VERY IMPRESSED with this company and specifically Edgar Toscano. He has made this company two very happy clients. I highly recommend them. The ladies in the office were very helpful and polite. Everyone was so polite, honest, and communicated it all clearly and respectfully.I am also a Realtor and will be using this company as recommendation for all my clients. Dial One was professional and prompt. The technician knew exactly what he needed to do to move the toilet in our bathroom from one side of the room to the other. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use them for future plumbing work at my house.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

The house was replumbed for the new gas line. I couldn't have asked for a better group of men to be working inside and outside the house. Respectful of property, me, and one another; clean, efficient, pleasant and although a very long day, their attitudes were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Called shortly before 1300 and Waymon was out about a couple hours later. Took the old blower motor out and was gone in less than 10 minutes. Came back about an hour later with a new one and had it installed and my heat restored in less than 10 minutes again. Outstanding service!!!

Encountered a driver from this company who was driving very recklessly down Rufe Snow. They were cutting people off left and right and causing people to switch lanes just to get away from them. I stayed behind them and got a photo of the license plate/van to be a witness in case there was a crash.
