There is never a great time to need drain cleanout services. However, Metro Rooter was able to have someone at my doorstep within 15 minutes of my call on a Sunday afternoon! When many others had no availability, Terry made quick work of the clog and had us functional again. Great service and reasonable prices.

We had to find a plumber, and I called this company in hopes they could that same day. A very nice, and polite young man answered the phone, and said he would call when they were on the way! These guys are very progressional. Terry came out on Christmas Eve on an emergency call and did not charge a dime for his time. We got new tankless water heater installed as our gas water heater started giving problem and Terry was to the point explaining pros and cons and their services are moderately priced when compared to other plumbing services.

Geoff was extremely professional and thorough. He went above and beyond what he was called to do and really made me feel like he was looking out for me.

I was extremely pleased with both jobs performed. I called one afternoon and they came out first thing the next day to give me an estimate. The following morning they returned to replace my water heater and two faucets. Both servicemen were knowledgeable, prompt, professional and friendly. All questions I had were answered. They removed all of the items replaced and cleaned up immaculately. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend J Lowe Plumbing.

Big Bear continues to be the best around. Great AC techs who don't try to take you for all the money you have. Today's visit was long and they stuck to their quoted price. And when I asked for something in addition, they did it with no issues or charge.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
