC membership plan which means Berkeys comes out for a heating and a/c tune up each year. They came out six months ago for our a/c tune up and then yesterday for the heating. Our technician was friendly, wore foot protection to protect our carpet while he was working, efficient, and seemed very thorough. We are very pleased with the membership plan and the service we have received.
Our plan is $99 for one heating and one a/c tune up a year which is almost half the cost of what we used to pay with another company.

Had Berkeys evaluate a slab leak and very thorough in inspecting and giving me a cost estimate. Josh was very professional.

This was my 2nd service appointment with Berkey's and I would like to give recognition to Edward's exceeding level of customer service. During both appointments, Edward was friendly, professional, and provided a thorough, detailed explanation of the issue on hand. His honest communication and considerate approach is the reason we decided to buy a membership during the first service appointment.

They came out promptly when I called on a Sunday afternoon to fix my ac/heater. I tried calling many other places and none were willing to come out same day. Dennis fixed the problem quickly and professionally and explained to me how I broke it in the first place. Quality service, would use again.

I looked for an electrician in the North Dallas Best Pick Reports guide and was pleased with the response of the Berkley receptionist and the electrician as well as the AC/Heating guy. They were not salesmen and spent time asking the right questions about the work I needed done! They explained what was needed, gave me choices as appropriate and priced the work before starting? They called to give me an arrival time and were a couple of minutes early. They were neat and clean in appearance with a business-like demeanor and yet were very personable, friendly and polite complimenting my wife on her home, AND our pups Liked them both! My Plumbing Tech, Francisco, did a tremendous job educating me on my water heater problem which I found out that I was dealing with a disaster waiting to happen. My 13-year old units were collecting sediment, rust and other unknowns and transferring it through my water lines which proved they could not only burst but cause other unseen damage. Bottom line, I upgraded and feeling better already.

Wonderful!!!! Fast at the repairs, friendly and even nice to my cat!!!!!! Cost were stated upfront and the bill at the end matched!!!

They fixed all of my plumbing problems. Very courteous and explained everything in detail. Seemed expensive for what they did but most plumbers have a reputation for being expensive. I did purchase their BAM plan for plumbing and HV/AC. Would recommend.

We had our annual system tune ups done today. Joe was prompt & courteous! He took the time to explain everything he did. We have used Berkey for plumbing & electrical & are always pleased with their service.

Berkeys plumbers and subcontractors do a great job. No complaints with the quality of their work, but the office connections need improvement. The office staff is cordial and professional, but there are problems with scheduling and communications. I have had two different work orders, one with a gas line and the other was a sewer problem. Over the course of 3 weeks sub-contractors did not show up on two occasions and one plumber was a no-show. The office didn't know how to contact the sub-contractors, so there was usually a one day delay to re-schedule. I also noticed that if I called close to a shift change, the next person wasn't familiar with the problem I was having. I will continue to use Berkeys, but I hope these problems are resolved before I use them again.

Came in and determined it was an old unrepairable hot water heater. Gave me options of what to do and did it the same day.

Dewayne was very nice and professional. This company is my new go-to.

Dennis, with Berkeys, recently inspected our three a/c units, identified clogged drainage lines in two, cleared the lines, and installed water alarms; all within the price quoted. He clearly explained the problems and identified items to monitor for the future. He was cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. Dennis demonstrated concern by wearing booties in the house and cleaning up the areas where he had worked. With his consistent attitude, ability, and strong work ethic displayed during two different service calls, I would rate Dennis as the top tech that I’ve worked with in 40+ years of home ownership.

Kevin Tolbert did an excellent job. He knows what he’s doing. He’s Very friendly and professional. I like Berkeys Air conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical and will use them again.

Had water leaking in the garage. Called at 8:00 and had a tech here before 10:00 Can't beat service like that.

We have numerous issues since our house is 33 years old. Dewayne was totally knowledgeable with all the issues and had solutions for us. He was very professional and efficient. Berkeys was recommended to us and we will pass that on.

I cannot say enough good things about Berkeys. I have had numerous technicians out from all three divisions of Berkeys and, without fail, they have been friendly and professional. They have conquered big tasks, small tasks, and big tasks masquerading as small tasks without a single complaint (and without jacking up the charges). They explain exactly what the problem is and what all of my options are, usually without me having to ask, and have never made me feel dumb for not being an expert. I keep waiting to meet a technician who is anything less than amazing, but I am starting to believe it is never going to happen.

Thank You Berkey's AC, Plumbing & Electrical!!! I received FIVE-STAR SERVICE again from Darrell the Plumber on a terrible plumbing leak that was fixed pronto with his expertise (within an hour). This was extra impressive as it was a complex issue. Next Jay Dunbar came over for routine preventative AC maintenance. He did an awesome job too. Darrell gave us a big jug of probiotic drain cleaner for routine drain maintenance (needed that), that so much better than Liquid Plumber to keep drains operational. I have to give these guys 5 stars for attitude, value, knowledge/experience, timeliness, successful results and they even clean up after themselves. Honestly, they run circles around the competition, they've never sent a rookie (others often do), and they even have real talented customer service reps answer the phone instead of dreadful automated attendants. We're sold on Berkey's. FIVE BIG STARS & TWO THUMBS UP FOR BERKEYS.

