Ricky is by far an exceptional salesman. Honorable, honest, and straight forward. The entire Enoch Hvac team were very professional. They installed new outside and insides units within 8 hour. Great satisfaction.
Installed a Tesla Wall charger for me. They did a fantastic job! 60amp breaker with 6ga wire as called for by Tesla. They are even now certified by Tesla. After installing it they went though the setup process and helped out tremendously! I highly recommend them.
I really really really wanted to give these guys 5 stars. It was 5 star experience all the way up until the end (initial engagement and response was swift, service techs were exceptional) but when I was hit with another 500$ fee for installing hot water tanks when I was promised my bill would be a certain price “all in” and I have text message proof, I was disappointed. I was told we could split the amount to “keep the peace” as they put it, but the more professional thing to do would be to disclose the additional costs up front. In any event, i paid the additional 250, and I would use them again as I found them (for the most part) to be better than some of the other big name companies. But I would recommend them mentioning that you may have an additional 5-10% on your bill for miscellaneous install issues (even though my two tanks were plug and play…)

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Team Enoch! They were very easy to communicate with and gave us an accurate estimate ahead of time based on photos and a description of the work we needed done. Our goal was to have an outlet to power a flat TV installed into the brick of our fireplace. Other electricians had told us the fireplace was too thick to install an outlet, so we had resigned ourselves to the fact that the outlet would have to be installed in the wall and a power cord run to the TV (not our first option). But, the electrician from Team Enoch took his time and found just the right spot to install the outlet, in the brick behind the TV, right where we wanted it. It looks great and we're so happy he took the time to do the job right! We would gladly recommend Team Enoch to family and friends.

Ivan Ricardo and crew did an outstanding installation or change out I should say here in Garland. they were here at the scheduled time, put in a professional job and I am very pleased, and also had a great experience with Mr Miles in the office as well as the entire dispatch crew. overall the company has a great price, great attitude and does expert installations. I used Team Enoch for the installation of my EV charger. They were very responsive to my request and their quotes were well under other providers. They provided great service and Luis did a fantastic job installing the charger. Would definitely recommend their services to others and will use them again in the future.
Greg, an Enoch HVAC technician is exceptionally smart and understands the heat and A/C technology like the back-of-his-hand.
I was experiencing a multi faceted heat system problem (caused by another vendor). I called Enoch for help I was so pleased that Enoch sent Greg to diagnosis, address and fixed our system heat before tonight (the temperature is dropping to 40°).

First company quoted me a laughable $9000 to replace my 4 ton heat pump. I got the exact same system from Enoch for $6000, probably with better installation. That price is very fair given the time of year and proper installation is arguably more important than the actual system. It's been a month and everything works great. The staff is very knowledgeable and installation took 1 day on short notice.

The AC unit in my house went out, and I was in need of a whole new outside and inside unit, that was a huge surprise. I searched around and came across Team Enoch. Jake was very responsive and quick on trying to get things resolved for my family and I. Our house temperature was in the high 80s and Jake offered a portable ac unit, after hours, and on a Friday I might add. On the date of install, it went flawless thanks to Brian and Shamar. They arrived between the time frame given and were very professional. They walked me through everything they did at the end of install. I would definitely recommend.
Team Enoch installed replaced my 25 yr old system. Great work, finished in one day. The system went done a couple of weeks later and Eric S. came out to take a look. He quickly found the problem (not related to Team Enoch's work) and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Within minutes of reaching out for an HVAC repair on Thumbtack, I got a call from Cameron to set up a time for a technician to come out and look at what's going on. Mark was sent. He was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. He was in and out of my place with the issue resolved within 30 minutes. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!!!

EV charging station installed in home. This was a challenging install in which the installer had to tap into an already overly taxed panel and run the 220 line completely across my home through the attic and down the walls. The electrician was professional, nice and did a great job! Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.
I had Louis from Team Enoch out to install a new 14-50 outlet in my garage for an electric car charger. Louis added the appropriate breaker to my panel and installed the 14-50 outlet. The work was neat and drama free. Next he put my master bath outlets on a new circuit and added one GFCI protected outlet to same master bath. He took the time to ensure the new outlet was precisely the same height as the others and level. Last, he installed my new smart doorbell. I’m happy to have the work done. No shortcuts or hacks. Will use Team Enoch again and have no trouble recommending them.

The service and responsiveness is great! The pricing on a few services, not so much. $150 to replace a 3-amp fuse just doesn't make much sense. I had this same company charged me $180 to service my hot water heater(reasonable price). Replacing a fuse should not be that steep of a price!
I called to get a quote on a full two stage system. However, Miles suggested and quoted a single stage for our specific home. Saved me 2-3K on the system! They delivered the equipment that same day and installed it two days after the call!! The install team was professional, put up with all my questions, and did a great job. Now to enjoy the much more efficient system! (I'll post an update when the really hot months get here!)

Got a quote within minutes from requesting them from their website. Pricing was very reasonable and was able to schedule it for next day. Ignacio showed up on time and was very responsive to the questions I had. He was in and out in just little over an hour. Excellent service, very happy with the work. Definitely will use them in future.
AC stopped working the night before the hottest day of the summer. I left a message requesting service at 2am, they replied at 6am and had a technician at my house by 8am. Later that afternoon I had a brand new condenser outside and my system was back up and running. These guys are fast and professional and I'll be using them for as long as I live in the DFW area.

I recently used Team Enoch and was actually very pleased for the quote that I received. It was considerably LOWER than other quotes that I had gotten. They were 13 minutes earlier than the office had told me. They finished up earlier than expected as well. Despite a couple of items with the installation team, I was well pleased with the project.
If I had to, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!

