We had a pipe burst the night before Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve morning I called several plumbers to be told it would be well in to the next week to have it fixed, which meant no water for days. I was frustrated when I called KMP, talked to Rachel and might of cried a little explaining my situation. She was not only very understanding but very sympathetic. She worked some magic and was able to send a plumber out help us same day. I am very thankful I spoke to her today.

Please add my name to the impressively long list of satisfied Fischer & Boone Plumbing customers. My brief but satisfying business experience with Fischer & Boone Plumbing took place on Thursday, October the 26th.
Things started when I called the F & B office shortly 8 in the morning to make an appointment to have my annoyingly faulty, master bedroom toilet looked at and repaired. A young sounding lady by the name of Stacey (with a delightful phone voice) took my call and arrangements were made to have a plumber dispatched to my residence between the hours of 3 to 5 P.M. on that same day. But Stacey went on to state that there was a possibility that one of their plumbers might be able to get to my home earlier than the 3 to 5 P.M. scheduled window time. As it turned out, she was correct. I received a call from her in the early afternoon informing me that one of her plumbers could get to my place within the hour. Stacey asked me if the moved up in arrival would be okay with me? Of course I told her that it would be. So around 1:30, a Fischer & Boone plumber appeared at my front door. He was a amiable guy named Jim. And with his professional expertise, fixing my toilet was mere child's play for Jim. Inside of 15 minutes, my faulty toilet was good as new!

Although plumber Jim was only at my house for a short period of time, I enjoyed talking to him. He was a down to earth guy in his mid-fifties.
Hopefully, I won't have anymore plumbing problems again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call (Fischer & Boone Plumbing).

Darrol Reeder did a very through job. He found an issue that has kept my old electric heater malfunctioning for maybe several years. Could have even been dangerous. I expect to enjoy a more comfortable winter and lower electric bills. He was also pleasant and willing to answer all my questions. Request him by name!

The guys arrived when they said and got to work immediately. They were very polite and efficient. Even in extreme heat they kept at it and changed out our outdated electric panel and got us a/c again in much shorter time than I expected. Top. notch work.

Lacked professionalism and was not upfront with costs. Charged me $80 to confirm a kitchen faucet leak (for insurance purposes) that I had already identified and charged another $140 to cut into the dry wall to determine shower leak was not due to plumbing (which I’m ok with this part, but person was not upfront with the cost). Plumber also argued with someone on the phone and with his partner in front of me. Also would glare at me when I asked questions.

Had a faulty water heater. WHM sent Robert to assess the situation. I elected to have WHM repair the unit after the assessment was completed. I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and will call them again when other issues arise. BTW... I learned allot from Robert when talking and watching when he made the repairs...

Where to begin? We received an email from the city saying our water usage has been abnormal for the last 48 hours. This was right at the time of the really cold temps. The next afternoon we noticed some water outside by the hose bib. We called Ernie's and Gary came out and helped us figure it out. He gave us a quote and options and was on his way. Later that night we found water inside our bathroom on the other side of the hose bib. We quickly called and had Ernie's scheduled for the next day. After arriving and starting to repair we found that the issue was not as we expect and it was a broken pipe in the slab. After working with our insurance company we were able to get Ernie's back out to resolve it. Josh and Rob arrived and did a great job re-routing our new line. Great company and if I need a plumber I know who I will call.

Oscar was very nice, professional & informative. He explained he would have to check both units...inside & outside, he told us what he did to effectively diagnose the problem. He told us what he needed to do to repar it. Then explained what the repairs would cost. Wouldn’t use any other plumbing service! Doug is the most Knowledgeable, reliable, dependable, and HONEST person/plumber you could ever hope to find. I have used MD DUTTON PLUMBING on complete remodel and also minor plumbing issues and he has done excellent work on all.

I have used Texas Blessed plumbing several times over the last several years. Matt has replaced our toilets, a garbage disposal, a faucet, and fixed various clog issues. He is very courteous, and repairs/replaces the item correctly on the first trip out. We will continue to call him for all of our plumbing needs.

They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.

I called Total Care Plumbing, talked with Brad about our problem and was immediately given the most prompt and courteous service that I have ever received. Great work and problem solving. Thank you Brad
