Guy who came was nice and professional but didn’t seem to do job appropriate and didn’t do complete inspection . Pricing is ridiculous. Quotes for over $4000. I had a local person who is certified and licensed fix our AC tell us our p trap was clogged and fill Freon for less than 300$ and AC works amazing now.None of this was disclosed in report we received from this company. Only that parts for an old ac unit would be over 2500$ plus cost to fill Freon. Will never use this service again.Literal cost of inspection was 1/3 of what we paid for another to fix unit issues.

Someone is not doing their job correctly. I call to have my AC repaired it will not get my home cooler the 78 when it hot outside.When my unit turns off it make a VERY LOAD SOUND like if someone has hit it very hard with a bat!A man was sent out but nothing was repaired and I was told the sound it due to my unite being old, it’s only 10 years old my first unit lasted over 20 years. I’m the original owner.I’m very disappointed and i should not be put back in line for my next appointment to have my unit fixed I have 12 children here under the age of 5 and I’m handing cap on oxygen 24/7. Please someone step in a make thing right.Myla Jayne

Our hot water was leaking…and Allbritten responded the same day by sending their technician, Kyle. Kyle was prompt, respectful and a good communicator. After 15 years we needed a new hot water heater. Kyle’s work was as thorough and neat as his explanation. 2 hours later all the work was completed.We have been, and continue to be, very happy with Allbritten.

To preface, the HVAC is installed and works. Everything else was a disaster. The team was unprofessional and made it uncomfortable to be in our own house as they were yelling at everything the whole time, throwing around profanity as well as tools out of frustration. Multiple team members could be heard saying that they were unaware how to install the unit. Granted they also mentioned the pre-site manager failed to provide the proper information and fittings. Rather than taking one day, the install took two days due to needing to fabricate new fittings. They had to change the plan on where to remove everything, but did not prepare the work area at all. They didn't cover the area they were working in at all and left the house covered in insulation, dust, screws, and metal slivers. They broke plant pots and tried to hide it by brushing it under a bush. They left the front yard a mess with screws, nails, and insulation laying around in the drive way, which we are still finding screws. They turned off the wrong breaker switch and never turned it back on. Come to find out, the switch that was shut off was an outdoor freezer. Everything in it was ruined.***UPDATE: I just want to say thank you to Allbritten and following up on all of this for us. They did well on making amends to fixing the issues that were created. They took the time to come out as much as necessary to make sure the work was completed correct and cleaned up. Thank you for the hard work!***

We had a leak in the hot water hose coming from the hot water tank that Zack fixed. He went over the age of our current hot water heater, replacement cost, upgrading to a tankless water heater and the costs associated. Very informative and knowledgeable. He even went over pros and cons of all choices and upkeep requirements.

I had a brand new HVAC system installed and my heating has gone out twice but Albritten and repairman Frank Wright came and repaired the problem and also educated me on what the problem is and how it needs to be fixed. Very professional and friendly.

I’ve had my unit serviced for years and have always been satisfied. I was informed when the technicians arrived that they were new so I post this as an opportunity to train. Usually the vents are checked and replaced and this didn’t happen. They were unaware that they needed to check/clean the attached air purification system although I showed this to them when they arrived. I know our system is older but when we purchased it we bought the best system available so it would last. This visit seemed more about selling me a new system than caring for the one I have

Thieves. A service man was sent out to find out why my system was blowing warm air. It was blowing key word blowing warm air.When he climbed off the roof he couldn't tell me what was wrong. He said he had to sit in his van for 20 minutes and then he would let me know. Obviously he was on the phone to management and they were game planning on how to screw me over. He comes back saying it needs a $9700 repair. Funny because one of their guys was out a few months ago and told us that are system isn't that old and it has many years of life left. He was correct. It's not an old system.Now the system doesn't even blow warm air. After he jumped off the roof the system now won't even turn on. He obviously shut something down.A bunch of thieves . The business isn't the same since the father died. The daughter is scandalous.Update: Oasis Heating and Plumbing came out and fixed the system for $875 .

I have been an Allbritten customer since the 1980s for bith A/C and plumbing services and wouldn't dream of changing. Their service and responsiveness has always been outstanding. Their yearly maintenance program is well worth every cent. Their employees, both in the field and the office, are professional and helpful.

