Joe Oquendo the service technician was such a professional on every issue we discussed. Joe explained to me what was needing to be repaired and all the issues that my A/C was experiencing. He educated me about our A/C. Joe fixed our A/C in a timely manor. Joe went above and beyond his time to teach me and inform me about my vents. Joe's professional service was spectacular!! Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Our old water heater rusted through. My husband called Tankless Gas Water Heaters immediately and they were at our house with a new water heater in the same day. They are very professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. I would recommend them above anyone else in the Arlington area.

Joe Azcona came out and fixed a loud, leaky, terrible toilet for us by quickly and conveniently installing one that actually works. Very professional, patient, and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. Will use BFP again based on this experience.

These guys have been really great to work with! We have had SERIOUS underground drainage issues in our house and have had to systematically replace ALL of our underground plumbing drains. We had a clog and the two guys that came resolved the issue, my problem is that they didn’t have masks or shoe covers and tracked mud on my carpet, they left the clean put cover off and the big one they didn’t close my gate and when I let my dogs out they ran down the street and I had to chase them down the street. We have used Ernie’s exclusively not sure why they didn’t put plastic down and use shoe covers all the guys in the past have. Just some constructive criticism. Thanks.

These guys are awesome! My 8yr old AC just went out. I called the company that installed it. They came out and immediately said oh, your compressor is gone, you need a new compressor, new coil, etc. Wanted $6,000+ to fix it. So I did some research online, found Big Bear, and gave them a call. They came out, and in less than 15 minutes diagnosed the problem as just a broken fan, and a bad circuit breaker. Fixed me up the same day. If you want someone who is friendly, honest, and knows their stuff, call Big Bear!

Doug Dutton has done several Repair and replace jobs for both me and my FIL that lives down the street. He and his team are always professional, timely and get the job done right the first time. If I shopped around, I might be able to find a cheaper plumber, but I’ll stay with Dutton since he’s a trustworthy, straight shooting type of guy. Do I recommend him? I have already done so to several of my neighbors and friends, and have never regretted doing so either.
