Long time customers of Lasiter. Had our annual Loyalty Walk today with a new technician/plumber Michael. Like our long time service coordinator Gary, Michael was really great...prompt..courteous..thorough. Helped locate and repair some trouble spots before they could cause real problems.

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

The scheduler called me when the technician was on his way, as promised. Braden took the time to address the real problem and left our outdoor drain in much better shape than before. He could have just done a quick fix but he took his time and did the job right. He was professional and informative, and was honest about costs for additional work that might be needed in the future. The cost for this service was exactly as promised in the estimate. I'm sorry other reviewers had a bad experience with this company - ours was good and we'd use this company again.

We were very pleased with the services received from Roto-Rooter. Kelvin; the technician that came out was great. He took his time and made sure to work through our plumbing issue. Even though we still need more services to clear the issue he made us very sure that solution is going to work.

City confirmed a leak on my side of the water main. I had a great experience with Direct Source Plumbing when I had a water heater replaced last year, so I called them again. I called just before 5 p.m. and a courteous person answered the phone. I was able to get scheduled immediately the next day. Tyler arrived ready to work. It took some digging to isolate the leak due to the highly saturated dirt and clay, but he found it in about 30 minutes. After getting the proper parts, he not only solved the water leak but explained every aspect of what he was doing. I am spoiled by the kind of service I receive from this company. I will continue to use and recommend Direct Source Plumbing.

Phil took time to adjust and fix everything on the punch list. A real professional, knows his stuff.

John was a professional. Calls to plumbers are never fun and the timing is always good timing. John was considerate and show empathy of our situation and the backed up plumbing we had. He took the time to text me he was on the way and then once he assessed the problem told me very clearly what steps he was going to do to help us get back to normal. I will certainly recommend and use John again if the need arises.

I Had a big stop up at my house my toilet wasn't working and Kyle came out and helped me with my toilet highly recommended to anybody!
