Micheal is a personable guy and great plumber. He inspected my entire plumbing system, identified an issue with my water heater, and made sure we had no interruption in hot water. Highly recommend Lee’s Air, Plumbing and Heating.

Dustin and Brad were terrific, they took their time doing a thorough and professional job. It was tough though because they had to do a lot of pipe work and drilling in this old house in 100 degree heat with no AC or breeze. They got the job done, walked us through everything and did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure having them and I hope to have them back here again for some more work in the future.

I had a plumbing leak from 2nd floor bath. Lee's contacted me almost immediately after I sent the online request. They scheduled an appt. like 2 days later. The 2 plumbers showed up exactly on time, with several contacts to let me know their arrival time.
They found the problem quickly and completed the repair just as quick. The price was lower than I expected and very
reasonable.

They installed full insulation in the ceiling throughout the whole house as well as the addition. They were very professional, took great care to make sure they covered the ground and other items, protect corners of walls and they got the job done in a decent time.

Great worker. Stayed late the first night to make sure a temporary fix was in place so we would have running water over night until the next day.

Water leak in shower. Possibly due to no caulking around shower plates, and / or screws to hold on shower plates were not screwed into apparatus. Willingness to listen fully to issue, and cone up with multiple reasons for leak. Appreciate willingness to start with least costly and probably the real reason of the leak, and not tear out walls Orr tile. Very cost effective.

Asked me what I wanted to do. Told him the main line was clogged with roots. Asked me which direction I wanted him to use the snake In. Said It would cost more going different directions. Said he could not get cutting blades on the snake because the cleanout was too small. Its a standard 4 inch double cleanout that the same company used last time with cutting blades on the snake. Said after he was done they could not guarantee their work and recommended a video camera Inspection.It Is temporarily unclogged but doubt It will stay that way very long. I'm a plumber and I know when I'm getting played on work like this.

From booking the appointment to the cleanup when the guys were done, Lee's performed above expectation! Thank you for replacing my 59 year old ducting system in just two days to beat the heat!!! Knowledgeable and efficient. Truly a professional group.

They can't help with any old units, only new stuff unless you're willing to put out for replacing the unit yourself. This was a complete waste of my time and money. 2/5 because the contact that came to check out the unit tried to offer other options that I might be able to use and was very understanding.

We couldn’t find the drain pipe so it couldn’t be completely unclogged. So I was only charged the $49 small fee. Liked the overall experience in him trying to help out .

Rafael (my Lee’s service technician) and I (the home owner with mechanical engineering knowledge) met a second time in the beginning of winter to figure out why a summer installed Lee’s HVAC heat-pump system was not providing heat to my family’s living space. Rafael was able to show me the compressor unit was performing perfectly, producing the heat needed for the living space and I showed the air handler was not exchanging heat with the living space’s air stream (by a temperature probe reading the air handler’s exiting air stream). Rafael and I eventually discovered the air handler was not part of the system ordered for my family and Rafael helped me by having Lee’s team of installers replace the air handler for no additional charge. Now I can say “I have a comfortable home for my family thanks to Rafael and Lee’s installation team.”

Awesome employees and very professional, very easy to speak with and down to earth yet very professional, I would give it 5 stars but I never received a call to set up last year's (2021) maintenance service check, I'm a member and we're supposed to get 2 check a year (before summer, before winter). But!!! Lee's did honor my expired check up and made up for it, the Rep I spoke to was really helpful and on point, I purchased a brand new Central Air and replaced my vents and ducts through Lee's, I'm very please and would recommend to family and friends. Just need to get on those appointment setups and reminders!!! Other than that 👌

Everytime Lee's comes out for a repair, itsxalways around $1,000. They came out to do maintenance on my A/C & I could hear something running in the attic after he left. Of course when they come back out it's a $1,000 part that needs replacing

Lee’s is always professional and thorough when they perform maintenance service. They are more expensive than others, but always trustworthy and professional.

Unable to rate this visit. Only an estimate given. I made this appointment thinking that the repairs were going to be done same day and was disappointed this didn’t happen. I wished the office staff would have told me ahead of time. But they did have a quick 3 day appointment to come back and do the job. But pricy. I will be able to give a better review afterwards.

Lee's i feel is the best service company out there. The service is fast and professional. Jeff was very good at explaining the cost and what you get for your money. The installers called to let me know they were on there way. Once they arrived they covered the floors and cleaned up everything before leaving. Also offer up to 18 months no interest and no payments. The A/C was installed in one day including enlarging the return, replacing some of the ducking, adding Carbon monoxide sensor and new top of the line Thermostat.

Juan Vargas and his helper came out and fix the leak in my A/C unit and checked my second unit for leaks too. Very professional, nice and thorough. Felt very confident in there work. Thank you Lee’s for having great guys working for your company.

They did an awesome job targeting an issue that other plumbers we hired couldn't. They found a tilted pipe that has been causing serious flooding in our home and additions. They dug out the busted pipe and even leveled a decrepit fence I was planning on destroying myself for free. To add, they even cut off an intrusive pipe that went unused for years for no extra charge. They didn't need to do the extra stuff but they offered to and were really cool throughout the interaction. Just the coolest bunch of dudes, shout out to Micheal and the funky bunch.

Good company.

This felt more like a sales call then a service call. The general memo is more about getting somebody in to have us replace everything then working with us to give us options on what we could do which we asked for. Both Jeremiah and we’re very professional and polite but for $100 service fee to just be set up with an appointment with the sales person was not what we were looking for. We asked for options on how to repair to get us running now and he wouldn’t even give them to us.
