Schedule an appointment when it got past that time and calling 4 times customer service was pushing let me know when he was on its way never got that phone call next thing I know the doorbells ringing there he was he did the job make sure everything was OK before he left no leaks in the stuff I just wish they customer service let me know more details on what was going on

Very professional, had an emergency issue at my residence, back tank broke off of commode, Called Terry up it was 8pm, Terry came out replaced the unit and had us up and running, he stayed until job was done , which was around 11:30, very polite, I am in the service industry and if this is the result for customer service -I was really impressed with it, I would recommend this company to all my contacts, thank you so much for a great job well done.

Wow. My evaporator coil lasted 3 whole years. And don’t tell me that it was the condenser, because you installed that too. Your company uses junk parts at inflated prices. I’ll never use you again!

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.
