Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

Very good. MetroEnergy arrived at scheduled time for our residence as well as two rental properties. The technician was very helpful in signing us up for our Service Contracts and advised us of future problems and solutions. We will ask for him in the future whenever we need service.

We have had Ben Franklin Plumbing at our home for multiple services. We purchased our home a few years ago and the prior owners neglected the maintenance. When we were having the property inspected, they came and did a pressure test and checked the main line with a camera, which are services that are not offered with any real estate inspection. The tech found an issue with one of the toilets, which ended up being a broken flange. This saved us a substantial amount of money! My wife is a facilities coordinator for a large operation by the airport for an international company, so she's extremely familiar in dealing with contractors. We both give Ben Franklin a 5+ rating! They also have an air conditioning company called Minuteman Heating and Air owned by the same family and when our old unit gave out we used them to place a new Lennox heat pump system in, and we are very pleased with our new found comfort and our much lower electric bills!

Had a faulty water heater. WHM sent Robert to assess the situation. I elected to have WHM repair the unit after the assessment was completed. I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and will call them again when other issues arise. BTW... I learned allot from Robert when talking and watching when he made the repairs...

On 7-30-18 Ernies sent Fred out to do some work on my water heater and done a fantastic job! I've used Ernies several times and always prompt and very curtious. I ask for Fred cause he tells it like it is! His work is always quick, honest and done well. I will call on them again when needed.

I had to have my 19 year old (yikes) water heater replaced. Jeremy and his partner came out and were fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable and professional. They got the job done correctly, explained how it worked and made sure I understood. They were very reasonably priced too! Great company representation.

No high pressure sales pitch. The technician pointed out what was wrong with the system and walked us through all of our options. Very casual and professional. We plan on being long time customers and recommend these guys without reservation.

Their prices are ridiculous. Better options out there. Literally just needed the control valve replaced I had the part they just needed to install it and they quoted me $800. The part that irritated me the most was that they couldn’t give me a quote over the phone they sent a tech to inspect the issue and then he gave me the price for the repair. The price was was so stupidly high I declined service, but they charged me for the visitation fee. I got robbed in broad daylight, the tech was there a max of 5 mins and he ended up walking out with $90. Ridiculous! The tech was professional and polite no problem with his service. I’m disappointed in their processes and pricing. I ended up finding another company with reasonable prices to do it.
