Called first thing in the morning and Denise was able to have someone here by 0830. Shane quickly located the leak, got the parts needed and worked diligently until the leak was repaired, as well as replaced an exterior spigot that was also leaking.
Very professional, fairly priced, and trustworthy. I will definitely call upon them again should I need a quality plumber.

Our water heater sprang a leak, luckily we have an alarm sensor on it because whoever built the house, foolishly put it in the attic. We called Northwest Plumbing as we have many times in the past. Eric was out to our house within an hour of calling. He removed the water heater from the attic, and replaced it. Eric and Denise are always professional and very responsive to our calls. Eric has been out to my place to replace an outside leaking faucet on short notice before the major Texas ice storm hit and also another time to replace the gas valve on our hot water heater.

The only place we trust! Anytime we've have plumbing issues they're the first place we call. Our toilets wouldn't flush and the one in the master bedroom kept making this awful high pitched sound, but now everything is fixed and working great!

I was very impressed. I requested quotes from 15-20 local area plumbers. Only five replied including Northwest Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was a small job and understandable that so few replied. We only wanted to install two new faucets and two soap dispensers. Eric the owner came by within 2 hours of my call and gave a quote to do the job. His cost was considerably less than the other few who did come by or reply and the quote was free. When I was ready to do the job a week later, he was able to come by quickly and complete the job to our total satisfaction. You would be crazy to go with some other plumber!

Guys! I cannot say enough good things about Eric at Northwest plumbing. We were dealing with the contractors that our home warranty was sending out and they were totally trying to rip us off. I was stressed beyond belief dealing with them so we cut them out of the mix, called Eric for a second opinion and he was phenomenal, reasonable and efficient; plus a local guy! Within 2 minutes being in our home he correctly diagnosed a slab leak and encouraged me to reach out to our insurance company. With in a couple days, I had authorized the work and he completed the job. Super amazing person! So very pleased.

Great guy. He doesn't take too long to complete the job. Doesn't Jack up the prices. Very reasonable. Very good work. I had several plumbers come out and tell me to completely redo the main line at $3000+, he made a much more reasonable repair to the actual break for $700.

I'm severely impressed with this place. I wish I could give it 6 stars. Prices are reasonable, Eric's work is expert level, they are efficient and get it done. I bought a house two years ago that was a bit of a lemon, and initially used other contractors, and now Northwest Plumbing has jumped in and saved the day on several occasions.

I know this company does good work! however I was not treated very well as a contractor. I called and spoke to Toni and we had a great conversation. I was excited about having a new plumber doing some work for me. She talked a good game and I was sold. The owner came out and looked at the job and gave me a quote. I had another job for them to look at as well. I sent the plans for the second job. Then I was informed that all they do is repair plumbing. When I asked about if they were going to do the other job that they bid for me, she said she would get back to me and then never called me back. I had to hire another plumbing company to do the job and they charged double what I had figured for the job and that came right out of my pocket. If that is how you are going to do business then say so up front.
Don't come to my job and give me a bid and then back out when I get the job.
As a plumbing repair company they are top notch and I highly recommend!

Incredible service! Northwest plumbing showed up exactly when they said, repaired our plumbing issue quickly, and was honest and direct the entire time. The fair and reasonable pricing, along with their professionalism, made an emergency plumbing job a surprisingly pleasant experience.

If you arent using these people, youre doing wrong. Had them come out for a leak, we thought it was the main line. Well it ended up being way more but eric found the problems and made sure everything was done right. I was worried about all the work being like 2k but wasnt even over 1k, they are very very affordable. Will use them for the rest of time! Thanks eric 100000%

Most plumbing companies are overpriced and have hardly any customer service. Northwest plumbing is by far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Eric the owner earns every cent. He is the nicest most experienced plumber you will come across. He has done lots of work for me and makes sure his work is perfect.

We have used them for a couple years for AC now. William does a great job. He doesn't push sells, he is actually there to repair your unit, not just try to get you to buy a new system. When it does actually need to be replaced, he will let you know. We had our outside unit replaced today. Very happy with the install and cleans everything up before he leaves.

Great service from a hometown company. We have used Northwest for years as a plumbing company, but when our AC unit started leaking, we called them to the rescue. Called at 8:00 am Monday morning and was told they would be out by 11:30 that morning. They were here at 10:30 and by 11:00, the problem was fixed and we were up and running cool again. The repairman was friendly and professional. The charge on the repair was very reasonable. Thank you Northwest for another job well done. AAA+

Damage to den wall and ceiling after ‘repair’ of air conditioner drain pipe. Problem was eventually fixed but company refused to take responsibility for damages. To date repairs have not been made.

I had a nasty leak in kitchen sink faucet and a valve stop that would not turn off water. They arrived on time changed both valve stops and faucet all out in less than an hour.

My wife called to have a toilet reset, after an hour called back for an ETA. The person that answered said they were on a job & she should have made an appointment. So she did for. Appointment time came and went, called again for an ETA was told another 40 to 45 min. Guess it's a waste of time to try and use local business. If you want the job done call someone else if you want to sit around all day waiting these are your guys!