After being told I needed two new water heaters, and being quoted an astronomical price from a plumbing company, I called a few Fort Worth companies based on reviews and Team Enoch was one of those companies. I was able to speak to someone over the phone and be given a quote (which was much more reasonable than the first company), and had someone out soon after to confirm the work that was needed, and everything was completed the next business day. Communication was great from the very beginning all the way through. They have a nice call back feature and one of the reps even communicated via text, which was extremely convenient. Highly recommend them based on quality customer service and quality of work performed.
If you want a true look into a company's customer service. It should be measured when things go wrong. I used a loanable portable a/c to keep things cool because it would be another 5 days before they could install a new a/c unit. One of the units leaked into my wood plank flooring. It never pooled, just a steady dripping into the seems. Noticed when the planks started to curl. (yikes damage)After reporting this issue I was advised they are not liable. I let the CSR know I would be seeking an attorney's advice and asked for the manager to call me. I received a call from manager, M****. I hope they recorded the call for training purposes on how NOT to deal with a customer. (it was so outrageous I recorded it) Literally yelling at me! Whos the paying customer here approx ($7,000)?
In his screaming rage he accused me of not wanting to pay him. 'That he gets stiffed all the time'. He told me that the customer is always right motto is.. and I quote 'malarkey'. He said it was a slap in the face to loan me a cooler and dare I complain it ruined my floor. When I asked why he would assume I wasn't going to pay. He said 'it's not rocket science'. He was so angry and disrespectful. A true pathetic excuse for elevated customer service. The call ended when he said ' yeah, I got to go'
It's ashamed that this is how you are treated when you are paying for such a big job or any, for that matter. There were no considerations made for even sharing the cost of my insurance deductible to rectify the floor issue.
The sad part.. is the impression I will take from this company because of one bad seed. I would have gave them a 5 star rating based on the techs and work done.
When I host my next customer service conference, workshops and training classes. I will use the experience I had with this young man and his outrageous behavior. Good customer service is not a thing of the past. Thank you Enoch for raising the bar on the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered in the last 50 years.

Elecrician was very personable and helpful. They came out to check on an outlet that was supposed to be fixed, but nothing turned on when plugged in. Turns out there is a light switch accross the room that controls it. He was able to figure it out quickly due to his experience with older homes. Since he resolved the issue so quickly, I was able to have him change out a questionable outlet in the garage for the washer.

I had my HVAC unit replaced by Team Enoch. After taking a few quotes, I went with Enoch, because of the price and the great reviews. I loved how their quote gave me 3 options and also prices on additional upgrades, if I wanted. Their team arrived on time, never tried to up sale me anything and was able to answer my questions in a timely manner. I saved about $2k going with these guys than the big name companies you see commercials for and I'm happy I went with Enoch.
Miguel and Miguel did a great job - they were friendly and professional, and worked with me to make sure that I got the services I needed at a good price, below the estimate. They also offered their expertise where requested even if the recommendations meant getting less services/products. The lights they installed look great and I'm confident about the rest of the things they're going to update when they return. The only negative thing I can say is 4/5 on cleanliness, but not a big deal to me.
Got 2 new HVAC, best prices in town, no issues.

It is rare to find good help and especially A/C help. Team Enoch was top of the line, professional and will recommend them to everyone we know. This company went above and beyond during the entire process. Our house was a very difficult installation but with the expert consulting of Miles, Bobby and Lupe, it was done in a timely and very professional manner. I can’t say enough good things about this company but their work and professionalism shows.
I hired Enoch to install a ceiling fan and they responded quickly, set up an appoint almost immediately and it was installed in less than an hour! They were helpful with putting the fan together and knowledgeable with other electrical questions we had. We will definitely contact them again for more household needs!
Team Enoch was great end to end. I called inquired for AC maintenance on Monday, and the team provided reasonable price quote, they have knowledgeable staff, answered all my questions on the phone, scheduled appointment in an ease.
Technician (Lupe) showed up two days later on time. Lupe was extremely professional, knowledgeable, performed detailed maintenance, and walked through with me on an issue he found in detail. I was not home at the time, we spoke on the phone several times, he sent me over 10 pictures of the before and after the service, even marked the picture to point out what, where the problem is and why it is an issue.
I am really happy with the work performed. Highly recommended. Team Enoch is a solid and can be trusted. I will use them again.

The tech, Eddie, was fantastic! He showed up promptly and performed the work extremely efficiently. I had him rewiring some electrical switches and installing dimmers. I was telling him how bright my can lights were in the main living areas and he gave me some great information about them, and he also went around to 10 of them to make some quick changes for me! I really appreciated his suggestions on what I could improve in the future. In no way was he a salesman, he honestly just gave me some really good advice and did not push a thing! I’d definitely recommend Eddie and Enoch!! Prices were competitive and I would use them again in the future for any of my electrical/water/HVAC/roofing needs! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

---Second time using Team Enoch---
Lupe was my service tech and he is fantastic. He pointed out 2 problems left by the previous repair company. One of which was the emergency heat strips which were left unplugged. Which was the exact item the prior company had supposedly fixed. He checked everything out and has spent a lot of time doing a thorough check out of the system after snow-pacalypse.
The system heats a lot better now. Thank you!

Very good at communicating everything. They texted me the day before telling me the expected time. The tech also called 30 minutes prior telling me he was on his way. Joey installed a surge suppressor in approximately 30 minutes and was very friendly.
Joey explained what to look for if we were ever to have a power surge and the installation looks really nice.
I'll definitely have Team Enoch at the top of my list when getting more electrical work done.

I did my research into multiple contractors prior to contacting Team Enoch for my HVAC needs. My evaporator coil failed and needed to be replaced. I spoke with Miles who provided me useful information and recommendations. Though he was not the cheapest solution, I felt that he provided a great value for the service and components to be replaced. On the day of install, the team arrived promptly on time and was very efficient, professional and courteous throughout the process. They wore masks and gloves and were mindful about the quality of the work, while making all the connections and installation points neat and secure. After the work was completed, the areas they worked were cleaned properly and the invoice I received was what was agreed upon. I am highly satisfied with their service and I plan to continue my business with them in the future.

