I had the privilege of having Controlled Climates redo my duct work, replaced two thermostats along with insulation(removal and replace) in my entire house. Ray and Katelyn were very professional and answered every question I had during the process. Ray addressed any issues that came up during the entire process. The biggest question is, would I recommend Controlled Climates and the answer is YES!

My home warranty referred me to a company that had come out multiple times over the same issue. I requested another company and was referred to Pacific Plumbing. They had come out previously, and being that the problem wasn't solved, I ended up having to go with another company. Though, looking back now, I think it had less to do with Pacific Plumbing and more to do with the home warranty company. That said, the same issue presented itself and I am very happy that Blake from Pacific Plumbing was sent out. He went out of his way to ensure that the issue was taken care of, spending his time to make sure everything was clear and that the issue was resolved. He went through each of our lines along our laundry/sink/main to ensure that there were not any blockages, going above and beyond what I think any other plumber would have done. We couldn't be any happier with the service provided. Thank you!

Juan was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He gave us options on how to solve our problem with the water heater and didn’t pressure us into choosing the most expensive option but let us decide on our own explaining the pros and cons. Travis has a throw back attitude toward customer service. If he tells you something, he means it and will follow through. He is prompt with returning messages. The soft water installation was done expertly. Travis answered follow up questions two weeks after the installation, taking the time to make sure I understood. I would recommend Goode plumbing without question.

Paul came out to the house to find and repair a leak in the wall. Instead he just capped the line in the attic where the leak was in the wall. He said he can fix it for $400 instead we just capped the line because he going to be cutting a lot of sheetrock. He was here for about 20 min. He came back a week later and repaired the leak in the wall. Was here for 1 hour and charged me $1000.00. They charge way to much !!!! Don't use.

Couldnt be more disappointed! I called them with an emergency septic issue on a Friday, early afternoon. At first, they said it would be no problem and they would have someone out by that afternoon. As the early afternoon became late afternoon and I didnt hear from them, I began to worry. I started calling to try and figure out if I would get any help from them. As it turned out, when I finally got ahold of the dispatcher, they said they couldnt come out until Monday morning. I wasted hours waiting for them when I could have called someone else. On top of all of that, they quoted me several different amounts for the work. Horrible company and I would never refer anyone to them
