Best Garbage Disposal Installation/Replacement in Arlington TX

I had a clogged drain that started leaking into the dining room. I called max and their tech named Eric showed up 20 minutes later. Eric was friendly, explained the problem, recommended a permanent solution and installed the chlorine strip for a reasonable and fair price. I will use them for ALL of my needs!

David and his team were AWESOME! They came out the same day and installed a new water heater for me. Outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend!

My technician Yanny was professional and knowledgeable. He made recommendations for my HVAC unit and was able to complete that day. Too easy!

We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

Metro rooter amazing! Service man while fixing my plumbing issue, notified me that their was another issue with my water line connected to the city of Arlington.
By him communicating this problem, I contacted the city and they fixed this $3000 issue. The city covered the cost. But this had to be done by June or I may have had to pay for it.

Jonathan was very thorough and courteous. He was also very patient with his explanation of the repairs as he presented the repair options. The one thing that could have been better would have been the gentle reminder the dispatcher presented emergency service call was not included in the cost for the repair options presented. Just the reminder would have heightened the excellence of service and garnered full transparency

I call these guys with a major water leak problem and they came out and within the hour just like they said.He had me fixed up in no time and quoted me $200 and that's what they charge me I was very impressed I would definitely recommend these guys.

Really appreciate this company! We’ve gone through a couple of plumbers and it’s been hard to find reliable plumbers and also plumbers that don’t just fix what you asked them to fix but make that extra effort to point out something else that could be a problem in the future… that’s what I look for in any service provider. Body, Skylar, and Jovi have all been very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They take their time to get the job done right the first time. I really like the text updates as well as how they take pictures of all their work and parts that they use to keep on file. Good warranty and very organized. Prices are also very fair. Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs!

Used this company for many years. They were always fair, reliable and did good work. Things have changed. Will no longer use them. In 2020 they came by to give an estimate on replacing bathroom sink. Never heard back. Called several times but never heard back. Recently in 2021 again asked for an estimate on a new sink. Set up an appointment but never heard from them. Will not be calling again and for sure will not be recommending them. T Hightower

Called to report one of the drivers flying down Country Club. Which isn’t something I regularly do but he was going so fast it was concerning.

Me: hi, how do I report one of your drivers?
Him: what?
Me: (repeats question)
Him: I am the driver. What’s your problem?
Me: you were flying down Country Club.
Him: So?
Me: so you were going at least 50.
Him: and?
Me: so the speed limit is 40 and school just let out so it was 20.
Him: ok. *hangs up*

If you can’t do these things AND you’re in charge of a business, I hope people will see this and choose wisely. If someone cuts corners with the law, is rude to a stranger proving honest feedback in good faith, what corners will they cut with you?

Called them and they said they can come out within 2 hours. Arrived promptly and fixed issue with ease. Would highly reccommend!
