We have used this company for many years. Have always been happy with their service. When our hot water heater sprung a leak they came out the same day to make a temporary repair so we still had hot water until we could schedule a full replacement.

They came right out and fixed a leak I was having underneath my bathroom sink. Fast and courteous service. I highly recommend.

The girl they sent out made it sound like a much bigger job than it was. When asked, she said they SHOULD be able to do it in a day. Took about an hour, and they still charged us over $3000, even after all the discounts she could apply. And she called it menu pricing. Seniors, beware...

Can't say enough good things about Ben & his employees. Briefly: total replacement of about 75' of main sewer line UNDER the foundation of our house. Cast iron pipe completely collapsed in two places. This is not a cheap job no matter who does it but Ben bid a good $10-20,000 (yes that's thousands) under three other companies. His contracted digging team tunneled in, he and his helper went in and replaced everything, then the crew backfilled the tunnel. Can't even tell they were here...they even replaced the bricks perfectly they had to pull from my patio. All done with permits, city inspection, and an engineering study (required by code); no off-the-books illegal stuff some people encouraged me to do to save money. Ben explained everything in terms I could understand, was cordial and respectful. Even his dog was cool. Oh, and he also replaced a water heater for me a few weeks before this dig and did it $1,200 cheaper than the last company that replaced it! By all means, call this company if you need any plumbing work done.

I had a faucet that water would not flow through. Chris Alvarado came out once but couldn't fix the problem because it required a special tool he didn't have. He left to buy the tool he needed, then returned another day to fixed the problem. Chris was very courteous throughout the coming and going process, then didn't charged me anything to fix my faucet. I highly recommend Chris and Schrader Plumbing. They have superior customer service.

When you have no hot water in January and guests staying with you, urgent action is needed. The tankless hot water was not working. The call was answered promptly, dispatch said a technician would be there and that the technician would call before arriving. And that is how it went. Jose called and arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained the possible solutions and then called in to get the correct parts lined up. I was expecting 2-3 days and they had it completed by the next day. Very pleased.

ARS was quick in getting us help with the pipe leak in our irrigation system. Scott was great and made sure that we had our main water turned back on that night. He was able assess the damages and made quick fix. Thank you ARS!

business, CHOICE HOME WARRENTY. This company purchased a defective hot water heater, from a company they affiliate with. I was without hot water for weeks. Neither company properly kept in contact. I appreciate RCA Plumbing attentiveness, compassion for their customers. Traveling to different counties, getting the job done in a timely manner.

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