In the past, technicians have been careful about 1)ladder placement;2) wearing booties in the house.1) the ladder was placed in my shrubbery and the technicians damaged a camellia plant when getting to the ladder.I told them to place the ladder on the side of the house, where it is on grass, but they put it in the front amongst the bushes.2) They tracked dirt into the house.They were very polite, but not as careful as previous technicians.

Always a pleasant experience with ALBRITTONS The only ones we have used for over 12 years now. This year we had a gas leak in the house and Albritton was out and repaired right away. Then our HVAC needed some updating and we learned about the whole house fan which is FANTASTIC!!!!! Jeffrey was on-time and quite professional, thoroughly explaining the issues with our HVAC system. I highly recommend him and his company, Allbritten Plumbing and Heating. We've used them for years.

The service technician caused a component to burn out on the control board when he was working on it. The burnt part is clear to see, although the Tech. stated that he inspected it and found no sign of burn. This technician left without checking that the unit was actually working.Upon having the unit worked on by another company, A simple thermostat wire broken inside it's housing was found. The wire was apparently twisted too tight inside the cap used to hold the wires together. The control board was found to have a part burnt out on the left edge of the board. This was not burnt out when another Allbritten technician worked on the heater I'm sure. Now who do you think should be responsible for the replacement of the control board?01052019 This thing has never been fixed because our landlord has refused to fix it ever since this incident. Every time we mention it they try to evict us. This is happening again, and this company needs to come back and replace the circuit board they destroyed.... It costs about $400.00 at your supplier. I checked...

Allbritten was hired for a complete re-plumbing of our home, built in 1956. Juan oversaw the installation, and was diligent and client-focused. Multiple employees pushed in, and were professional and polite. Alex Barbosa was on site all day, every day, and was our point person for any and all questions. He was knowledgable, patient, and informative. The re-pipe was a huge undertaking, and my husband and I needed a lot of clarity and support during the process. Alex shined with his calm and thoughtful explanations. With the support of Juan and Alex, all of our concerns were addressed on site and in a timely fashion. A special shout out to how the team worked with each other, and supported their newest team member, Mason. It's never comfortable to have your home undergoing such large work while you are living and working at the job site, but Allbritten's team were superb.

He was a young friendly guy was somewhat knowledgeable with the exception of his suggestion to have us replace our thermostat he said wasnt working which it clearly was. They put in some very difficult work in the heat in my attic and I appreciate how efficiently they worked. They were great about explaining what they were doing and how my system worked. They took time for my questions and were very gracious in putting up with me when I added a bit more work. I am very happy with the installation, and grateful I'll have it when it hits 115 degrees this weekend. All of my interactions with Allbritten staff from the initial service call to evaluate my tired old system, to the comfort advisor, to the amazing install crew were great.

I had a hot water heater that was not heating. They came out and in 10 minutes gave me an estimate of $1,800 to fix it and $3,000 to put in a new one. Paid them $99.00 for service call. A friend got the part for $200.00 and installed it. You talked about a rip off. Took 40 minutes to replace

Albritton has, in the past, been very exceptional. That, unfortunately was not the case today. I had them install a new HVAC system last year. I received a 'free' AC maintenance today. I am not a fan of their new 12 hour open window service. You make an appointment for a day, and wait 12 hours for them to show up. However, I was able to receive a six hour window, which I could accommodate with my job. They were scheduled between 1 pm and 7 pm. I received a phone call at 821 am that they were 30 mins away. They showed up at 5 pm; no phone call, just a knock at the door. I did ask them not to change the air filters, as I had just done so a week ago. The guy took pictures, turned on the AC, and put the gauges on it. No washing of the outside unit- as you know, in the dusty central valley, this is very important. Quickest maintenance for an ac unit I have ever seen. For someone who spent tens of thousands for a new HVAC, I am pretty disappointed. May be time to look for a new HVAC service. I will say that I have always received exceptional service up to this year. New management?

I called to get a quick quote for 2 bathroom exhaust replacement and 3rd to be installed. They would only quote if I were to pay $89 so they can send someone out. One small thing that bothered me today is the service technician showed up earlier than expected. Normally, this would not bother me at all if I receive a call in advance. Today, I was not prepared for an early arrival. The service, however, was as good as always.

Oscar is a highly-skilled technician, and he has a very professional manner that inspires trust. Having said that, we are not happy with Albritten's hidden fees. The mother board that acts as the intermediary between the HVAC unit and the thermostat went out several times. We are now told that, because it is not a Carrier, but instead a 3rd-party component, it is not covered by the 10-year warranty. That would have been good information when we agreed to purchase it. Not happy about that. But Oscar is top-notch.

