Travis responded very quickly same day on Saturday. He was a huge help and he goes above and beyond to help his customers out.

Oscar and Samier (in training) did a thorough job checking both A/C and heating system. Despite a cold front, they checked the gas pressure on outside unit to insure pressure was ok. (new roofing nails came close to hitting piping from outside unit.)

We had a gas pressure issue and Atmos shut us down. When they came to turn us back on we failed the pressure test. Had a plumber work on it for 8 hours and couldn't solve the issue. Junior Alives with The Master Plumber was able to find the leak and get us up and running. In addition to being very knowledgeable, he ws very professional and offered great customer service which is a rarity in the service trade. Highly recommend this company.

Rarely is it possible to say I had an amazing experience with a plumber. I had contacted several companies and received several outrageous bids. M2 came when they said they would to look at the issue and give me a bid. He said he thought he could fix the issue for less than 1% of my lowest bid and without requiring us to damage any of our home interior or exterior. Hard to believe right?

Fast forward an hour, and my drains are all draining properly. No damage to the interior or exterior of my home and the price was exactly what he said it would be.

I'd say they have a customer for life, but with how good they did I don't see myself needing their services in the future.

If there where 9 Stars, that is what I would give. First of all I received a call to let me know Randy was on his way. 2nd of all by the time he got to me he was set and ready to get me and these little ones out of the heat.Most of all he was informative. He taught as well as repaired. He made sure that I could not only feel comfortable calling on this company again, but that I could maintain the unit to my best ability. I would recommend them and most certinly am making them my go to. And Note... If you get Randy you get one of their best...hands down.

Never called me back.

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