We were very pleased with the quality of work, the prompt service and the honesty of Team Enoch. They came out and replaced our water heater that is in a second story attic. They quoted us the best price we found and never tried to up sell on things we did not need. We highly recommend them and this is a company we will definitely use in the future.
I had electrician install light fixture on the outside of my home. I was very happy with the service all around. Home Depo contacted. They contacted me within a couple hours and came out next working day. They were very reasonable in the charge for the work too. I would use them again. Thanks for quick, reasonable and friendly workers. Great job!
With so many positive reviews, I was hoping for a great experience. Unfortunately, I was ultimately unsatisfied with Team Enoch. It really seems to come down to a severe lack of communication in their company. I worked with their salesman, who was very helpful in answering questions and providing a quote for replacing my HVAC system. However, he failed to communicate any of the requested upgrades to the office, and as a result they were not installed initially. They subsequently came back out and were able to complete some of the upgrades, but not all. Even on their follow-up work, the technicians would have made incorrect installs had I not been checking on them. For such expensive work, you really expect them to communicate well both internally as well as to the customer, to ensure the job is done right.
Great experience from estimate to install of a replacement water heater in my home. Price was competitive compared to other 2 quotes I received. Next day service and quality work.
Louis was one time, very polite, did a great job of placing an outside electrical box for our new whole house water filter. Would definitely recommend Team Enoch

Fantastic service by Lupe from Team Enoch! He arrived on time, was professional and provided top-notch service for my mini-split A/C. Not only did he perform a very thorough inspection of the unit, he took his time completing the necessary repairs. I would use Team Enoch Again for any needed A/C services and would definitely recommend Lupe for any type of A/C service. Great job!
The Enoch Team was great! They came out assessed the issue. It wasn’t a part they had but searched high and low to get it. Their guy came out after hours and worked until he exhausted all efforts before replacing our 6 yr old water heater. As opposed to their competition telling us it just needed replacing prior to even taking a service call. Their prices were more than fair (half of the competition) and they kept us updated the whole way. We will definitely use them again!!! Thank you for being honest and reliable!

I contacted Enoch to replace several outlets in my kitchen from almond to gray to match our new backsplash. The quote was reasonable and they had availability to come out fairly quickly. The tech was friendly and professional and was able to get the job done without issue. I would definitely hire them again for my next electrical need.
Great customer service and great work. The tech came out on time to replace two outlets and the service was quick and professional. The outlets were replaced in less than 30 minutes. Additionally their prices are very reasonable. I called a local handyman who quoted a price about $70 more than what Enoch (who is a professional company) quoted.
I recently moved to the Fort Worth area, and I’m glad that I’ve found a local electrician for any future needs.
I had bad experience with this installer. Initially I got written estimate which also mentions price match guarantee. As per policy I had sent them other estimate with written instruction to resolve before Installation the next day. However I did not hear back, I was busy at work and believed in good faith it would be honored. Thus I did not cancel or reschedule in lieu of the same.
The installer now denies to honor price match, did not respond until installation and being very unprofessional sadly.
So many calls, emails on this and issue still open.
I did look into reviews before signing up but sorry to land here still.
However with above, I'd seriously reconsider this installer.
There are many other local and highly reputed installers.
Update: The installer promptly responded and did price match.
I thank you and appreciate, just wish installer done it proactively and not wait post above review to react - updated stars.

Called them late on a Tuesday and they had a technician out Wednesday morning to check out our struggling home AC. The technician Lupe did a great job identifying the issue (clogged drain line tripping a safety) and had the problem resolved quickly. He also did the summer service/cleaning/inspection and we have a huge difference in our house temps. He was very professional and friendly. We will definitely use Enoch again in the future.

Enoch replaced our heating and air last year and did a excellent job. When I had my water heater go out yesterday they responded immediately and within 24 hours I have gone from old water system to a tankless system. The process was excellent and proficient. Thanks Enoch for having our Back.
I have two units. My upstairs HVAC system went out and I spent a lot of time looking for a good HVAC company to replace them both. Enoch had a very competitive price as well as very good ratings. Since I did not know anyone personally who used them, I did as thorough a research as I could into the company. Website looks really professional, BBB has an A+, Google/Facebook reviews are great, I also called American Standard to check if they are a certified supplier and they are (with 4.7 stars). They installed two new units and everything worked great! Then a few days later, there was an issue with my downstairs unit. I called up Enoch and they were able to send someone over an hour or two later and he was able to identify and fix the issue (clogged drain line). Not only that, but the technician (Lupe) was super nice and walked me through several things I could do myself in my attic to increase the efficiency of my house. I am very happy with the service, the price, and the support and I will be sure to keep Enoch in mind for future projects!

We highly recommend Miguel and Mario with Enoch. They did a great job adding recessed lighting in our 20ft entryway and also adding an extra outlet on a separate breaker for us in our garage! Miguel and Mario were on-time, professional, friendly and hard workers. We will definitely be using Enoch again!

I called Enoch from a family recommendation and couldn't have been more happy with my decision. They came out quick and ON TIME! I had called 3 different electricians and all of them were late arriving, I'm talking hours late to the appointments.
They provided me with a fair price (well under the other estimates) for the recessed lighting. The electrician not only advised me of the placement of the cans, but installed them quickly and with minimal mess.
I was so impressed with their work ethic and price that I called them again for some AC diagnosing. They were honest about that as well, saving me money and not pressuring me to replace stuff that could last longer. I will be calling them back next summer to replace the suggested parts.
On time and quick install of new fluorescent lighting in our office. We are very happy and thankful. Many providers over promise and under deliver. Not this one.
Had 2 ceiling fans replaced, a light switch replaced and troubleshoot and fix for a faulty outlet. Juan was on time and went diligently to work. He resolved the faulty outlet quickly, installed the ceiling fans perfectly and replaced to light switch satisfactorily. The bill for services was in line with my expectations. This was my first time to use Enoch and given my positive experience I feel it is appropriate to given them a 5 star rating and start referring them to friends.

Enoch Electric is hands down the best company in the business. I had them come out and install custom lighting in my home theater, bedroom and family room. Rueben was a phenomenal Electrican. He was very knowledgeable and neat. Not only was his work meticulously clean, he also went above and beyond to educate my wife and myself. I’ve used them twice and will not trust any other company with my home. They are also have great prices. They beat every other large company that gave us a quote. I highly recommend them.