I wish I could do a negative star rating. Their guy came out and quoted us around $600 to clean/replace the motor and replace a part he said was bad. We sent him away because we got bad vibes from his proposals and I went to a buddy of mine that owns a commercial A/C business. Long story short, nothing was wrong with our system besides it needed a quick motor clean. Took about 30 minutes to do it and plug/screw everything back in. The part he told us he needed to replace was a $14 part and they were going to charge us $159 to replace it. Ridiculous! I don't write reviews very often. I only write ones that people deserve (good and bad). People should be warned about this company. Look up YouTube videos. You might get better advice from one of them.

We had a broken hot water pipe in our bathroom. In one day Kyle & Nathan found the problem, told us how they would fix it. When our a/c fan suddenly stopped in the first days of high heat the response time for Allbritten and Kevin Torres was great. Once he arrived he not only diagnosed and replaced the part needed he was very informative in all details of why it may have happened and what they were doing. I called for a shower to be unplugged, the inexperienced man stated he could do it and quoted me 198.00. He could not do it. It was a very simple job. He stated that his supervisor said I owed 89.00 for the service call. I will not pay anything for the call. Nothing was done.

I've had Allbritten out a few times for AC and plumbing. Juan came out to fix my leaky kitchen faucet and did a great job. He insisted on wearing boot covers inside the home and gave me a couple options for repair vs. replacement. I had Sal out for the AC maintenance and the AC Quality Care Assessment through PG&E and while he was there he found that I had a bad capacitor and changed that out for me. Then I had Jimi and Juan out to clear the sewer line which has had a lot of root issues. They have all done a great job!

All interactions via telephone and in-person have been prompt and professional.We recently had a new AC unit installed, along with new duct work and ventilation fans. The team worked quickly and did a great job trying to minimize dust/debris within the house during installation. Pricing for services is reasonable and the available financing options are great.After the new AC installation, we had some difficulty with balancing temperatures in the house, however Allbritten came back out as a courtesy and made additional adjustments to the dampers and now everything is perfectly balanced! Very happy with their work and would highly recommend to others!

They were great. Always on time, professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and completed within a timely manner. Although, for some reason, someone turned off our solar panels at the breaker and forgot to turn them back on; it was 2 months till we saw the effect in our electric bill! Service and quality was still exceptional but that is a bit of an expensive hit which is forecasted to cost me almost $1,000. :/

It still is not working 😕, I called PR plumbing & HVAC & they called me back. Re: My service because I was trying to get someone to help me, especially with the heat we're having. Was the worse service ever would not recommended them to anybody, from the dispatcher that kept having me repeat myself over and over, from the tech that said that he can get the job done, signed a contract to get it done then, to find out later after i signed the contract to get it done that he couldn't repair the problem. Then proceeded to talk to his supervisor and he was no help, I then talked to his boss Randy I explained the situation he tells me yes we can fix your problem then has me sign another contract to only find out, the next day that they can't fix it, because he didn't speak to his supervisor first and just found out the real problem. What a waste of 4 days, it seems that all they want is an easy Diagnostic fee for doing nothing. I went with another company Matt Pittman heating and air conditioning explained to them, one time of the situation and he said he could get it done that very next day the job was done to the customers satisfaction. If I could give no stars to allbritten, I would. I don't recommend this company at all.

Came home from a medical appointment and our house was so cold. We checked thermostat and tried to turn it on. Nothing! Called Allbritton immediately It was close to closing time so I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day. The young woman that answered the phone jumped on it right away and found a technician working in the area. He was able to come within a few minutes and repaired it. Very professional and we didn’t have to stay in a hotel for the night. Wouldn’t trust anyone to work by on our HVAC

Installing a whole new unit in our home was not part of the plan but Allbritten was the most affordable and provided us with quality products. The installation only took 2 days and Bryan and his crew were very respectful, hardworking, and courteous. Bryan helped us set up our phones to our new thermostat and was very thorough on next steps. It’s also important to note that the crew made sure to vacuum and clean up after themselves. We encourage anyone with HVAC needs to choose Allbritten for their quality service.

Allbritten is quick to give quotes and promises of rebates. But in the end they loose paperwork and don’t take responsibility for their mistakes . I have had my air ducts and A/c replaced with them and I still get bad flow into rooms and uneven temperatures in the house .Now we lost out on a promised rebate because they lost the paperwork and won’t take responsibility for it .

