Michael did a great job repairing a leaking drain pipe in my crawl space. He was helpful, flexible and professional. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and took time to explain what he was planning to do at the start then showing me what he did at the end. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. Duffy, the service technician who came to my house because of a leaking water heater was awesome! He saw the problem immediately, gave me some water heater & price options--- patiently explaining them all to me . I was pleasantly surprised that he could start the work immediately. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind & helpful and went that extra mile to make sure everything was satisfactory with me about the installation. His work area was left very clean!! His caliber of person is rare these days. I would also like to commend your employee Dee. She called to do a follow up about work done and she was so kind & personable. This company is the best we have encountered. They came in and gave us a quote that made sense for the scope of work needed and stuck to it! No unpleasant surprises. Shawn and Spencer arrived on time and went straight to work. They installed a tankless water heater for us, made sure to explain the flush system, cleaned up after their work and were really nice to talk with. As my husband was away on a business trip when our old water heater broke, I had a company we had used previously come in, and it was a very unpleasant experience. Called ABC after reading their reviews and was very relieved after meeting Jason for the initial consultation. Thank you ABC Plumbing!!!!

This company feels like one you can trust. Don’t use Direct Source Plumbing. They tried to sneak a huge project over to me that was actually covered by the city. Horizon is very straightforward, fast and does good honest work.

Really great, friendly and personable service from start to finish! Their dispatcher, Shelly, is super-friendly and kept us up to date on where they stood with the other appointments. Even with all of the burst pipe calls around Dallas due to the storm and the late hour, they took the time to carefully find the leak, repairing it with minimal damage to the wall. They made certain that the repair held, and even inspected the other lines for any signs of additional burst pipes or other problems - despite it being after midnight! I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, their good humor and calmness during what is certainly a stressful time with tons of emergency calls. I will certainly use them for my future plumbing needs and you should too!