I needed a complete new HVAC system to replace the one that was over 25 years old in our house. I got 3 bids, including one from my brother’s remodeling/renovation company, and Enoch had the best quality products and lowest cost by over $2,000! They installed both the interior and exterior units the same week I called them. The closet in the hallway was too small to accommodate the new unit, so they rebuilt the closet to fit the new unit. They did an excellent job - timely, cost efficient, excellent products and workmanship. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them for any of my electrical or AC needs in the future!
Purchased two Navien tankless waters with installation. Excellent pricing on heaters. Installation the next day!! Technicians arrived early and very professional. Removal of old system and installation of new system went flawlessly!! Both Adrian and James were very courteous and patiently answered all my questions. The entire process from purchase to cleanup was outstanding. Adrian and James are outstanding technicians that demonstrate a true desire to do things right the first time. We needed a plumber to fix some kitchen leaks and install a replacement dishwasher, and an electrician to add an outlet for a garage door opener and install a GFCI outlet in the kitchen. Both technicians were prompt and did a fast and professional job. I appreciated the fact that charges were based on the time it took to get them accomplished (first hour, then increments of 15 minutes). Great jobs at reasonable cost. I called on a Sunday, they were out by Tuesday after a holiday weekend. I was impressed by the speed they were able to get a crew out. The coach lights installed look great on the house. Communication was very good as we went through the process. It ended up being longer than they were initially anticipating but both the office and lead electrician kept us informed and were good to work with. Nice work and definitely recommend and would use them again.

We hired Enoch to replace our electrical panel and update electrical feed to our house. Miles had talked to me before hand and educated me about what the job entailed, their plan of action and up front about pricing. They were always communicative and happy to work around our requests. On time, clean, professional. Will certainly be working with them if needed in the future.
Eddie installed 2 ceiling fans , removed outside ceiling fan & installed light & fixed 2 other electrical issues. He was courteous, very knowledgeable & wasted no time. A true professional. We will definitely use Enoch again. Very pleased & reasonable rate!
My wife and had needed to replace a light fixture, but did not have a ladder tall enough to safely reach it. Enoch brought out a ladder and quickly replaced the light. They were efficient and affordable. We look forward to using them in the future.

I’m a real estate investor so I deal with lots of contractors and different trades. These guys are one of the best out there. They price their services fairly and always try to satisfy their customers. They keep their word and do what they say they are going to do which is worth everything in this businesses. Honest, fair priced electricians. I called Enoch for a quote regarding an electrical panel replacement. I had been quoted almost 8000$ by another company who had also recommended that I switched my service/upgrade from 150 to 200 amps. The upgrade was not necessary because I already had a 200 amp meter. The electrician with whom I spoke, was able to determine what service I had over the phone. Long story short, these guys took care of only what I needed at a fraction of that cost. The quote they gave me was what I paid. The service provided by Juan, one of the electricians was very professional and neatly done. I will definitely use them again.

I was surprised when Miles sent me Enoch's estimate and it was $1,500 lower than the 3 other companies I had requested bids from. It was so much lower, that I was nervous that there was a gotcha somewhere. The system he quoted was the same quality as the other bids, so I decided to contract with Enoch to replace my 16 year old HVAC. There were not any surprises. Hugo and Mike arrived on time on the scheduled appointment day (about a week after I signed the contract). It was pouring down rain, but they used a tarp to protect the equipment while they installed it. It was a difficult job as they had to remove part of a shrub that blocked their way. They took care to minimize the cosmetic appearance to my landscaping even protecting an active bird nest from being disturbed. They wore protective covers on their shoes and spread cloth tarps out on my floors. They finished the installation 3 hours earlier than we had allowed for. The new system works great! We opted for a new thermostat and a heavy duty 4 inch filter system ($90 extra) - but well worth the money. A new system will produce some smoke when the heat is first turned on, so get ready for smoke alarms squealing for a few minutes. No problem though. I give my highest recommendation to Enoch for a stellar job!
We had a breaker go out on a Saturday. I found Enoch Electrical through Google reviews and called them. Even though i did not call until around 12 noon on a Saturday, they arranged to have someone out the same day.
The electrician dispatched to our house was Chris. He arrived right on time and got to work. Chris was very friendly, helpful and is an excellent representative of the company.
The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with Chris' action to check a few other things to make sure everything was safe. There is no doubt I will use Enoch electric again; And I will request Chris when I call.
I've used Enoch twice now for electrical work. Once to install ceiling fans and another time to install a dedicated circuit. Their pricing is reasonable, they leave the area clean and most importantly they do a great job.

Be careful when getting quotes from any company and this company, if they quote you couple thousand, but go on to say we are the cheapest plumbers hourly at $95 hour, it'll take maybe 7 hours, so your looking at $1200-$1300 then you get that bill for just under $2000 at $145 an hour and ask why due to the above. Then you get well 2 people were out there and charge me $145 for 8 hours!! Second person was here maybe 2 hours, my camera shows 1.5, but their gps shows 3, then excuse is supervisor was there all day supervising. Nope, he was not, but who charges double for a supervisor! Who does this? I paid my invoice but a caution to any hard working people trying to make ends meet monthly! Not a place to get a quote and expect it to be fair! I honestly believe because we were quoted a couple thousand they came back under and assumed we should be happy! I was happy at 95 an hour in my head thinking, we would get this done fast and a decent amount of money! So very sad and upsetting, the decent work they did went unnoticed with all this drama! Then I've been asking for 6 days for a new invoice, when my husband calls he's told what do y'all want from us, we came under the $2,000 quoted I want fair and honest transaction. I want honesty and professionalism! Be careful and get it in writing!!
This is the way a company should be. Team Enoch has got my business from here on out. I needed a 240V outlet in my garage. Several other companies, who you see their commercials every morning, would not give a quote over the phone and charged a $70 service call up front before even looking at the project. I just need a 240V outlet right next to the breaker panel, with no studs in the way to run the wires. I would have done it myself, but I felt it better to have a pro. Team Enoch talked to me over the phone about the project and asked some questions. I texted them a picture of the breaker panel. They gave me an estimate and came out the next business day. The installer was prompt and professional. The price was right. Oh, and prior to this I did have one of those other guys wave their service fee and come give me an estimate. It was an outrageous quote for the job. I sent them away as fast as I could.Team Enoch did it right. I was happy. I'm spreading the word to my buddies. Haven't had a good experience like this in quite a while. Thank you Team Enoch! You rock!

