Best Broken Drain in Arlington TX

I called Travis to help with a busted pipe at my parents house. He jumped right on it and got there quick. He was able to fix the leak and discovered a new one. He took great care of my parents when I couldn’t get there! Highly recommend drain one!

Ben called before he arrived and was a bit early. He diagnosed my problem differently than I expected as a main line clog rather than close to the sink draining poorly. He had to work for three hours sometime in the rain to snake and inspect the drain pipe. The cost was still below the first estimate. He kept the floors clean everytime he entered the house. I couldn't ask for more.

I got home after work at 5pm on the first day back to work as a teacher. Walked into 86 degrees. These guys worked me in that evening. My service tech Herbert was very friendly and despite it being a couple hour job he stuck with it until after 10pm to finish. I didn’t have an A/C guy before but I do now.

My water heater has been leaking for weeks. I called M2 Plumbing and he said he would swing by. He didn’t turn up, and I called the next day and he came and fixed it. FREE OF COST. He said it’s just the washer that I replaced and I made you wait, so I’m not gonna charge you anything. WOW!!! Hats off to M2 Plumbing.
