We had a leak in our main water line and had no idea where to begin. All-Star Plumbing did some work at our house before and it was good, so we decided to try them again for this. Jerry came out and narrowed down the location and explained the options. In addition to going over the work with my wife, he also called me, and then even came back later that day when I got home to walk through it. The financing options are great at 0%. The actual work was heavy duty cutting through concrete, trenching, installing new pipe, then backfill with concrete, and even replacing some brick. I couldn't believe the quality and efficiency of the crew. They were on time, polite, CLEAN, and they worked hard all day to knock out this huge project in 2 days! Jerry, the crew, and Jondee have definitely earned my business and recommendation. I will not need to worry anymore about which plumbing company to call with my old house, they can do everything.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by All Star Plumbing. Our home warranty originally referred us to another company, but after reading the reviews we opted to work with All Star Plumbing directly. Customer service at the office is excellent (Thanks Jaundy!!), and Jerry came right out to provide and estimate. Lance and Roger provided incredible service and repaired a deteriorated hot water line which required going through my kitchen floor. Lance took his time to prep the kitchen before he started doing any work, hanging plastic in all the doorways and over all the cabinets and laying down mats around the work area. The guys really know what they are doing and make every effort to ensure that the leak is sealed - even having to extend the repair further down the line after what should have been a completed job. On top of that, the guys left our kitchen cleaner than before they started, albeit, missing a few tiles. We will most likely end up having to repipe our home considering the current state of the water lines, and I can say with absolute certainty that Lance and his team will be the ones doing the job.

We panicked when we realized there was water leaking between our driveway's slabs. We called All Stars and Jerry showed up. He was knowkedgeable, professional and dedicated. He promptly located the leak and gave us options. It was the hottest day in Fresno so far and he kept working with a positive outlook. Fast professional work well done

I am giving All Star Plumbing two stars because- I am a young female and was quoted a ridiculous price. I've had this happen to me way too many times. I have substantial knowledge and respect for people in trades positions. My father is also a general contractor and I am familiar with the time and materials it takes to do a certain task. I've put estimates for entire together before. I understand there is overhead since this is a company instead of an independent contractor. That said, 350 for an hours worth of work seems ridiculous considering it's just a valve that needed a hot and cold hooked to it. The plumber and his apprentice also did not shake my hand. Not that it's a big deal, however if you even try to pull a fast one on me, at least shake my hand and throw a smile. The second star if for the fact that this company is obviously licensed and insured, those out there who aren't young females getting ridiculous estimates for at most an hour and a half of work, can probably afford to have this reputable company do good work. I am not hiring them, but I will not judge the quality of work on one person's poorly thought action.

We had a leak from our water heater. Our property management company uses AllStar plumbing and I’m soooo glad they do! Lance came out to stop the leak and the next day Jerry came to replace the water heater. Both were very nice and professional and I highly recommend them. Thank you AllStar plumbing!!

This is a really great company. I often dread having to call a plumber, as I must brace myself for hidden fees and extras beyond the scope of the initial quote, or just being straight up ripped off. Very happy with service! I called Allstar plumbing for an emergency back up. Jerry came out and diagnosed the problem and cleared sewer line. Jerry also gave me options to repair the problem and gave me a really great price for the permanent repair. No longer will I worry about plumbing I found my guys! Allstar plumbing!!!

They came out the next day and gave a really reasonable rate for what needed to be done. They also had the job scheduled within a couple of days.

Jerry was prompt, accurate, honest and provided options. He explained the process and what to expect. Jerry was knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to call Jerry and All Stars Plumbing again if the need arises. I was highly satisfied with the job results.

I called several companies to check on a leak in my water main. But all I recieved were huge open ended estimates untill johnny Torres from ALL STAR PLUMBING showed up. He was very thorough in his insection and quickly found out it was my neighbors leak. He saved so much time and money, and was very courteous and professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

All in all, All Star did resolve the following issues over the course of a week and a half. The bathroom was supposed to take 3 days and it took a total of 12, due to all of the issues. The supervisor was very responsive and handled everything after it was reported, but I wanted others to be aware of how miserable the experience was for us.