The charged $89 to tell us the plunger is causing g the sink to leak. They they wanted over $340. To unscrew the $20 part and replace it. Outrageous.We had to pay them the $89 and replaced the part ourselves. .

Prompt service and Charles the plumber did a great job replacing the 2 shower cartridges. HOWEVER, the cost of the repair was ridiculous. We basically got gouged for $698.00. The 2 cartridges were $30 each, the plumber was here for an hour. That's over $600 an hour for the labor. I don't know how Allbritton's can justify these labor charges. I needed the job done so I just had them do it, it will be the last time I use them.

I had a sanitary sewage overflow and and a backed up mainline blockage. Service response time was swift, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend and will contact for future services.

BEWARE! Dishonest and Deceitful business practices! Came to service 82 year old mother-in-laws furnace on property I own and claimed both units had cracked heat exchangers, only $8000 for repair, or she could replace entire units at a greater cost. Technician claimed Carbon Monoxide levels in the house were elevated and dangerous to her health, then shut off the heat in her house in near freezing conditions to push the sale. Scared her, froze her, and tried to take the money of an 82 year old widow, they should be ashamed! Viewed photos and videos provided by the service technician and became very suspicious. The next day I called another (honest) HVAC company for a second opinion who could find no cracks or elevated carbon monoxide levels within the home, noting that the unit was in pristine condition. Also found that the other suggested repair items were unnecessary. Honest HVAC company providing the second opinion performed extensive monitoring for Carbon Monoxide on both units and found ZERO. Do yourself a favor and don't be a victim of Albritten Heating and Plumbing!

Many KUDOs for the service provided over the past week from Jonathan Garcia. I had an ageing American Standard toilet that had been problematic the past few years. I had an on-going intermittent ghosting for several years that was infrequent enough that I just ignored it. More recently, I was getting drips that turned out to be from a loose bolt connecting the tank to the bowl, and a dampness on the floor around the toilet. After Jonathan's first visit he quickly found the loose bolt and tightened it and replaced the gasket in the tank with one that I provided. Unfortunately, (and I was warned) it might not work since it wasn't an American Standard gasket. After a few hours my ghosting was much more severe but Jonathan had showed me what he did so I ordered and replaced the gasket myself. In the meantime, I had panicked and call Allbritten to have Jonathan return for the next available appointment a few days later. I was still getting water from someplace that needed to be diagnosed. When he returned, Jonathan replaced the wax ring and inspected the toilet. Unfortunately (I just can't catch a break), he found a crack in my bowl. After some discussion, I ordered a Toto toilet which I hadn't heard of before. The next day he returned and installed the new Toto. I have to say that the new Toto is so much better than the American Standard I had. It flushes more effectively (gets all the sh** in a single flush), more quietly. And, is quite stylish. Thank you Jonathan (and Dave for working with me on this).

Customer service is absolutely amazing from start to finish. I called into their office at 10:30 am to report my heater was not coming on, i was greeted by Mindy, who was friendly and understanding. She was able to get a service technician out the same day between 11-1 with a call to confirm when Mike S. was in his way. I got a call at 11 to say he'd be there in 15 minutes. Mike S. arrived with a business card in hand and had already read over the previous repairs before coming in. (Allbritten had been out a couple months prior to repair another situation we had with wiring.) Mike asked pertinent questions as he looked over our thermostat and then went into the basement to get started. He took photos on his phone to show me the problem and explained in in a matter I could understand. Mike then gave me the options to repair. I decided to go with his recommendation. He came inside, made some changes on my thermostat, because it wasn’t installed properly the first time, and then tested the AC and heater. Mike stated he tries to make sure customers are treated and taken care of the way he would want his wife taken care of. Nothing pushed or sold to her that wasn’t needed, to fix things in the cheapest, best way possible. I truly appreciated Mike S. as I am completely ignorant when it comes to these things. I trusted he was not going to take advantage of the situation and push things I didn’t need. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. We called on Wednesday scheduled an appointment for preventative maintenance on our heater. They were able to get someone over the next day. The service technician called us a couple hours later to let us know there was an opening that same day if we wanted to change the day, which we agreed. Two technicians, Josh and Collin came to the house within a couple of hours, calling 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They were both very cordial, respectful and very thorough. They told us everything looked good and suggested a UV air purifier for the house. We have always had great interactions with every technician and customer service person at Allbritten Plumbing and Heating. We highly recommend them.