Alex has been the best I've ever had for sewer problems. He was eager to explain what he was doing, especially with the sewer camera. If needed again, I hope Alex can be requested.

We had a completely clogged main sewer line and were on the brink of having to stay with friends since no one could make it out to fix the issue same-day. I gave Berkey's a call and I'm glad I did. This was our first experience with Berkey's and it was a great one. From getting a same-day appointment, to the courteous texts and communication from the office, I was very impressed. Matt (our service tech) was also a huge reason for our great experience because he was knowledgable, personable, and had great customer service skills. They went above and beyond and didn't nickel and dime us like other plumbing companies when it came to quoting for similar work over the phone. The issue was fixed quickly, at a great price, and our lives are back to normal. I'll definitely be calling them first next time an issue arises.

Wayne was courteous. I think he was well informed. It's not something I can really tell. I use Berkeys because I have had AC repairmen tell me I needed a new AC unit when I had just bought one. It was brand new. So I use berkeys for better or worse because I think they are honest.

We have called Berkeys for issues with our plumbing, heat, and A/C. Their techs are always knowledgeable and courteous. We always call Berkeys because we know our problem will be fixed correctly.

My AC Replacement Quote. Great customer service with a high price tag. I called Berkeys because my AC unit finally went out after a year of constant repairs. So I decided to get some quotes from many AC company's. I called Berkeys and asked the call taker what is the cost of your AC units and how much is your average installation. The call taker was very nice but kept giving me reasons why that information was not possible to give over the phone because someone would have to see exactly what is needed. That is totally understandable for installation but if you know what Ton, Brand and Sear Rating you want, you would think they could give you an idea. So a very nice technician came to give me a quote. At the end of his inspection we sat down to go over numbers. His price for installation and equipement for a 4-ton 12-wear unit was $12,800. And that was a midgrade unit!! I was overcome by sticker shock because I researched the wholesale costs of complete AC systems. Then he started to explain how they would have to replace my drop pan in the attic, pull all the permits, ECT. I told the gentleman that I'm sorry, but I'm having a little sticker shock. Then I told him about what I found on a wholesale site, a mid range 4-ton 12-sear Goodman complete system for 2800 delivered. He then called somebody and the price magically dropped to 7500 with a brand that I had never heard of. I politely said I'll consider it and we left it at that. The next day I called a local company in Burleson and they are installing the Goodman system for 5k. That's a savings of $7800 from my original bid with a comparable product. Good luck everyone

Andy did a great job at repairing my outside faucet. He had to contend with bushes growing around it, and did so without any complaints. The work involved chipping away at or brickwork and he did so with the minimum of damage.

Berkey's offers a great plan where they tune-up your air conditioning system in the spring & the heating system in the fall. They charge one low price for both tune-ups. As a customer for 20+ years, I can tell you that Berkey's gets the job done right the first time whether it is a big project or a small fix. Had 3 appointments scheduled for 8-12 to do AC, plumbing and electrical system checks. Got a call letting me know each service person was on the way. First was AC. He turned on the 2 AC units and did his checks in the attic and outside. All was good. Pluming person adjusted the hot water circulating pump to make sure we had hot water during the times we use it. All else was OK. Electrical checks went fine. Batteries were changed in smoke detectors. All was good. All 3 men made sure they had booties on when in the house. Great job and all was pre-paid through the Berkey’s service plan.

From start to finish, our experience was great. Our technician, Phil, was helpful and exceptionally professional. Our situation was clearly explained as were our options for resolution. So glad that we chose Berkeys today and will continue to do so in the future.

My small, 6-unit condo complex had a broken pipe that disrupted water service to 3 units. We called Berkeys and they arranged for a 4 hour service window. As promised, Berkeys called to advise the technician was on the way 30 minutes before he was to arrive. Upon arrival and assessment, the technician provided a quote and promised same day service. Throughout the process, Berkeys kept me apprised of the work and ensured the project went smoothly. Daniel, the techician, and his two contractors who excavated the soil to locate the broken pipe were extremely professional. Once the pipe and valves were replaced and water service restored, the contractors did and excellent job of restoring the soil and the landscaping.

Finally, a company that gets it. Master Plumber Alfonso, called ahead, arrived on time, neat and clean (white collared shirt, non-smoker) was polite, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

Justin was professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE and offered detailed solutions to my plumbing problems. Before I had used Berkey's Plumbing , Air Conditioning and Electrical~ I had hired professionals who, in the long run, charged me exorbitantly and did little to resolve my problem. Berkey's is professional, vets out their employees thoroughly, and hires professionals ~ like Dustin, to truly FIX the problem.

They replaced my AC and heater, and they even managed to hang an antique lamp that I got from a consignment shop that didn't have all of the brackets and things needed to stay on the ceiling. They're punctual and, personable, and and efficient. I can't speak for the plumbing, but their electricians are first rate.
