I had the pleasure of having Ruben Dominguez Team work in my house and from the start, they were all very professional, knowledgably, Respectful and informative team I've ever dealt with. They had everything done the same day and went the extra mile. I definitively will be recommending this company for plumbing and air services. I even got a membership with them because of all the extras that come with it. Again I'm so glad I went with LEE's Air, Plumbing, & Heating. 5 Stars come short. The tech was on time and very professional. He taught me a couple things to look out for and did a very thorough job of cleaning my furnace.

Could not be more thankful to the Rapid Rooter crew for their quick response to our emergency! We had a pipe burst in our garage, and they came to our rescue at 9pm at night, after being on another job the entire day. They were able to come back the next morning and complete the project. They explained in detail our options, the repair, and even how to work with our home owners insurance to have them pay for the repairs. Kevin provided excellent plumbing service to my single-family home about 3 months ago, fixing faucet leaks and most importantly, fixing my water-jet tub. He was creative in replacing the pump and motor. It is now fantastic and very quiet. I use a third of bubble bath as before and the bubbles rise to within 3 inches of the spout. This is so much better that what happened in the past decades. With the water leaks fixed I am using less water.

I use Art Douglas Plumbing for all of my plumbing issue and have found this company to be very good to their customers. They are always quick to respond to your needs, you call them and they send someone out that day to handle your issue. The staff are all very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. My latest experience was just this week where the office dispatched Robert out to fix my issue. Robert was polite and efficient and fixed our problem immediately. Thanks Robert!

This is a great company. Professional, competent, and they do what they say. The people in this company are conscientious and really care about the quality of their work and helping their customers. Added bonus: they are very tidy and clean. No mess for me to deal with. A real testament to locally owned business!! Travis and crew are simply awesome. Carlos and Jose were on time and let us know what was needed. They did all the work in a quick and professional manner. We are very happy with the job They did.

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

They promised to show up two days in a row, with me confirming MULTIPLE times. After the first day of no show, I called the office the next morning and they assure me they will be out and they didn't show the prior day because they are down a technician. Notice how no one apologized for wasting my time.

On day two, near the end of the window - I call again and they put me on hold to supposedly call the technician to make sure they were coming. They did not.

So, I call my Home Warranty and they told me that this scam of a company told them they came out and solved my issue.

The owner is clearly on here responding to some bad reviews, why are you okay with running a scam of a company? Why do you continually blame the customers on here for your poor business judgement and attitude?

Why do you even have this company if you're not going to run it like someone who wants business?

Retire, sell, close it down. Take your pick.

The service and prices are reasonable. I called and used others before Costless and their prices were higher. I will continue using Costless for future needs. You should too, they are the best, no hidden fees.

Steve and Carlos were some of the best plumbing technicians I have ever had the pleasure to transact business with: they arrived promptly and fully prepared to complete the work with efficiency and of extremely high quality. Unless something drastically changes, I will trust PDS with all of my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future. From scheduling to completion and payment PDS have been time and money well spent.
