Installed my tankless water heater. Had one hiccup after they left but they were back the next day to make it right. I will call them again if I need any future needs.

We needed a plumber on a Sunday--ASAP! We called Art Douglas Plumbing and the receptionist took our information and said we would be receiving a call shortly. Stewart called us and gave us an ETA. Sean has come to our home three times, for three different bathrooms. Each time, he has exceeded our expectations...prompt, respectful, experienced & trustworthy. Parker, Rudy, and Luis arrived on time. They did a fantastic job installing my new heat pump. They were all very kind and helpful. They put in some very difficult work in the heat in my attic and I appreciate how efficiently they worked. They were great about explaining what they were doing and how my system worked. They took time for my questions and were very gracious in putting up with me when I added a bit more work. I am very happy with the installation, and grateful I'll have it when it hits 115 degrees this weekend. All of my interactions with Allbritten staff from the initial service call to evaluate my tired old system, to the comfort advisor, to the amazing install crew were great.

Steve and Carlos were some of the best plumbing technicians I have ever had the pleasure to transact business with: they arrived promptly and fully prepared to complete the work with efficiency and of extremely high quality. Unless something drastically changes, I will trust PDS with all of my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future. From scheduling to completion and payment PDS have been time and money well spent.

Called for an estimate. Needed AC service and had a leaking hot water heater tank. Scheduled and appointment for that Friday. They never showed up. Wasted the entire day waiting for them. They should've at least let us know they were running late, couldn't make it and reschedule, or said we don't want your business.
We ended up calling Lee's Heating & Air. Their office called the day before to confirm, and called the day of to say they were on the way. WHAT A BUSINESS CONCEPT!! . Lee's Heating & Air is the company to go with.
