What kind of company has a false business address. There business address is a parking lot in downtown Fresno. This is my first in many concerns with this company. Secondly what kind of Plumbing company does not pull permits when replacing water heaters, or doing sewer line repairs that tie into the main sewer line. There initial price is cheap. But look at the supervisor that shows up to run the camera. That should say everything, he looks fragile & sickly. Most definitely get a second opinion from a reputable company with a real business address.

Manny was very knowledgeable and very informative and helpful in explaining the issues and why our plumbing was doing what it was doing... Felt very confident in his information so much so that we will be using his company and hopefully Manny for all our future plumbing.. Very happy

Great crew. Very professional. Helped explain a hidden problem and a good solution. I wonder how many times they find a 2 ft. piece of 3 inch clay pipe 20 ft. under ground between two 'City' metal sewer pipes that are as old as the town's first system. Maybe the person who jury rigged this 'fix-it' they found can become a good story to a young apprentice on how never to repair a problem. Thanks for taking the time.

I used Elite Rooter, but i don't think i will ever use them again. The price they charged me to replace 2 faucets was crazy, 180.00. I only agreed because i was in a desperate need. I have more work but I'll take some time and shop around.

I was in a mess with flooring guys, pest control guy and donation collectors all buzing around at same time! To top it off for 2 days the kitchen sink was plugged and threatening to overflow. I tried googling the repair...baking soda concoction, plunging, then Drano, then hot water, sulphric acid, then more plunging. Even had a friend snake it. So, at the end of my rope and frustrated beyond belief I decided to call a plumber. The pest contol guy suggested Elite. Said they were really good as he was a past employee. So I called. Surprisingly enough they scheduled me for same day around noon. Meanwhile flooring guy on his way out, took the cap on outside off. Seemed to work. Or so I thought, called and cancelled. Then realized it wasnt fixed completely as I tried to snake and drain 3 times from outside of home. No luck, so called back to reschedule. To my surprise again, they did!.

Plumber Angel was literally that...an angel! He was here in less than an hour, used his tools and sink drain was operating within a few minutes!!! He was neatly dressed and very polite. Angel quickly cleaned up my mess. I was exstatic! 😃 The bill was super reasonable!!!

Jonathan was our plumber. Was charged $415 to unclog 3 drains and then he told us it would cost $2000 to replace the P trap underneath the tub. After telling him it was too expensive he told me that he could come by the next morning and do it on the side for $1150. Thank God we didn't do it because we called Tucker and Tucker Plumbing the next day for a second opinion and they did it for $320. I can't speak for Elite Rooter as a whole, but Jonathan is definitely untrustworthy. I won't be calling them again and hopefully they deal with this issue.

I found out the company is new to the Fresno area so the response time was quick. However, I felt as if the company was out to just sell services. I had two other companies come out to my project and It appears I spent money that I didn’t have to spend. I would not use this company in the future.
