Best A/C System Maintenance in Fresno CA

So my water heater was acting up so I went on Angie's list and called Lee's air. Ebert was very professional, polite, knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and he answered every one of them without hesitation. He also wore protective gloves and a mask for both of our health and well being. Thank you so much Ebert for your service and also for going to work everyday to help people like me with water heater issues. I'm grateful. I will be calling as soon as the part arrives. Mary Hicks

Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond. Are quick and efficient and their crew are all around super nice people. I'm a Manager without a maintenance tech right now and they have come to the rescue more times than I can count. I called this company & was able to get a appointment the next day for my clogged pipe. The owner of company was the one who showed up before my appointment! Didn't take him long at all to clear line and gave me an excellent price!

I called up Yang's Plumbing (owned by Mr. Xue Yang) because of his online reviews. His reviews were fantastic base on a recently launch business!!

I called Mr. Yang on a Friday and he came straight from finished job to give me a FREE estimate. His estimate was money saving. Other company want $$ on estimates and were days out on appointments. Mr. Xue appointed my job was next business- Monday. Now that is quick customer service!! He also gave me all the options that was avail options and prices. His approach was not pushy and I didn't feel like I was being rush or force into anything.

Mr. Xue Yang was professional throughout the job service.
He cleaned up his mess and disposed all the material at no cost to me.

With his business recently launched.
With his job knowledge, professionalism and his customer service, he's definitely coming up in the plumbing business strong!!
His pricing was more than fair because his service and appointment was quick. Try having other company beat his price and appointment time.

I'll definitely will pay for his plumbing service any day than pay for a name of the companies, which will charge for a higher rates, appointment days out and horrible employees with lack of customer services .

Robert L was excellent. He had to remove the old water heater and then install a new one. He explained everything, and the job was completed within a couple of hours. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Lee's AC sent out Matt Weeks to inspect my ac. Matt gave awesome customer service and great advice. I would recommend Matt and Lee's AC.

After servicing a simple capacitor replacement the service tech failed to align and close the HVAC doors properly and use the screws that he had taken out. The doors were loose and after 1 day triggered the door cutoff switch causing the unit to stop completely. Extremely hot weather so I reported to them that the system stopped again. Best they could come out was 3 days later. Unable to stand the heat for that long I investigated myself and found the access door issue and the screws on the floor. I simply closed the doors and put the screws in and the system was working again. How can anyone not close and secure the access panels that they previously opened is beyond me. Poor workmanship for which I spent many hours trying to resolve. As for their 100% satisfaction guarantee: this issue was communicated to Albritten but I never heard a word back from them. No apology, no refund, nothing. Also I noted that they try to up-sale a lot of very basic services and then squeeze them into you bill...beware. I was actually thinking of using them for some full system replacements but no more. It is unfortunate as they are good at communicating appointments with texts and calls and service tech is friendly and personable.Update: My invoice was updated with a partial credit back for the error which upgrades my view of the company's honesty. I will consider using them again.

I am very happy with Clovis Plumbing installing a new water heater. They told me which brands had better repair records so I could make the right choice. They upgraded some shut off valves and connectors from what I had so it will last longer without problems. They were timely, very professional, and very courteous. They explained what they were doing and why. I felt respected as a customer and well taken care of. They will be my go to plumbing service and they have already done a second job for me.

Travis helped me out when I was in a bind. He answered the phone when I called and can over in short order outside their normals hours. I’d recommend Goode Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.
