We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

First off, our plumber was 1 and a half hours late to our 3 hour appointment. Then after finally showing up, they wanted $1000 to clean out a clogged urinal drain. Yes $1000!!! We obviously didn't feel like getting completely ripped off and sent the man on his way. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS!
$1000?! The world must be filled will enough really gullible people for this company to still be in business. Unbelievable.

Horrible service. I was given a time between 3p-7p. I called at 6:30p to see if they were still coming and operator told me they were doing two other jobs b4 me. All of you know the waiting game within the window they give you. The worst part is they never showed.

I had a leaking toilet and BVP was recommended by a friend. All fixed the next day, great job and very reasonable price. I asked for a quote to replace all flexi pipe fittings under the sink and bathrooms. I was curious as I'd just had them replaced in my son's house. BVP's price was ONE THIRD of a well known Gold Coast plumbing company!!! All done 3 working days later.

The owner Dave came out to resolve my issue. Very warm, friendly presence and very knowledgeable. He resolved my problem and replaced my garbage disposal in less than 30-45 min. The company send someone to fix air conditioning within 4 hours on a very hot day. He fixed the air conditioning and told us what was wrong. Explained that a maintenance may help us milk another couple of years out of our condenser so we've scheduled that. Will call them again if we need them. Great service.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
