Obtain this company via Sears HomeServices. They came out made the repair, several hours later it was leaking again. Refilled with my warranty and spoke with the owner. He said he would call to reschedule since it was a Friday near no work hours. I agreed and never heard back. He never answered my calls. When the other homeowner called he rescheduled, day off he no showed when the homeowner called he called him a liar and we broke the repair and to never call again. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. My advice is to never use this company

Services rendered was very professional. The administrative staff contacted me to confirm my appointment and also to notify me of the technicians arrival time. The technician arrived on time and did a quick assessment of all my concerns. A few of the items e.g. lighting hot water tan and adjusting chain in toilet to stop running water, were quick fixes that required no payment.

The repair of the kitchen sink and a leaky faucet required going to get more parts in which he quickly picked up and returned in a reasonable manner. He knocked on the door prior to entering my home so as to preserve my privacy and avoid scaring me. He repaired both items and cleaned up his mess in less than 20 minutes. I was able to pay using their hand-held scanner. Overall, it was a great transaction. He even told me how to light the hot water tank. I was sent my invoice via email and given a quote on some other items. More importantly, I will not have to pay for another home visit assessment for that particular should I decide to repair it in the future.

I highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing. I had some tree roots get into my plumbing that was preventing water to drain from my house. Michael showed up and cleaned out the lines in just a matter of minutes. He also talked about preventive maintenance that could avoid this going forward. He is ver professional and did not upsale. He simply identified the issue and what needed to be done and got it taken care of.
I will call them again for future repair and drainage needs!

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Will continue to use

We had a pipe in our yard burst and Joe Azcona came out to fix it. He was very upfront about the price and any circumstances that might change the quote. We were very fortunate and he didn't run into any issues while fixing it. He also said we could probably wait a while for a complete replacement, so that gave us a smile on a hard day. He is a great representative of this company and they will be our go to call going forward.

This plumbing service is great! I will say that they arrived an hour late but it was okay since plumbers can't guarantee times for each client. They fixed the slab leak and helped with the pipes. Also they are open on Sundays so that's also a plus. Would really recommend and they are nice people.

This company decided to ride my bumper to where I could only see his windshield out of the back of my Toyota Rav4 in a residential zone. I was going only a little under the speed limit because of the road conditions. I tried to call the company to advise them of one of their drivers to make a complaint and rudely got hung up on when I asked where I can direct my complaint to. Would not recommend especially if this is how they treat people. I can only imagine how they'd treat me as a customer.

Looks like I'm not the only one to experience driving concerns and getting hung up as well. Great quality customer service with this one.

We had a leaky outside faucet. The tech was scheduled to show up between 5 and 7 PM. Travis called shortly after 5 and said he would be here at 6 pm. He nailed it pretty good. He said he could replace the washers but that would be a temporary fix and he suggested replacing the whole thing. I had researched the problem online and the consensus said to replace the whole faucet so that was our plan all along. He had a new frost free faucet on his van and got it installed quickly despite the original having not been the best install(it was recessed in the brick and the mounting ears had to be cut off before he could spin the faucet off). Very nice work and Travis was a pleasure to talk too. Will use them again

Had a pipe leaking behind my shower and Oasis got me taken care of! TerryDon came in and attempted to work within the estimate given over the phone, and then gave what I felt was a fair estimate for the work that actually needed to be done. On top of that, the work ended up not being as intense so he actually came in under his second quote. The quality of the work looks great and I was pleased with the turn around on the job. I hope I don't have to call a plumber any time soon, but if I do I know who I am calling first.

Darrol was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable as he fixed our A/C & Heating unit! Metro Energy Savers has excellent customer service from the people who answer the phones to the technicians.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
