Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

I have done business with Doug from the start of MD Dutton. His honesty and professionalism are second to NONE. I trust him above all others to provide outstanding service and top quality workmanship. I have never been anything less than 110% happy with the work that Doug and his crew have performed for me both professionally and personally. In the past, Doug has taken the time to show my staff how to perform repairs and what preventative maintenance programs to put in place to avoid problems in the future. He takes the time to explain every detail of a job and what it will take to correct the problem. His quotes are always accurate with no surprises. I can text or call him anytime and he is out the same day. At times he has even told me what to do over the phone to fix a problem.

I give a 5 star to the plumber, John I think. But less happy about the cost. I was debating finding the leak myself and the home insurance person suggested I let the plumber do it. Well, they charge 225 just to cut a hole in the wall. And the leak was right where I thought it was going to be anyway. So if you have a good idea of where you need to look save yourself some money and cut the hole yourself. The plumber though was courteous and professional. As well as fast.

Michael Waldron did a god job the first time he installed my brand new commode, he is very professional and he knows his job. He is my go to man anytime I have issue with any plumbing in my house.

Annual he maintenance and plumbing inspection. All completed very well.

Brad came 1 hour after I called. Fixed the flushing problem with the commode in 15 minutes. Prompt, professional, courteous service at very reasonable price. I will call him for all of my plumbing needs in the future.
