Donald with KMP is friendly, professional, and an extremely nice person. He is very good at his job and explains all that is being done. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Cody explained to me very clearly the steps that needed to be taken to replace my pressure reduction valve. He was knowledgeable and professional. Caleb (Big Country) did a great job with installing it. I never knew the water pressure in my house was so low all these years. It’s quite a change having water come out nice and strong! We actually stopped Steven, a tech, who was at a neighbors to ask a question about a couple of frozen pipes and our tankless water heater. Steven took the time to stop by and look at our situation and advise what to do until the weather warmed. He was super nice and courteous. We will be using ABC Plumbing in the future to service our tankless. We will ask for Steven.

I had a leaking toilet and BVP was recommended by a friend. All fixed the next day, great job and very reasonable price. I asked for a quote to replace all flexi pipe fittings under the sink and bathrooms. I was curious as I'd just had them replaced in my son's house. BVP's price was ONE THIRD of a well known Gold Coast plumbing company!!! All done 3 working days later.

Brandon very patiently answered all of my questions, in addition to teaching me about the overall A/C functionality.

While here, He also contacted his higher tiered individual to assist me understand more about the complete replacement of my current A/C system potential.

Brandon gave me more information to augment what his higher tiered individual had stated.

I now have a much better understanding about how my A/C system functions. This includes the consequences of not addressing a malfunctioning component.

In response to my concern, He did not pressure me to either replace the component at this time vnor purchase a complete new system.

Consequently, my comfort level is very high for honest competent future A/C maintenance by Milestone Home Service Co. Techs and other departments personnel.
