After months of backups and poor maintenance assistanceI called metro Rooter the only thing I can say is why did I take so long. If you have any plumbing problems or drainage issues give metro-rooter a call and you will not be disappointed.

We were having problems with our toilets flushing on a Friday afternoon. My wife called All Complete Plumbing after other companies had told her it would be Monday before they could come to our house. Steve from All Complete, informed her that Otis was going out of town but would stop by and delay his trip to check our situation. He did stop by and he fixed the problem. Highly recommend these guys!

I hired Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing for my plumbing needs when I moved into my salon. They really went the extra mile to accommodated my scheduling needs for the move-in. They were also able to box-in the exposed pipes for me to make it look nice. Friendly, and professional at a great price. The Plumbing Service (Brent) came out the same day to assess the situation, when other Plumbing companies could not figure it out, Brent was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue at a reasonable price. I am amazed at a wonderful job he did! He was very professional by explaining it every step of the way, gave me tips to prevent the issue in the future, and was very reliable. I called late on Friday, the day before Christmas Eve, and he assured me he would come. He had to use his technical knowledge to figure out why my water heater refused to light, and I watched him figure it out plus discover and fix a water line leak. Very knowledgeable!

Had a small pin hole leak in a pipe in the front yard, called on a Monday Steven and Jayden were here the next day, located the leak and repaired right away,as soon as I knew we had a plumbing problem there was only one company to call, I wouldn't recommend any other company for all your plumbing needs, professional, courteous, and always gets the job done, especially with the bad weather coming I knew I could count on ABC, thank you Vickie ,yet another 5 Star review had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and desperately wanted new faucets so I called ABC and the owner actually came out to give me an estimate and the next day Beaudy and Spencer were here and did an amazing job, it was as if they were working on their own home, professional efficient and cleaned everything up just as they found it, this is why I will always be an ABC customer, thank you and shout out to the girls in the office as well 🤗 7/21/2023, yet another 5 Star review I'd give them a 10 if possible,Brian and Eli repaired the overflow plate in my bathtub,noticed it was loose and called late Thursday and they were here before noon the next morning. My home needed updated plumbing and these guys made it happen! Their hard working team put in the time needed to replumb my home and the price was much better than we had originally thought. Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.