Reuben and Miguel were very knowledgeable and precise in their work. They cleaned up after they finished the job, then connected my new Ring Doorbell and two Ring Floodlight Cameras to the WIFI system and the Ring App. They did not leave until I was completely satisfied.
Claire was courteous in all of my telephone communications with her. She scheduled the work to fit my schedule, called to remind me of my appointments, called to make sure the electrician were performing to my satisfaction, then called to see if I was totally satisfied before sending my invoice via email.

Enoch was quick to answer all of our questions, and were able to come out the next day to replace our entire ac system. They charged us $3,000 less than a different company quoted us for the same system.
The technicians we're great and were careful when moving parts in and out of our house. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them for our future needs.
This company is amazing! They did everything right, which is a first for me. They talked on the phone to give me an estimate of how much it would cost. Set up an appointment, then called later to confirm it. They gave a small window on my service date, so I didn't have to wait all day for them. When they were supposed to come at 11:30-12:30, they called at 11:30 to say they were running late, and I could either reschedule or wait until 1pm when they'd get there. Usually, companies make you wait until the end of the window to find out they are late. When he arrived, he verified again what needs to be done, and got to work and finished it quickly and efficiently, with high quality. Gave me a receipt of work completed, but I didn't pay then. Instead, the company called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Once that was confirmed, they sent me a bill by email, which I paid with Apple Pay (or I could have used a credit card). Very professional from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend them!

Juan from Enoch Electric came to our house to install smoke detectors and work on a couple minor lighting issues. He was efficient and knowledgeable and honest. The price was extremely reasonable. We're happy to find a reputable service we can trust!
Two weeks ago, I needed some GFI plugs installed. It was a weekend, and later that day, they were at my house. The gentleman working for Enoch Electric was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, and fast. He had all the materials needed for the job, and left only when I had all my questions answered and was satisfied with the job. I had talked to another company about price, and Enoch was the cheapest. I had never used Enoch Electric before, but they will be the first I call when I need electrical work in the future.
After moving into our new home, we needed a lot of electrical work. They were able to run Cat 6 cables through our walls that looked as if they were part of the original build. They added multiple GFI outlets, replaced switches, added outdoor lighting and flood lights that didn't exist and everything was done quickly and exactly how we wanted. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of the work was second to none. After they had spent two days providing all the work we asked for, I called them back thinking that they had made a mistake with one switch and they sent someone back the very next day only to correctly point out to me that it wasn't the switch (that they had replaced) that was the problem, and they didn't charge me for the call back even though it was my fault. Finding companies that truly work with complete integrity and quality is hard these days, but I was incredibly pleased that Enoch lived up to their biblical name, as one who walked with God his entire life. I strongly recommend that you choose team Enoch for all your service needs!

Enoch was so great when we needed new lighting in our house. They were so helpful when we were trying to decide what exactly we wanted done. They got the job done so quickly and did a great job. We plan to use them more in the future.
Great customer service and they have the cheapest rate compared to other companies. I felt like the other companies was trying to rip me off and they told me it could take 6 or 7 hours for a new light fixture installation. Enoch finished in just 2 hours and that's exactly what they quoted me. I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat. I promise go with them and you won't regret it.
Reuben and the whole staff were great. He showed up on time and got everything done to my satisfaction. He didn't mind my asking questions and explained exactly what he was doing. Amanda, Claire and all the support staff were equally as professional and addressed all my concerns both before and after the work was done. It was a job well done at a very competitive price. I have been impressed with every interaction i've had thus far with Team Enoch. Fair & very detailed quotes, communicative, and made the process easy. Went with them for a new HVAC install. A few days afterwards, we noticed some gaps/air leaking out of where the plenum connects to the air handler/ductwork and the PVC piping was blocking the air filter access gate. They sent someone out that day to correct.
Moe (the service tech) was AMAZING! Was more than happy to answer all of my questions, and give me a detailed breakout of parts/applications etc. He was professional, and very thorough. He went above and beyond to correct minor issues, and provided copious amounts of tips for better operation. I am inquisitive by nature, and he was happy to explain things along the way. Great experience all around.
Update: The owner called to discuss my reasons for a previously low rating. He agreed to waive the Service Call fee since I am willing to have my AC equipment at my properties serviced by his company. This reflects the willingness to talk with customers about their grievances and the company's integrity and its service commitment.
Previously: Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. After reading the good reviews on Google, I was hoping that this company would be my go-to company; however it didn't turn out that way. My AC wasn't working so I called and they were very reasonable with their service call price and response; however, the technician didn't know how to fix the issue so he said he would send more experience tech out. In the mean time, I found out through my family that the EcoBee has a software glitch that was the cause of my problem. I was able to fix the AC on my own so I called Enoch back the same day to tell them and left a message since no one answered the phone. Ten days later, I received a bill for the service call. I asked them to waive the service call fee since I was the one who fixed the AC and that they never even sent another tech out. Their reply was NO, I may pay the service call fee. I have to pay for the service call even though they didn't even know what the problem was nor knew how to fix it. Let me see, I have 4 properties that they could provide yearly maintenance on (and I told them this) but they chose to charge me $65 and forgo all future work on my 4 properties. Enoch was an outstanding company to work with. They recently replaced two A/C units in our home.
They are very fair with their customers. As an example, a mistake was made during the estimate that cost them about $1,200, and instead of trying to work it back into their contract, they accepted the mistake and absorbed the cost in recognition that it was their mistake to begin with.
Furthermore, their crew was highly professional, courteous, punctual, and respectful of our home. If I'm ever in need of their services again, I won't even see a reason to shop other companies. I couldn't possibly be more pleased with their entire staff.
We have used Enoch several times over the last two years for electrical work on our slow-moving home remodel. They have done things as simple as ceiling fan install and as complex as complete rewire of the bathroom. Juan or Joey have both done the work each time and they are always on-time, efficient and friendly. Joey gave me suggestions for the kitchen ceiling retrofit lighting and the result looks fantastic.
I worked with Enoch to get a new system. They were very professional, prompt and honest in communication. Even though they did not serve my area, they were curious and helpful.