Awesome service, took time and got us set for summer!

We have used Allbritten many times in the past and have always been pleased with their professionalism and the service provided.Over the weekend, I had a sewage backup into my shower. I called today (Monday) and was surprised that they could come out within a couple hours of calling.The technician, Kyle, came within the timeframe quoted and was quick to diagnose that it was possibly roots in my main sewer line. He got a camera out to see the full extent of the damage, and quoted a repair that included replacing the pipe.While I didn't go through with that replacement today, I will say that the quote was way lower than I was expecting it to be and I trust that the price they quote is the price they are going to charge.This company cares about their reputation and everyone that works for them seems to genuinely care as well.

They charged $419.00 to tune up my tankless water heater so it will last longer. And it did. One day then it stopped working. They have been out 2 times to try and fix it . And now want to charge me another $439.00 to fix a part They said has nothing to do with the original job. To top it off it is a 3 day weekend on Saturday and we have no hot water until Wednesday or Thursday of next week that will beat least 5 days with no hot water. We have my 92 year old mother in law living with us under nurses care and need to bathe her every couple days for health reasons and now are unable to do so. Our equipment worked fine until they serviced it and it looks to cost us close to $900.00 for it to run right. They have commercials on the radio daily that say they treat there workers better than the customers because this in turns creates happy customers. It doesn't. I realize they don't care much for there customers.whic only creates unhappy customers.

Alan, Ronnie, Kyle and Carlos did a great job removing out old system and installing a new AC along with new duct work. They were very professional, friendly and kept working the whole time. They asked a lot of important questions and answered all of our questions during the installation. Not the cheapest installation but I think the professionalism more than made up for that.

Dryer vent needed cleaned. Kyle noted the vent also needed to be replaced. He went and got the part and fixed it correctly. I appreciated his thoroughness, and was able to tell me the cost right away.

Allbritten is the best!!! I called and got a same day appointment. The technician Mike S. was right on time and very helpful! He went over and beyond and really gave me and recommended to me what was necessary and didn't try and charge me for things that were not necessary. He explained everything and was very friendly! I definitely won't go anywhere else!!

I always thought I was getting good service with previous companies and the. I tried Allbritten and they have blown everyone else out of the water. Joe was friendly and informative and inspected things in our heating and cooling system that no one had ever done. He was honest and gave us great insight into how to better care for our AC. The m3n that came out were great.. I think the supervisor was frank?? Anyways he explained what they did what needed to be done.. extremely professional.. I mean to not letting me vacuum up stuff that fell from attack, I did anyways I mean they were workn their tales off.. great conversation, I suffer from a medical condition where my words don't out right sometimes and I get dizzy, the supervisor was there always watching me to make sure I didn't fall when I was out where he was...I never thought I'd say this but there's a company that does truly care for their customers.. I hope all of them are like this man.. he is a young intelligent very respectful.. the guys he brought with him, (he had to come back) were also respectful..They were able to get my part in just couple of days...It might be a little pricey but everything is now... but, dam.. sure worth it... because I live out of fresno they gave a call of when they'd be here.. I like them

Very friendly staff. Great field service workers, Zack and Juan did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet and answered any questions I had. They cleaned everything up after they where done and even wiped down the sink. I love the fact that they wore shoe covers right when they got to the door (we don’t wear shoes in my house) I didn’t even have to say anything! For the past 6 years I have used Allbritten for HVAC and plumbing needs. The people are respectful using shoe covers and face masks when inside. The workers are neat and clean up well.Today Zack Johnson, one of the Allbritten plumbers came to our house. He recently replaced a leaking old garbage disposal. Shortly after installation the replacement was making unusual noises. He suspected that we had damaged it. Even so, he replaced it with a new one at no charge.Allbritten is a bit more expensive than others but their service, quality and response is above the rest. They have my business.

Allbritten has bailed me out more times than I can count! This time, I decided that I would replace my own faucets. After being sprayed with stinky water and getting all manner of yuck in my hair, I realized that I was in over my head. I called Allbritten at 3:30 and had a plumber at my door in an hour. Kyle was able to install 2 faucets and fix the one that I had managed to install in record time. He took time to removed old silicone from my sink (which had come complete out of the counter!), cleaned the sink where the new plates were going, and was polite and funny the whole time. Thank you, Kyle and Allbritten, for another job well done!

