We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

Patrick came to my house to change out a leaking evaporator coil. He called in advance to verify the appointment and arrived right on time. I ask him how the repair was going to be done and how much time it would take. He explained it to me in a clear friendly manor and proceeded with the work. Everything went as plan and he showed me on his gauges just where the pressures should be for a fully charged system for that day's temperature. I was totally satisfied with the job he did and with the support of the service manager and everyone at Metro Energy savers. I bought the 2 year service plan and look forward to their future service.

Work was fine. Billing had wrong due date on it. Revised comment because they did fix the billing date. Work was good and prompt

$700 down the toilet. AC repair lasted 2 months then unit died. They wanted $3000 to replace. Another repairman blamed dead unit on faulty wiring by WHM. Replaced it for me for $1500 and its working well. Obviously I am not happy with service by WHM.

Carlos was very helpful in fixing my HVAC problem. He quickly figured out the issue and made sure the unit was cooling before he left. He even scheduled a follow-up service to make sure everything was working as efficiently as possible before the summer. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call back in the future. Thanks!

Used Ernie's plumbing for a number of years. Recently, we contacted Ernie's to fix a toilet and two sinks that were running slow. The toilet repair was fine but the price we paid to unstop two sinks, $190.00 was excessive.We will not use Ernie's again in the future. There are other plumbers with more reasonable pricing .

Our plumber showed up on time. He went above and beyond to get the repair done in a timely manner and was so friendly and happy to help me understand what was happening.

Just recently started using Big Bear, and all has gone well! They checked my AC, gave me some tips, and pointed out a couple issues I could change. They also replaced my AC Disconnect quickly. Good communication, easy to get in touch with, and arrives even earlier than expected (if you approve of them arriving early).

These folks deserve the 5 stars. Excellent quality, was able to do significant work same day, just outstanding company and workers!
