Best Faucet Repair / Replacement in Arlington TX

I’m a long time customer and I’m pleased with how this company solves problems.

Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

Hot water heater was leaking bad, rerouted to second tank until approval to replace them.
We have no hot water at this time...but cold water available.
They showed when they stated they would.
Awaiting 2nd visit for replacement H20 Heater.

Water Heater replaced Monday-10/31 as scheduled.
Parts ordered and ready for pick-up on Friday-10/28, but too late for AAA to pick it up when talked around 7p. Office is closed over the weekend...which meant longer without hot water!!!😫

Outside spigot was broke and leaking if used from a small crack. They came out next day and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes and since the problem was easier than expected they took $50 off of the original quote!

Need a new blower motor and am being charged $1500. Seems awful high when online they cost about $400. The tech was nice and patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. But price seems ridiculously high.

Gaberial Booker has assisted me with several plumbing issues. His prices is good but just as important or more important, he is very responsive and comes out as quickly as possible. I contact Mr. Booker any time I have a plumbing issue and would gladly refer him to others.

Michael Gentry is the only person we use to do our plumbing work. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and pays attention to detail both to the work he performs and the homeowner's safety and wellness especially during these uncertain times by wearing a mask for the duration of his visit and will not step inside your house without shoe covers on! By far the best plumber we've ever used, work always done right the first time, a definite Gentleman and does QUALITY work!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a early morning emergency with a copper water line break flooding my kitchen, unfortunately they are not open on the weekend and had two numbers in which you could call for emergencies. No one ever returned my call or even text back, very disappointing.

Been happy with their works for both my house and business for a while. Their techs are always polite and professional. Recently, I was told to clear my flowers/bushes in the front yard to install the Whole house water filtration (they charge me for $6,000). 3 weeks later, on the installation day, they brought me a totally different filter without even telling me in advance. We don't like this new filter at all. My front yard plants got trimmed to the ground expecting the professional installation. Not even an apology from the lady who I talked to over the phone. These people don't care about your house or what kind of filter they install for you. They care about their work and pay!

I called late on Friday, the day before Christmas Eve, and he assured me he would come. He had to use his technical knowledge to figure out why my water heater refused to light, and I watched him figure it out plus discover and fix a water line leak. Very knowledgeable!

The house was replumbed for the new gas line. I couldn't have asked for a better group of men to be working inside and outside the house. Respectful of property, me, and one another; clean, efficient, pleasant and although a very long day, their attitudes were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Quick and quality install for a water heater

We use Direct Source for any and all our plumbing needs and have always been satisfied with their quality of service, expertise, professionalism and pricing. On one occasion, we had them out to look at the water heater and it was a simple fix. The technician actually listened to me as I mentioned another unrelated item and noticed a faint dripping noise from our kitchen that was a part of that issue. Instead of insisting that we had a foundation leak and wanting to tear my floor up, he gave me the signs to look for so that I would be able to tell if, in fact, it was a true leak. Several months later, I saw the signs and called him back. He was able to pinpoint the location, and have it repaired, with my floor back in tact, all within a half a day!