-Added tape to our saltillo tile and removed the finish. To repair it, they spray painted the saltillo (also hit the wall).
-Had to come back and hand scrape the floors and restain and seal them, as well as re-paint the trim
-Installed a defective toilet that leaked on the new floors.
-The project manager forgot to add water to it, which caused the valve to break. He would not fix it without charging us $375, which we had to get waived by the supervisor.
-Had to re grout the floor due to the defective toilet because the grout was stained black (it was supposed to be white)
-Mysteriously, all of our purchased parts (from Ferguson's, a reputable store) were defective when they installed them
-Had to redo the tile to remove defective parts
-Threw away our baseboards and had to buy new, threw the new baseboard away and had to re-buy base boards for the second time
-When they installed the trim, it is not flush with the floors
-Did not install hot water - I had to boil water to take a bath
-Shower spout was defective and was not pulling water through the shower head
-When they laid the new trim, they marked the drywall with about a 15 inch scratch.
-Overall, messiest contractors we've worked with. They laid mats down but didn't use them much. We had to clean up after each crew left. Still removing drywall from the cabinets and mirrors.

I'm glad that the supervisor was so responsive. He called daily and gave me updates; however, this was the worst experience we've had with a contractor.

Bobby was very informative about the process of what they were doing, Bobby, Sergio and Dicky all worked well together. And did an excellent job.

Bobby was super patient explaining every issue and possible solution for the plumbing repairs that had to be done to one of our commercial properties in Fresno. He was also honest and on top of the project the whole time, from communicating with me and the tenant to being so patient while I try to wrap my head around all of the plumbing issues. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and amount of care they showed with rearranging their schedules for us and going out multiple times to make sure everything's okay. The service was great, but what really impressed me most of all is when I paid my bill, I accidently paid the invoice by looking at the total amount, not the total due which included the discount. All Star Plumbing called me to let me know that I overpaid, then sent me a check of the discounted amount. Never thought that would happen!! I would have not even realized that I overpaid. Worst day ever for any homeowner is learning that your sewer line is broken at the main sewer line connection in the middle of the street AND the city of Fresno takes no responsibility for it! It’s a 5 figure fix.
I was, however, doubly lucky. First I found All Star Plumbing…and second, I have a great insurance agent, Bulldog Insurance, who had added, last year, an endorsement to my homeowner’s policy covering $10,000 of the cost! (Call your insurance agency NOW to make sure you have this coverage if you live in the city of Fresno!!)
Lance, at All Star Plumbing, came out right away, diagnosed the problem, created a temporary fix, ran his camera throughout the line to document and set about fixing it. Because it involved tearing up the street requiring permits and inspections, etc. it took a few days to complete.
Lance and his crew (Roger and Manuel) were wonderful. They were fast, thoughtful, and thorough. The job site was spotless every night and well secured. They kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. They took lots of photos at various stages and sent me copies for my records. They also stayed within budget!

As the lady of the house I know nothing about plumbing. The gentleman was very thorough cleaning and re-fitting my entire upstairs plumbing, specifically my spa tub which was leaking into my garage. Needed to get a cracked sewer pipe that was spewing water from the driveway. Called to make an appointment and were very responsive in coming out. Their technicians Gerry and Joe arrived onsite and performed work that other plumbing companies said they wouldn't do.

They performed diagnostic on the sewer line and were able to determine there was a crack in the pipe which was known. They were actually able to pinpoint the line. Other companies just looked and guessed, but they were able to find the actual direction of the line.

They were even able to gain access to the line through a cleanout valve that hadn't been able to be opened in years. The amount of service they offered was incredible and were easy to work with.

I highly recommended them.

