Guys! I cannot say enough good things about Eric at Northwest plumbing. We were dealing with the contractors that our home warranty was sending out and they were totally trying to rip us off. I was stressed beyond belief dealing with them so we cut them out of the mix, called Eric for a second opinion and he was phenomenal, reasonable and efficient; plus a local guy! Within 2 minutes being in our home he correctly diagnosed a slab leak and encouraged me to reach out to our insurance company. With in a couple days, I had authorized the work and he completed the job. Super amazing person! So very pleased.

Michael, Drew, and Marcel came by today to look at our unit and gave us a quote for repairs and replacement. They were quick and efficient and discussed all options that we had. Very honest as well! Grateful we gave them a call to come out and impressed that there was availability as soon as tomorrow for a new install. 10/10 recommend.

AirCo kept in contact with me regarding the time the technician would arrive. Joshua was extremely thorough and very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done on our system and he took pictures to show us.Def will NOT use them again. I'll explain. He told us we need a lot of parts replaced even tho our system is only 8 years old. He tried to sell us over $3,500 of un-necessary repairs. We got 2 other companies out to look our a/c system over and they both agreed that nothing, NOTHING, needed to be replaced. That our system looked great. Be wary of a/c companies that give you a cheap annual a/c check-up, and then try to sell you a bunch of un-necessary parts. Shame on them!

I had recently had my inside and outside AC and heating replaced by Blue star. I would most definitely recommend this company. Service was excellent! Dealing with this company has been a pleasant experience and they are extremely accomdating! I felt no pressure when discussing my system with Eric, the technician. Any time I have had to call with questions, Eric explained everything perfectly and walked me through whatever my husband and I were concerned about. This is a company that delivers high quality service with a friendly and familiar attitude. I will definitely be using them in the future!

We had a hot water heater issue and Local Plumbers Fort Worth was on it! They arrived the same day; and from scheduling to service, everyone was friendly and helpful. Tech was able to repair instead of replacing. Appreciate the honesty! We will definitely use them again

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