Very friendly guys. They put in a new heating and cooling unit with new ducting last year and have consistently been there for me to maintain it. I would highly recommend Allbritten. They may not be the cheapest option but definitely the best

Okay, this was concierge service from start to finish. My husband had a stroke on a Saturday in the winter and by the Thursday after his stroke, From Say and Jeremiah giving me a complete quote and ideas of what could be done (including financing) , to the pre-service guys who worked out the details and made adjustments to the plan to the construction crew with Mason, Ben and the other guys who were incredibly clean, neat, detailed (made sure everything worked and I understood it before they left) and workable with me throughout the construction. They finished 2 HVAC installations which required ductwork and a crane in 1 day…ALL TO GET THE HOUSE READY FOR MY HUSBAND TO COME HOME TO!!! Who does this? Allbritten does!

Installed Infinity system. Installed Gable vent, whole house fan, bacteria air cleaner. Showed us how to use new equipment. Removed old equipment.

We had Michael Chavira come out yesterday, 3/1/23, to repair our heating system - -we had no heat! The diagnosis was the pressure switch. Performed a temporary fix so we could have heat until he could get the pressure switch - it was going to be 28 degrees in the foothills. Came back on 3/2/23 and replaced pressure switch. After pressure switch was replaced, discovered circuit/control board issue. Heater wasn't turning off properly. Replaced control board too. Michael is very good at explaining the issues and recommending optional solutions. We have been using Allbritten services since 2018. Highly recommend the Guardian Membership, great investment.

Needed a gas valve replaced quickly. Called on a Thursday, and everything was done by Friday morning. Couldn't ask for more.

I bought an ac unit from Albritten 3 years ago. I am having them come out for the second time, to repair the unit. It has broken down twice and during the summer as well. The service tech was just here last month and gave it a clean bill of health. I have paid top dollar for the air conditioning unit and the service provided. NOT HAPPY! WILL NOT RECOMMEND IN THE FUTURE.

After servicing a simple capacitor replacement the service tech failed to align and close the HVAC doors properly and use the screws that he had taken out. The doors were loose and after 1 day triggered the door cutoff switch causing the unit to stop completely. Extremely hot weather so I reported to them that the system stopped again. Best they could come out was 3 days later. Unable to stand the heat for that long I investigated myself and found the access door issue and the screws on the floor. I simply closed the doors and put the screws in and the system was working again. How can anyone not close and secure the access panels that they previously opened is beyond me. Poor workmanship for which I spent many hours trying to resolve. As for their 100% satisfaction guarantee: this issue was communicated to Albritten but I never heard a word back from them. No apology, no refund, nothing. Also I noted that they try to up-sale a lot of very basic services and then squeeze them into you bill...beware. I was actually thinking of using them for some full system replacements but no more. It is unfortunate as they are good at communicating appointments with texts and calls and service tech is friendly and personable.Update: My invoice was updated with a partial credit back for the error which upgrades my view of the company's honesty. I will consider using them again.

Manuel the tech was very nice and helpful. The office had the opportunity to tell me when I was standing there in the office that they had a minimum charge of over $500 to locate the sewer line but they were not thoughtful enough to do that. They decided to send a tech out so that I would then be obligated to pay them a service fee to find out that their price was too high. I did not have them do the work.

We contracted them to replace all of our ac ducting and for a house fan. The company sold us a long term loan at 6.99% since it was 13k. After signing off on the job and applying for the loan I was informed that the 6.99 was an old offer that was no longer being offered. So we ended up with a 9.99 even though the 6.99 was advertised and pushed by the salesman. Next we encountered an issue with the whole house fan. The guy who sold us the fan from Allbritten(and took our money) neglected to mention that it’s not allowed to have one if your hot water heater is in the house for safety reasons. So we asked how much it would be to move it outside. That estimator showed up and was abrasive to my fiancé. He came off as annoyed and kept saying he couldn’t answer questions but the plumbers showing up could. So now we spent 3000 to move the hot water outside. Apparently according to the estimator if we went with a standard hot water heater it’s only 3k but if we went with a tankless it’s 9k+. When asking what the price difference was, he said they only use the top quality tankless so the unit cost is what makes it 9k. So just the unit alone is 6k. Even though you can get a top brand from Lowe’s for 1500?! Then after we sign off on the 3k job (he measured cause they basically charge by the foot of pipe) the plumbers showed up 4 hours late. Apparently they had another job they needed to finish, no big deal. What’s a big deal is when they showed up they informed us it’s an all day job and they still have to order all the parts so they have to come back another day! They didn’t take any measurements or anything because the estimator did. So why didn’t they have it already ordered so they could complete it on the INSTAL day they are scheduled for?! I just expected more from a company of this size. I’ve used them in the past and it was great service. Something has changed in the company because this is not the one I was use to.

