We called other companies who gave us very high quotes and DFW P+P gave us a fair and accurate quote and fixed the problem (toilet and master shower cartridge) quickly and efficiently! We are having them quote us for a new water heater because of the amazing job they have done. Would definitely recommend and use again!

What a horrible experience. We had a busted pipe & 3 different plumbers come to isolate the leak & quote the job. J Rowe’s plumber was my first quote.. not only was I overcharged for unnecessary tests ($575 to check pressure & remove a toilet) but I was quoted $15,000 to correct the busted pipe. It wasn’t until I had 2 other plumbers come test & quote the same problem that I found out these guys were totally taking advantage!!! Charged $200 to remove a toilet when he could’ve just checked the attic riser for free. Quoted 35ft of tunneling when 2 other plumbers said only 15-17ft were needed. When I called after to discuss this with their office and request a partial refund, I was given the run around and of course absolutely nothing was done to rectify this. In addition, I never even received a written report of what the plumber was “suggesting” for this supposed $15k repair.
Needless to say we did find a reputable company that not only replaced one broken pipe but all 3 connectors in the house for thousands below J Rowe’s quote for one. I highly recommend you do not use these people under any circumstance for work needed in your home.

Metro replaced one of our AC-furnace units (HVAC system) at home about 6 years ago. Have had nothing but constant problems & expenses with the system.They could improve their service, quality, being more honest, and customer care. Owner would not return any calls. One head technician was great, but hard to get him - only if things got real bad. Things just keep going wrong because they would not try to fix he whole problem - chose to let it wear out in stages, I guess, hoping we wouldn't notice.Very upset that they didn't let us know there was a problem with Carrier Coils - we could have gotten it taken care of. Instead, cost us over $4,400 as things kept going wrong. When I contacted the class action suit, on Carrier coils, it was too late. The legal representatives told me that Metro and all suppliers were responsible to let their customer's know.Would not recommend them to anyone.

They replaced two water valves for the washing machine and replaced on hose bibb in the yard. $877.00. I have already lost their number. Do not call them for your work unless you are independently wealthy. Never again.

I had an emergency plumbing problem in the middle of the night, but the plumbing company was able to come out ASAP and fix it. I was quite grateful for their prompt answer.

Called total care to replace an old toilet that was leaking. They gave a service call quote on the phone and a time range for the appt. They showed up as quoted, went over the options, and what could possibly be an issue due to the leak and age. When they came back for the install, they were on time, courteous and fixed a flange issue . I was very pleased and will use them again.