Since finding a good, especially reliable, contractor is a dark journey into the light, the relationship factor is the most important to me. Hence, a contractor's character is my benchmark for choosing the contractor. Enoch Electric & Air is endowed with the level of character needed for me to select them and to experience confidence in project completion. All team members on site and the administrative/leadership staff have worked with me in the most gracious, professional way. And the cost for products and services have been the best found.
I've been a loyal customer using Team Enoch for a handful of services over the last few months. All of my experiences have been great except for the last plumbing visit. This review is mainly about the hourly billing process...the quality of work has always been fine.
I had a plumber visit this week and the hourly billing process was very unfair. The time clock started 15 min before I even got home to let the worker in. A total of 4 trips to the hardware store were required due to the plumber not properly scoping the project when making a list of items needed. The plumber made the first 2 trips (during evening rush hour) to the store all while I'm being billed for hourly work. To help expedite the job I made the remaining 2 trips to the store to get more items that the plumber didn't initially realize he needed during his first 2 store visits. The plumber was very nice, but never apologized for his oversights or for causing the job to go longer due to excessive trips to the store. I would have thought that the plumber would give me a break on the time of the job since he caused it to go longer than normal.
Since no time break was offered I contacted the billing department the next morning and explained everything. They said per GPS that the time was accurate even though an extra 15 min of labor before and 15 min after the appointment were added on. I eventually spoke with a plumbing manager who did take one hour off of the total time. I appreciate this, but I don't think I should have had to bring this to the billing dept's attention.
Lastly, unnecessary parts were purchased (purchased by the plumber and were not needed for the job) that I am still expected to pay for. When I asked for the itemized cost of the item I was told I could easily return the item to Home Depot. (No receipts or itemized parts costs have been provided.)
Ira arrived on time and he is very polite and professional, our garage is not air conditioned so it gets toasty hot at 2 pm, but he finished the job with high quality. The newly installed 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet works perfect for charging a Tesla or any other electric car, so definitely recommend the service of team Enoch for anyone with charging needs.

All of the technicians have been very nice but our unit was installed over 2 weeks ago & we are still having problems with it. It’s been several different things. I wish we hadn’t replaced the previous unit. It was 30 years old & seemed fine. We were simply trying to be proactive before that aging system faltered.
Technicians put the new unit in & seemed quite content to leave us with our less than 1 year old water heater (with a new floor) leaning dramatically. It stood perfectly upright before their install! Enoch actually told us to fix it when we replace our water heater next. So in the end, we get billed to pay for half of fixing the support their product required. Okay.
We were promised a great product that would save us energy. We’ve had to borrow heaters to warm us over the cold days & swelter in the heat because inside of our house is hotter than outside at times. They’ve come out to fix wrong wiring. They’ve come out to fix some float & venting. They’ve come out to give us the right type of pea trap. Idk what else can go wrong but something is still wrong with this unit. Our previous unit didn’t have any of these issues! Despite being new, I truly suspect we received a faulty unit.

They were very professional. They covered all the carpet and tile in the area that they were working. Prior to the work being done I knew exactly what would be done and the cost. They were very honest and upfront. I found that to be very refreshing. I would hire them in a moments notice. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Excellent work at an affordable price for A/C replacement, they can't be beat.
After a few unsuccessful attempts to find a qualified handyman through Thumbtack, I decided to hire Enoch Electric to install 2 wall sconces and 2 hanging pendant lights in one of our bedrooms. Amanda provided a reasonable estimate with various options for the service and scheduled a date for the work to be done. The electrician arrived on time and was one of the most proficient and courteous contractors we've ever invited into our home. Although some of the installation proved to be a challenge, the work was completed within the estimated price and time frame. Amanda followed up after the service to make sure we were 100% satisfied and offered to correct any minor installation issues. Although this was our first time to hire a contractor through Thumbtack, the process proved to be both economical and efficient thanks to Amanda and the professionals at Enoch Electric!

I got an honest estimate and the job scheduled for the very next day. The electrician called ahead of time and arrived right on time. Enoch Electric / This is the most wonderful company ever. Simply the best. better than all the rest. Put in a ductless system for my home and not many would do it at all or for huge fees and labor. Put up a ceiling fan on my new outdoor cover over my patio. Enoch came and in less than an hour, it was up and running perfectly. They showed up on time (nowadays, that's a miracle if it happens). The worker was clean and tackled the fan and cleaned up after himself. Great job. I recommend them.
I utilize a home dialysis machine to keep my kidneys functioning. My machine failed due to a power problem. I called Enoch late on a Sunday morning and their technician (Eddie) arrived at 2:00pm that day to install a dedicated power line for my machine. Due to some home construction “quirks” the task was quite complex but Eddie would not quit until he solved all issues. He finished at 10:00pm.
Good service seems to be in short supply nowadays but that certainly is not the case at Enoch. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of electric help. If it would be possible to give them a 10 star rating, I would do so.
Side note to Enoch: If you have to double Eddie’s compensation to keep him as an employee, do it, because you are unlikely to find anyone as good to represent your company.

I’ve used all the big guys. Baker Bros. a-1 electric, etc. but Enoch service and pricing is the best in the Metro Plex. They listened to what I needed and gave me a quote for exactly what I needed at a price 70 percent lower than the other companies. No upselling. Just meeting my needs. Team Enoch was a life saver. I had received an insane quote from another group, through my home warranty. Just to get a second opinion I looked at home advisor and was contacted by Miles. He agreed that the job should be much cheaper and got someone out to double-check their findings. Within a couple of days they had the replacement unit and after a few hours our A/C was back up and cooling. Lupe and Fuego knocked it out of the park. These will be my HVAC guys going forward and I will suggest them to everyone.