This was the first time using All Star Plumbing. There was a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. I called and about 2 hours later quickly had a technician out here. I called a variety of other places and no one could come out until about 3- 5 days. So, I was happy that All Star could come out so promptly. The technician, Bobby, was so helpful and explained all my options before even beginning to work. He fixed the clogged drain and recommended some other options down the road. Unfortunately, our whole whole became clogged the following hours. I called All Star that next morning and again they had 2 technicians come out and promptly fix the problem. They were professional, helpful, and their prices are reasonable. Bobby, the original technician even gave me a call later that day to ensure everything was fixed. He said if there were any more problems to not hesitate to call him. I was very happy with their service and recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

They gave me an estimate on Dec 23rd.. Said they couldn't find parts in town it would be Dec 26th, if I can locate what was needed. Call them and they will come install. I had the part early afternoon on the 23rd. I called a total of 7 times. Talked to receptionist twice, voice mail the rest. It's now the 29th. Installed myself on the 24th (warm water for Christmas). Believe it or not, they NEVER called back!!!!

I have called Anthony for service over many years. Today, I needed advice and estimate about capping gas line because PG&E does not do it. I want an electric dryer because of gas prices. He came by, on time, to let me know what needs to be

Jerry and his partner came out at the time promised and were very friendly and professional. The crawl space access was all the way at the far corner of the house. If I could give them a star for every dollar they saved us they'd get over 16,000! Yes, you read that correctly.
After dealing with various plumbers that gave us estimates of up to $18,000.00 we were blessed to have found All Star.
We didn't have to go into huge debt or do any of the other things the other Very well known plumbing companies said that had to be done- like tear up part of our driveway and cut a section of the road and curb out, pay for traffic control, etc.
We are thankful that we were blessed with a company that truly wanted to help us.
After our experience with All Star, we can't help but wonder if all the other companies were just creating a large paycheck for themselves by trying to take advantage of our situation.

They were able to come out same day, with a free quote. The plumber, Anthony was on time, communicated well and was very professional. I felt the quote was fair and the job was completed when they said it would be. Very happy with the services and professionalism of this company.

Jerry Torres from All Star Plumbing came to my home at 4pm. I am relating that because it’s rare to have ANY service company be at your place of service need at anywhere near your appointment time.
I had a leak under my kitchen sink.
As it turned out, it was only a loose nut (duh, me) and he tightened it in about a minute.
Lastly, he wouldn’t charge me anything at all for the service.

Was told that I'd get a free estimate, then plumber showed up and said that to get an accurate estimate, he'd have to put a camera and charge me $100. The city would have put the camera for free. Only reason I agreed is because he said he'd also snake the line. After I saw the size whole he made with the Lil bit that he used; it was not worth it at all. He had other sizes with him that he could have used. But then again, they do need to get the call back. Just don't promise a free estimate if it's not. Only got a star because it won't let me post without one!

I worked for the company and saw how bad they over charge the customer there’s not even a standard price for anything they come out assess the problem and they make up a cost that is astronomical n then give 3 diffent options each one being twice the price of each other total rip off would search out to other plumbers before giving in to there price

I’ve had years of drainage issues in one of my upstairs bathrooms and their technicians came out and addressed the issue within a matter of minutes and completed the work in the same day.

I was thoroughly pleased, the price was more than fair, and I will continue to refer if any friends or family have issues.

Jerry & Joe showed up and fixed a pipe repair that was broken under the concrete slab of our house. They fixed it the SAME DAY they came out. A different company had told us the pipe can't be fixed and we would need to re-route all your pipes. Jerry figured it out right away and didn't try to upsell us on an insanely expensive re-routing job.

I give allstar plumbing one star because they Charged me in my opinion two much money for a hour and a half of work $350.00
And when I asked them to break it down they Refused me personally I like to know what I'm paying for people are at the mercy of these companies

I was having an issue with my toilet flushing properly and called All Star. Tech came out today and turned out to be a super simple fix. He then fixed a sink stopper and a tight sink handle. No tools were used and he was here maybe 15 minutes so he didn't even charge. Real nice, professional tech. And I really appreciated him keeping social distancing protocols while inside. Definitely will call again if I have plumbing issues. Highly recommend!