Kevin Torres came out today to perform routine maintenance on my two air conditioning systems. Kevin was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained what he was doing. He also promptly informed me of one potentially serious issue he found and what he did to correct the issue to ensure it would not cause a future interruption in my air conditioning service. Kevin exhibited excellent customer service and even worked through his lunch break to timely finish the job. In summary, Kevin was an excellent representative for Allbritten Plumbing and Heating and Cooling.

Times got messed up and he had to wait 20 minutes. He was very nice about it. He checked my UV light for me which didn't need to be replaced. He left an air filter because we just replaced the old one. We change air filters every month. He checked the heater to make sure it is working properly for the winter. He was great.

Had an emergency leak on a Friday night. After searching through multiple companies that would be able to come out on a weekend I tried out Allbritten, Rosetta is who helped me over the phone and she was very helpful and pleasant, she scheduled me an appointment for that day and within a few hours the technician Pool Yang arrived, he was very near and thorough and explained everything in detail. The office called me within a few hours and scheduled me an appointment with the plumber for Sunday which was great! Nick Kalina came out, advised me of repairs needed and fixed everything in a timely manner so that I could get my ac back up and running. I’m so grateful to them for their prompt service and they will definitely be my new HVAC and Plumbing favorites. I highly recommend this company to others. Very very pleased 😀

Van 249 parked directly in front of the community mail box. The only way to get through was blocked by thorny branches. I would understand if there was nowhere else to park but there was parking available everywhere.

Kyle came back twice. Once, to fix a leaky bathroom tub that multiple plumbers tried to fix only for the drip to return. He found the problem in 10 minutes. The wrong internal piece was used and the other plumbers didn't notice. 2nd he did work on a leaky valve on water heater and replaced the piping. Great work and explained everything

Technician did a good job of trying to clean out drain lines. The roots were too back to get drainage. Recommended irrigation company. Professional and tried his best to clear drains.

Quick and professional response. George immediately identified the problem and returned promptly as promised the next morning to replace and test within a 30 minute window the new pump. Questions were professionally and knowledgeably answered. I highly recommend Allbritten.

We have had Dallas come out for many years now. He always does an amazing job! He is kind and thorough. He also knows his job extremely well!

I've had Allbritten out for 2 maintenance visits so far and everything has been exemplary. Marshall T was excellent and handled my AC maintenance. Lance and Reuben handled my furnace maintenance. In both cases minor repairs were completed and the systems were totally cleaned and verified as working properly. Personally I found all of the technicians to be professionals of the highest standard.5/5 stars would and will use again! Thanks and keep up the good work.Addendum 3/2/23: I recently had a garbage disposal problem and a leaky tub spout. Allbritten sent out Dazhon and John and all is well again! Great work once again, and great communication.I should also add, prior to the above hvac maintenance I also had my hot water heaters replaced by Allbritten. It was so great to be able to get them replaced the same day they visited! I believe the technician was Chris and just like every other Allbritten tech I’ve met, he was great.Obviously I will continue using Allbritten. So far they are batting 1000. 👍

Armando arrived when Allbritton said he would. He was clean and well groomed, very professional. He went to work right away. He completed his work within one hour. He gave me a written receipt of everything he did. Yes I would recommend Armando and Allbritton.

Allbritton Heating and Air is a great company. Michael-Angelo the tech that checked out our AC unit was very nice, and polite. I didn't want a Jack-of-All Trades individual working on my plumbing.I needed a Professional to do the job! My water would not shut off on my shower upstairs. So I didn't need any leaks after the fact. John at Allbritten responded quick and early to do the job. Maybe on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for right? Happy with service. Guys were great. Had plumbing drain issues and they fixed fast and reasonable.

Zack Johnson was very helpful in letting me know the possible problems if I don’t call in a clogged toilet right away.!He let me know all the options for taking proper care of my new toilets. Zack was also very helpful in getting things taken care of. Zach now has upgraded both toilets so we can really be able be more efficient with our water usage. This is very important as our well has run dry again.