Had new electrical ran into our front room that previously did not have the wiring for a ceiling fan. Employee arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up the room after running the wires and installing our fan.
Owner followed up that same day to double check the quality of work and ensure that I was happy with the service. Would highly recommend them and plan on using them again.

Couldn't have asked for a quicker and better fix of an overloaded circuit. We live in a house from 1927 and Ryan/Garrett were great about trying to figure out ways to save us the cost of running a new circuit, but at the end of the day that's what was needed. It was on the evening of below freezing consecutive nights, and the circuit ran our HVAC system, so no heat in our poorly insulated house. Thanks to Ryan, Garrett and Enoch we were up and running in 24 hours, while my Home Warranty wanted to make us wait 6 days before the first technician could come out. Pleased with the work the whole Enoch team did.

Juan installed 4 LED can lights for me and they look great. He brought several light options and also showed me how to adjust the light color should I want to in the future. Pics were text to me once the job was completed. I would use this company again.
I have found my new go-to electricians. In Dallas, I've been frustrated with the number of technicians who either don't follow up on appointments, don't finish the job, or just charge way too much. This is not the case with this company. They saved me over $2k compared to 2 other companies that wanted to add a bunch of unnecessary services to inflate the estimate. Owner also followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the service. Very happy with them.

Highly Recommend! After searching for an HVAC system for quite some time, and after being told by several HVAC companies that it was going to cost over $10k to replace our system, Enoch Electric & Air came through with a very very reasonable quote on their product and install. The other HVAC companies were trying to over sell and also replace all the duct work in our home. Enoch was able to repair our duct work without the cost of replacing our ducts. When I received our final bill, I was pleased to see that it was exactly what I was quoted, not a penny more. The guys installing our system were very nice and very professional and worked really hard and cleaned up before they left. I even made the comment to my wife about how clean their vans were. I would certainly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I was charged $100.00 for a tech to come out and install a 20 Amp breaker to see if that fixed my problem. I already knew it wasn’t a breaker issue because the breaker wasn’t tripping. My issue was that every time I turned on my vacuum, the lights would stay dim until I turned it off. The tech did not check to see if the electrical outlets had any loose wiring. After he left without solving the problem, I secured the power to the room and checked each outlet and found loose wiring on 2 of 10 outlets and had to replace one outlet completely. I was charged for services not rendered.
I was skeptical if I could find someone to actually take on this job. I admit it was a tough job, went back and forth with Myles on it and he was honest from the first message. These guys are honest people who take pride in their work. They came to my house and wired up some security Cameras and did it quicker than they thought and really efficient. I'm extremely happy and have already referred two people to them. Don't hesitate to call these guys. They are very reasonable on pricing... I'm happy. I'm very very happy!!

I always skeptical about using a company I haven't seen advertised, but I hit the jackpot with calling Enoch! I have never seen a more professional and efficient electrician than with Eddie! He identified the problem immediately and went right to fix the issue. Smart guy! will call again when we plan to change out our panel.
Enoch Electric and Air were so helpful in the installation of our dishwasher. Very friendly, easy to schedule, and very convenient with invoice payment. We were recommended them to everyone.

How is dealing with an electrical contractor a positive experience? Call Enoch to find out! These guys seriously went above and beyond my expectations. I'm selling my home, and new buyers wanted some misc electrical and HVAC work done and so I shopped around to find prices before hiring a contractor. Nobody else wanted to help out, but these guys let me email the inspection report to them so they could quote repairs which saved me the headache of trying to explain everything. Then the pricing they quoted was very fair, and cheaper than the other guys, plus the final price was even cheaper than originally quoted. Victor was very good, and provided great service, quickly, and arrived on time (actually 10 mins early). So I'm kind of looking forward to having more issues in the future because these guys are fantastic.

I had a project that involved running cables for my security cameras. This project kept getting delayed due to obstacles that involved the construction of my home and the Texas heat. Because of the delays, I became somewhat perturbed, yet Enoch Electric company communicated with me and always remained professional.
The up side of this is they vowed to get it done and done right. I would submit that this is important because I had some other folks (LetGo) come by to look, set a date, then flake out.
I still have 2 more projects (electrical this time) to complete and I’m going to use their services again.
The work was done well and appears to be right, however, it took longer than the technician said it would, thus my rating of 4 stars.
Overall, you can trust Enoch Electric.

New HVAC installation. I've used these guys before for some electrical work and they were quick, professional and fair so I hired them to redo my entire HVAC system. They beat all the other bids, filed the warranty paperwork for me with the manufacturer, emailed it all to me, and even filed the rebate with Oncor Power for getting a much better and efficient HVAC. These guys showed up on time, and worked well and very cleanly all day. I had no issues at all with installation and everything was a breeze and is working well.
My AC unit was tripping the breaker regularly. I had another company out to see what was wrong and they were trying to tell me that I needed an entire new system. $8000. I decided to get a second opinion and called Enoch. I believe the gentleman that came out was named Noah (?sorry). He immediately saw that the problem was a faulty fuse in the breaker box. He fixed it very quickly, explained what he had done and was on his way. I highly recommend Enoch for your HVAC needs.
Don't let them quote you over the phone. Any company worth doing business with will come to your house and provide an accurate quote. Miles assured us that he did not need to see the house. Well, thousands of dollars later I regret it. I wish I would have gone with the guy that had a higher quote and in the end would have been cheaper. Every time I turn on my A/C I feel I was cheated.

When you hire an electrician, you worry about whether the person coming to your home will know what to do and will the cost be competitively fair. Enoch's electrician, Juan, arrived at our door wearing booties over his shoes to protect our floors. That was a good sign.
I showed him an extensive list of things to do. He immediately went to work. The first item was an outdoor outlet by a koi pond. He found the problem and suggested a change to save us money. Another good sign. We had an outlet on an outside wall that wasn't working. He quickly found an electrician had installed a wrong outlet cover 12 years ago that concealed it was a GFI outlet. His fix was quick.
We also asked about running a new circuit for a home security camera. I was going to have him do a shortcut but he showed me how that could be a potential hazard later and by 'doing it to code' would be as efficient And Safe. While installing it, he found an outlet that was burnt and was a definite fire hazard. He quickly replaced the defective outlet.
At the end, the work was the highest quality and at a price that was much, much lower than I had expected.
We would recommend Enoch to anyone.
I called for help installing a light fixture in my kitchen, and they also were kind enough to help us with some wiring that was there from previous owners. I have saved them in my who to call list. From the first phone call till the final payment, they were awesome. They explain everything they are doing and why, for me that means a lot. I highly recommend this company.

Had a HVAC installed in April’2020. Called back because all rooms were not cooling. They sent another technician out and he said.”ALL DUCTS are attached and pressure are ok.
Called back because I was still experiencing the same problem. Another technician checked and said, Some ducts were pinched, too long and something with the Plenums . My dissatisfaction?
Why would a company install a new HAVC without reassuring everything is working properly and if additional work needs to be done that is not covered, just state it.
I call the office to speak with the manager Miles but he’s never available but the ADMIN (Amanda) explained that the 1st technician just made a mistake and why would I need to talk to anyone else because she been on the phone with me over 20 minutes explaining what could of happen and what do I expect for them to do. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER.
I would have paid the $1800 extra for the ductwork but I just don’t trust the company and I didn’t like Amanda attitude with me being a customer.
I already called someone else to do the work.
I had them install a new ac and blower unit. It had problems from the get go. Called them and the came out to fix it. They had put some sort of ad on to the unit that had not been installed properly. After the repairs the unit operated fine, however it got too cold before it would shut off and too warm before it came on. I messeged them about it but they didnt reply. Now I tried out the heat and it seemed to work. But now the AC wont cool any longer. Called them three times and they dont answer even though it says they are open 24/7. Not very happy with the unit or the service.

Replaced rusted Water Heater. Awesome service very professional. Only reason the rating is 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was told the repair would start at noon. The plumber arrived close to 2pm. Other than that highly recommend.

On time, quality work at a reasonable price. Both electricians were very organized and cleaned up the work area well. The office coordinated and followed up. Can’t really ask for more when needing a smallish home project.
Great company! They asked a bunch of questions to make sure they understood the job correctly. The electrician they sent was efficient and friendly and the job was great! The prices are also quite reasonable and I would definitely use them again.
I was charged $665 for two underground junction boxes. When I checked with Lowe’s the most expensive one was $40. I was also charged $650 to rent the trencher. I called the rental company down the road and they rent trenchers for $175 a day. I asked for a copy of the receipts for these two items and they refused to give them to me. if you don’t want to be treated this way don’t hire them
Professional and efficient work at great prices anywhere in the metroplex! I didn’t realize the company was based in Ft. Worth but they were happy to drive to North Dallas just to install a simple ceiling fan remote.

Installer is professional and prompt. The price is good but can be better (many other local, well rated, better priced vendors) - this tells the HUGE margin by installer at cost of homeowners sadly !!! So unless you have spare cash to throw away, do your homework.
These guys are the best. Fair priced, very polite and great at whatever you need done. One of the things that they installed had a minor technical issue a few weeks later, but they came out same day to fix it at no cost to me! I highly recommend these guys.

1 star for flooding the under sink cabinet where the primary ac drain hooks upto, and not owning it and further more patronizing my wife that it happens rarely and nothing we can do about it(so suck it up).The service tech did not inform us of the flood!!! Tried to clean outside hallway etc- was he thinking that we would find out? His statement- Sorry but i was t paying attention. I was checking on his handiwork while he was working the outside unit when i discovered the flood.
Furthermore we ended trashing a lot of imported cosmetics and various other items including a hairdryer. Miles was wondering why didn’t keep them after cleaning them. It was covered with greasy rusty material. Seriously! He was wondering why we couldn’t just clean the hairdryer and use it.
They get 4 stars for performing an adequate maintainance visit for a HVAC system, and easy communication/ and friendly/prompt Amanda. But since there is no 2.5 star i will settle with 2
I was hoping to use them for more stuff but not anymore.

The technician who came to install our fan was knowledgeable but after service support from electrical team was not that great.
Accounting team has provided good service.

Our technician Miguel was very nice, he got there early, and did his work quickly. He took his time explaining everything to me too.
We had no heat the day after Christmas. Enoch moved schedules around and had an Electrician here the next afternoon, who worked until late that night pulling a new circuit over. Not only great service, but their quote was way less than anyone else we called!

Ira was on time, explained everything and did a quality job with virtually no disruptions to our day. I highly recommend Team Enoch in general and Ira specifically.
The large electric plug-in for the dryer and the regular size one on the outside of the house were replaced in 1 hour. These were done the day after I called and are just fine now.
They resolved my issue over the phone. No service call was required.

Adrian did a fantastic job installing a new toilet and even though the old seal around toilet was rusted out, Adrian replaced and fitted it in without having to do extensive concrete repair work to the slab underneath the toilet.
Quick service. The tech did a fantastic job adding outlets to my landscaping beds. A very clean installation. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
In general I'm picky and have an eye for detail. Enoch is absolutely OK with that and consistently meets my expectations! Thank You Enoch!

Juan was sent to do the work I needed done. He was knowledgeable, fast, and prompt. He was polite and cleaned up after the job was complete.
The tech was thorough and did a professional job replacing my water heater and shut off valve. Poor guy was stuck in my miserably hot garage for the better part if two hours.
Our electrician, Miguel, was very professional and found a solution to a problem that other companies were wanting to charge us thousands for. Very grateful for his expertise!

Good work but I shouldn’t have to play maid after having work done because whatever was poured into my bathtub wasn’t ever cleaned and was left all day to stain.
